主活动是1a 和2。

1a 通过小组汇报分享学习英语的经验,老师补充总结,让学生从中获得学习英语的策略。

1b 通过填充图表,培养学生获取信息的能力。

1c 是个对话活动,复述1b 里面所提到的各种学习策略。

2重点在于巩固和运用1a 的重点用语。

it’s an honor to do... 意为‘做...感到很荣幸’例如:IT is a great honor to be invited here torday. 今天承蒙邀请到此,深感荣幸。

2. Cheng Le advised us to read a good English newspaper.
程乐建议我们阅读一份好的英语报纸。

advise sb. to do sth. “建议某人做某事”
王老师建议我们每天用英语写日记。

e.g. Miss Wang ________ us ________________ in English every day.
3.Shu Yan told us we should speak English with our teachers,classmates and even with foreigners as often as possible.
舒燕告诉我们,我们应该尽可能和老师、同学甚至和外国人说英语。

as…as possible 尽可能……(as …as 中应是adj. adv.原形)
e.g. Please come to school ___________________.(尽早)
4.I’m sure that you will make great progress as long as you stick to them.
我确信只要你们坚持使用它们,你将会取得很大进步。

as long as 意为“只要”, 引导条件状语从句。

e.g. 只要天气好我们就去。

We’ll go as long as the weather is fine.
5.stick to sth. /doing sth. 意为“坚持某事,坚持做某事”
e.g. 这些年他一直坚持晨跑。

He has stuck to running in the morning all these years.
