常用合金钢牌号及其应用
合金含量 <3%其强度显著高于相同含碳量 的碳素钢低合金钢且具有良好的塑性、韧 性、焊接性能比碳钢更低的冷脆转变温度主 要用于桥梁、锅炉压力容器、车辆、船舶、大型 钢结构等

这些合金元素会使A3下降A4上升使γ相 区扩大这种作用与合金元素的含量有关随着 合金含量的增加会把γ相区扩大到一定范围 其中Ni、Mn 随着含量的增加会把γ相区扩大 到室温即在室温下就能获得无磁性奥氏体钢 如:13% Mn的 Mn139% Ni的 0Cr18Ni9
b、扩大α相区缩小封闭γ相区的元素
同碳素渗碳钢一样渗碳后需热处理 淬火+低温回火获得外硬内韧组织
常用钢号: 15Cr、20Cr、15Mn2、20Mn2、 15CrMn、20CrMnTi、 20CrMnMo、 12Cr2Ni4A、18Cr2Ni4W
应用举例: 用20CrMnTi制造汽车变速齿轮 技术要求: 渗碳层厚度1.2~1.6mm 碳浓度1.0% 齿轮硬度HRC58~60 心部硬度HRC30~45 工艺路线: 坯料→锻造→正火→加工齿形铣、插→ 局部镀铜→渗碳→预冷淬火→低温回火→喷丸→ 磨齿→成品
5、不能满足某些特殊性能要求 如:耐低温、高磁性、无磁性等 碳钢的冷脆性转变温度较高-20 ~ -30℃ 故碳钢的使用温度应≥-20℃
因此发展合金钢成为必然二十一世 纪结构材料的重要发展方向之一就是利用 新技术、新工艺改造传统材料——微合金 化高强钢低合金超高强钢
常用钢材的型号、化学成分、用途及性能
常⽤钢材的型号、化学成分、⽤途及性能轴承钢1. 概述轴承钢是主要⽤来制造滚动轴承的零件。
如滚珠、滚柱和轴承套圈等。
它们在⼯作时承受着⾼的集中交变载荷,由于滚珠与轴承套圈之间的接触⾯积⼩,在⾼速转动的同时还有滑动,会产⽣很⼤的摩擦。
因此滚动轴承钢应具有⾼的硬度、耐磨性和疲劳强度,对钢的⾦相组织、化学成分要求是⼗分严格的,否则会显著缩短轴承的使⽤寿命。
⼀般滚动轴承钢的含碳量较⾼,在0.95~1.1%范围内,并加⼊某些合⾦元素,如铬、锰等。
多以球化退⽕交货,在使⽤前需进⾏淬⽕(约840℃)和低温回⽕(150℃)。
(1)⽣产制造⽅法:对轴承钢的冶炼质量要求很⾼,需要严格控制硫、磷和⾮⾦属夹杂物的含量和分布,因为⾮⾦属夹杂物的含量和分布对轴承钢的寿命影响很⼤。
夹杂物量愈⾼,寿命就越短。
为了改善冶炼质量,近来已采⽤电炉冶炼并经电渣重熔,亦可采⽤真空冶炼,真空⾃耗精炼等新⼯艺来提⾼轴承钢的质量。
(2)⽤途:除做滚珠、轴承套圈等外,有时也⽤来制造⼯具,如冲模、量具、丝锥等。
2. 主要⽣产⼚及输往国家、地区我国⼤连钢⼚、⼤冶钢⼚是⽣产轴承钢的主要产地。
⽬前主要输往⾹港和东南亚地区。
3. 进⼝主要⽣产国家我国主要从⽇本、德国进⼝轴承钢。
4. 种类我国⽬前已⽣产⾼碳铬不锈轴承钢,主要钢号有9CR18;渗碳轴承钢,主要钢号有G20CrMo;铬轴承钢,主要钢号有GCr15。
5. 规格和外观质量规格主要有圆钢、扁钢、钢丝等。
钢材表⾯应加⼯良好。
不得有裂纹、折叠、结疤和夹杂。
冷拉钢表⾯还应光滑、⼲净、⽆氧化⽪。
6. 化学成分国标、冶标、⽇本标准中主要钢号的化学成分见表6—7—24。

