This connector is for connecting both power supply and serial data input to the instrument. It has 6 terminals with the following functions:Serial input:1.GND2.RX-(SDB)(RS485)3.RX+(SDA)(RS485)Power supply input:4.0V5.GND(DO NOT USE)6.24VDC inputNOTE: terminal 5 should not be used for powering the instrument only terminals 4 and 6 should be used for this.Figure 4: Location of connector on back side of the Alphacourse G4.4.1.1Preparing and terminating the cablesFor the instrument to operate correctly it is essential that all cables are installed and terminated correctly. The Alphacourse G comes with a pre-installed cable with a length of 3 meters. This cable is already connected and mounted on to the Alphacourse G’s back side. It is highly recommended to use this cable and to connect it in a external connection box to the installed cable(s) on the ship. See also figure 4 and the complete connection diagram that can be found in the appendix of this manual.4.4.1.2Grounding the Alphacourse GThe instrument must be grounded to the ships structure/mass to operate correctly. There is a grounding point on the back of the instrument on the right of the internal connector.Via the green wire in the pre-installed cable this grounding point should be connected to the ships structure/mass. See Figure 5: Correct grounding of the instrumentFigure 5: Correct grounding of the instrument4.4.1.3Connecting power supply Alphacourse GThe Alphacourse G must be connected to a 24VDC power supply that can supply at least 0.75 ampere. Connector terminals 4 and 6 should be used to connect the power supply. The polarity of the power connectors is shown on both the printed circuit board and the connection label on the back of the instrument. The maximum core thickness that can be connected is 2.5mm². The power supply input is galvanic isolated. The complete connection diagram of the Alphacourse G is included in the Appendix of this manual.4.4.1.4Connecting Alphacourse G to serial data sourceVia the terminals 2 and 3 serial data can be connected to the Alphacourse G. This data should comply with the IEC61162-1 norm. The by the Alphacourse G accepted sentence is:Via dipswitches inside the Alphacourse G the type of data source should be selected. To change the dipswitch settings the (back-side)housing of the Alphacourse G should be opened. Via the dipswitches there are three selectable data source types, these are: -HE -> Gyrocompass-HC -> Magnetic compass-GP -> GPS compassVia the dipswitches one of these data source types can be selected at a time. See figure below for the location of the dipswitches and the configuration settings.Figure 6: Dipswitch setting Alphacourse GBy default the Alphacourse G is set to:-4800 bps(Baudrate)-Accepted sentence: $HEHDT5OPERATING Alphacourse GIn this section the operating of the Alphacourse G is explained.5.1Operation ESSENTIALSFor operation, the Alphacourse G has one push-button(SYNC) and one rotatingknob(Dimmer).Figure 7: Operation knops of Alphacourse G5.2SYNC buttonWith the SYNC button the user can calibrate the analogue indicator of the Alpgacourse G. Once pushed on this button both analogue scales(inner and outer) will turn to zero and calibrate them selfs. During calibration the green RUN let will blink. After calibration the indicator will turn to the heading received on the serial input port.5.3Dimmer knobThe brightness of the backlight of the instrument can be set by rotating the dimmer knob. Turning clock-wise will increase brightness and turning anti-clock wise will decrease the brightness.5.4OPERATING MODESThe Alphacourse G has two working statuses:1.Normal mode2.Alarm mode5.4.1Normal operating modeDuring normal mode the Alphacourse G will indicate the ships heading with one decimal accuracy. The “outer” analogue scale will indicate the heading without decimals, 0 till 360degrees per revolution). The “inner” scale will indicate only the heading part of one decimal in front and one decimal behind the comma. If the instrument is powered the green RUN LED is lit. When the instrument is calibrating(directly after start-up or via SYNC button) the green LED will blink. See figure above.5.4.2Alarm modeWhen the instrument has detected an error the red fail LED is lit or will blink.NOTE: most of the errors are related to wrong serial data received on the serial input. Check the wire polarity and the dipswitch setting in the Alphacourse G. The type of error indicated by the instrument can be found in Table 1: Error codes Alphacourse G.Table 1: Error codes Alphacourse GIf the optical sensor is broken the analogue pointer can be calibrated manually. This has to be done in the following way.It is possible to adjust the null point manually when the automatic calibration fails. The procedure is as follows:1.Push SYNC button for more than 2 seconds.2.Push SYNC button(The analogue scales will turn around rapidly)3.Push SYNC button when the outer scale value is within 0 till 10 degrees(roughadjustment) The compass will start to turn slowly now.4.Pus SYNC button when the compass inner scale aligns with the 0 degrees lubbermark.