7. 物理性能轴承钢的物理性能主要以检查显微组织、脱碳层、⾮⾦属夹杂物、低倍组织为主。
⼀般情况下均以热轧退⽕、冷拉退⽕交货。
交货状态应在合同中注明。
钢材的低倍组织必须⽆缩孔、⽪下⽓泡、⽩点及显微孔隙。
常用钢材牌号和用途
常用钢材牌号及用途令狐采学我国钢材牌号表示方法概述:钢的牌号简称钢号,是对每一种具体钢产品所取的名称。
我国的钢号表示方法,根据国家标准《钢铁产品牌号表示方法》(GB221-79)中规定,采用汉语拼音字母、化学元素符号和阿拉伯数字相结合的方法表示。
即:1)钢号中化学元素采用国际化学符号表示,例如Si、Mn、Cr等。

(3)合金调质钢
滚动轴承钢中 Cr后 面的数字表示含铬
量的千分数。
牌号: “两位数字 +合 金元素 +数字”
说明:①前面两位数字表示钢 的平均含碳量的万分数,后面 数字表示合金元素平均含量的 质量百分数。
②当合金元素含量小于 1.5%时,牌号中只标明元素 符号,而不标明含量。
(1)低合金高强度钢
①定义:低合金高强度是含碳量小于 0.25%、合 金元素含量在 2.5%以下的合金钢。

是性能良好的渗碳钢,淬透性较高,经渗碳淬火后具有硬而耐磨的表面与坚韧的心部,具有较高的低温冲击韧性,焊接性中等,正火后可切削性良好。
用于制造截面30mm的承受高速、中等或重载荷、冲击及摩擦的重要零件,如齿轮、齿圈、齿轮轴十字头等。
是18CrMnTi的代用钢,广泛用作渗碳零件,在汽车.拖拉机工业用于截面在30mm以下,承受高速.中或重负荷以及受冲击.摩擦的重要渗碳零件,如齿轮.轴.齿圈.齿轮轴.滑动轴承的主轴.十字头.爪形离合器.蜗杆等。
20CrMnTi钢板40、美国AISI/SAE/ASTM标准钢号5140、日本JIS标准钢SCr440(H)/SCr440、国际标准化组织ISO标准钢号41C德国DIN标准钢号41Cr4/42Gr4、英国EN标准钢号18、41Cr4、法国AFNOR标准钢号42C4、法国NF标准钢号38焊接工艺要点: 1、一般在退火(正火)状态下进行焊接。

钢的种类和钢材规格一、钢材的种类1、按冶炼方法,可分为转炉钢和平炉钢。
转炉钢主要采用氧气顶吹转炉钢。
平炉钢质量好,但冶炼时间长,成本高。
氧气转炉钢质量与平炉钢相当但成本较低。
2、按脱氧方法,可分为沸腾钢(F)、半镇静钢(b)、镇静钢(Z)和特殊镇静钢(TZ),镇静钢和特殊镇静钢的代号可以省去。
镇静钢脱氧充分,沸腾钢脱氧较差,半镇静钢介于镇静钢和沸腾钢之间。
一般采用镇静钢。
3、按化学成分,钢可分为碳素钢和合金钢。
在建筑工程中采用的是碳素结构钢、低合金高(1)碳素结构钢按质量等级分为A、B、C、D四级,A级钢只保证抗拉强度、屈服点、伸长率,必要时尚可附加冷弯试验的要求,化学成分碳、锰可以不作为交货条件。
B、C、D钢保证抗拉强度、屈服点、伸长率、冷弯和冲击韧性(分别为+20℃,0℃,-20℃)等力学性能,化学成分碳、硫、磷的极限含量。
钢的牌号由代表屈服点的字母Q、屈服点数值、质量等级符号(A、B、C、D)、脱氧方法符号四个部分按顺序组成。
根据钢材厚度(直径)<l6mm时的屈服点数值,分为Q195、Q2l5、Q235、Q255、Q275,钢结构一般仅用Q235,钢的牌号根据需要可为Q235-A;Q235-B;Q235-C;Q235-D等。
冶炼方法一般由供方自行决定,设计者不再另行提出,如需方有特殊要求时可在合同中加以注明。
(1)低合金高强度结构钢采用与碳素结构钢相同的牌号表示方法,仍然根据钢材厚度(直径)<l6mm时的屈服点大小,分为Q295、Q345、Q390、Q420、Q460。
钢的质量等级有A、B、C、D、E五个等级,E级要求-40℃的冲击韧性。
低合金高强度结构钢一般为镇静钢,钢的牌号中不注明脱氧方法。
冶炼方法也由供方自行选择。
A级钢应进行冷弯试验,其他质量级别钢,如供方能保证弯曲试验结果符合规定要求,可不作检验。
(2)优质碳素结构钢以不热处理或热处理(退火、正火或高温回火)状态交货,要求热处理状态交货的应在合同中注明,未注明者,按不热处理交货,如用于高强度螺栓的45号优质碳素结构钢需经热处理,强度较高,对塑性和韧性又无显著影响。

为此,人们在碳钢的基础上特意加入某些合金元素,以弥补碳钢的不足。
这些钢称为合金钢。
1合金钢按照合金元素总含量(质量分数)分类(1) 低合金钢<5%;(2) 中合金钢5%~10%;(3) 高合金钢>10%。
1. 合金元素在钢中的存在形式常用合金元素Cr, Mn, Ni, Co, Cu, Si, Al, B, W, Mo, V, Ti, Nb,Zr, RE合金元素在钢中的存在形式:(1) 固溶体固溶于奥氏体,铁素体,渗碳体;(2) 碳化物与碳形成特殊碳化物;(3) 金属间化合物与铁或其它合金元素形成金属间。
首先我来看合金元素在钢中的作用。
常用合金元素包括Cr, Mn, Ni, Co, 稀土等。
它们在钢中存在如下形式,一是固溶于奥氏体、铁素体以及渗碳体,二是与钢中的碳形成特殊碳化物,三是与铁或其它合金元素形成金属间混合物。
不同的形式将对合金性能起不同作用。
2. 合金元素在钢中的作用1) 合金元素改善钢的热处理工艺性能:大多数合金元素都会减缓钢在加热、冷却及回火时的组织转变。
(1) 细化奥氏体晶粒加热时阻碍奥氏体晶粒长大(除了Mn);(2) 提高淬透性冷却时阻碍过冷奥氏体转变(除了Co、Al);(3) 提高回火抗力,产生二次硬化,防止高温回火脆性。
回火抗力是指淬硬钢在回火过程中抵抗硬度下降的能力首先,合金元素的加入,往往能够能够改善钢的热处理工艺性能,这是因为大多数合金元素,在钢中不论以固溶态还是以化合物存在,一般都会减缓钢在加热、冷却及回火时的组织转变,因而会在热处理加热时,细化奥氏体晶粒,冷却时提高淬透性,回火时提高回火抗力或回火稳定性,并防止高温回火脆性。

非合金钢价格低廉,产量大,具有必要的力学性能和优良的金属加工性能等,所以应用广泛。
2.非合金钢的分类(1)按钢中碳的质量分数分类1)低碳钢:C的质量分数≤0.25%。
2)中碳钢:C的质量分数=0.25%〜0.60%。
3)高碳钢:C的质量分数≥0.60%。
(2)按钢的主要质量等级分(根据GB/T 13304—2008)1)普通质量非合金钢:是指生产过程中不规定需要特別控制质量要求的钢。
2)优质非合金钢:是指在生产过程中需要特别控制质量(如控制晶粒度,降低硫、磷含量,改善表面质量或增加工艺控制等),以达到比普通质量非合金钢特殊的质量要求(如良好的抗脆断性能,良好的冷成型型等)。
3)特殊质量非合金钢:是指生产过程中需要特別严格控制质量和性能(如控制淬透性和纯洁度)的非合金钢。
(3)按钢的用途分1)结构钢:主要用于制造建筑结构件、工程结构件和各种机械零件,碳的质量分数一般均小于0.70%。
2)工具钢:主要用于制造各种刀具、量具和模具等,碳的质量分数一般均大于0.70%。
(4)按冶炼时脱氧程度的不同分类1)沸腾钢(F):脱氧程度不完全的钢2)镇静钢(Z):脱氧程度完全的钢。
3)特殊镇静钢(TZ):比镇静钢脱氧程度更充分彻底的钢。
3.非合金钢的牌号根据《碳素结构钢》(GB/T700—2006)、《钢铁产品牌号表示方法》(GB/T 221——2008)和《优质碳素结构钢》(GB/T 699—2015)的规定,非合金钢牌号的表示方法如下:(1)通用碳素结构钢采用代表屈服强度的字母“Q”、屈服强度的数值(单位为MPa)和质量等级符号、脱氧方法符号(“Z”与“TZ”符合可省略)表示,按顺序组成牌号。

XXX 有限公司企业标准Q/XXX004—2006 代替Q/XXX351—20041范围本标准规定了常用结构钢常规热处理的材料规格、设备与工具、准备工作、工艺规范、设备要求、操作方法与注意事项、常见缺陷及补救措施、安全注意事项等。
本标准适用于45、40Cr 、40CrMn 、65Mn 、GCr15>20CrMnTi 等结构钢的各种常规热处理(包括正火、退火、淬火、回火处理)操作。
不包括化学热处理、感应加热及火焰加热热处理等热处理方法。