(fine adjustment)After 3 seconds the fail indicator LED will be turned off and the Alphacourse G should indicate the same heading as the ships master compass. CHECK if this is soIf there is still a miss-alignment than repeat the above procedure till there is no difference between the master compass and the Alphacourse G.6COMPASS SAFE DISTANCEThe magnetic compass save distance of the Alphacourse G is given below:STANDARD MAGNETIC COMPASS: 0.8mSTEERING MAGNETIC COMPASS: 0.8m7TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONSIn this chapter the technical specifications of the Alphacourse G are given. Pomona Ave. Kansas City, MO 64153******************************SAFETY and GENERAL INFORMATIONSave these instructions. For your safety, read, understand, and follow the information provided with and on this jack before using. The owner and operator of this equipment shall have an understanding of this jack and safe operating procedures before attempting to use. The owner and operator shall be aware that use and repair of this product may require special skills and knowledge. Instructions and safety information shall be conveyed in the operator's native language before use of this jack is authorized. If any doubt exists as to the safe and proper use of this jack, remove from service immediately.Inspect before each use. Do not use if broken, bent, cracked or damaged parts are noted. Any jack that appears damaged in any way, or operates abnormally shall be removed from service immediately. If the jack has been or suspected to have been subjected to a shock load (a load dropped suddenly, unexpectedly upon it), immediately discontinue use until jack has been checked by a factory authorized service center (contact distributor or manufacturer for list of authorized service centers). It is recommended that an annual inspection be done by qualified personnel. Labels and Operator's Manuals are available from manufacturer.PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONBlackhawk Automotive Air Actuated Bottle Jacks are designed to lift, not support, rated capacity loads consisting of one end of a vehicle. Immediately after lifting, the load must be supported by a pair of appropriately rated jack ***************************************************************************************** air pressure is required to raise rated capacity load.Never use hydraulic jack as a stand alone device. After lifting, immediately support the lifted loadwith a pair of appropriately rated jack stands. Never place any portion of your body under a load when lifting or lowering the load.PREPARATIONBefore Use1. Verify that the product and application are compatible, if in doubt call Customer Support (816) 891-6390.2. Before using this product, read the operator's manual completely and familiarize yourself thoroughly with theproduct, its components and recognize the hazards associated with its use.3. Assemble handle, ensure spring clips align with slots.4. To familiarize yourself with basic operation, use the notched end of provided handle to engage and turn the releasevalve:a. Clockwise until firm resistance is felt to further turning. This is the ‘CLOSED’ release valve position used toraise the ram plunger.b. Counter-clockwise, but no more than 1 turn from the closed position. This is the ‘OPEN’ release valveposition used to lower the ram plunger.5. With ram fully retracted, locate and remove the oil filler plug/screw. Insert the handle into the handle sleeve, thenpump 6 to 8 strokes. Ensure the oil level is just below the oil filler hole. Reinstall the oil filler plug/screw.6. Pour a teaspoon of good quality, air tool lubricant into the air supply inlet of the lift control valve. Connect to airsupply and squeeze lift control valve for 3 seconds to evenly distribute lubricant.7. This product is equipped with the popular 1/4" NPT air coupler. When installing a different air coupler of yourchoice, ensure that thread tape or compound is used when servicing connections. To ensure dependable, trouble free operation an inline air dryer and oiler is recommended.8. Check that the pump operates smoothly and that the extension screw will thread up/down easily before puttinginto service. Replace worn or damaged parts and assemblies with Blackhawk Automotive authorized replacement parts only.Bleeding / Venting Trapped AirWith the release valve in the OPEN position (4b above) and with ram plunger fully lowered, locate and remove the oil filler plug/screw. Insert the handle into the handle sleeve; then pump 6 to 8 full strokes. This will help release any pressurized air which may be trapped within the reservoir. Oil level should be even with the bottom of the oil filler hole. Reinstall the oil filler plug/screw.Be sure all tools and personnel are clear before lowering load. Only attachments and/or adapters supplied by the manufacturer shall be used. Lift only on areas of the vehicle as specified by the vehicle manufacturer.OPERATIONRaising the Ram Plunger1. Assemble handle, ensure that spring clips align with slots.2. Place vehicle in the park, with emergency brake on and wheel securely chocked to prevent inadvertent vehicle movement.3. Locate and close release valve by turning handle clockwise until firm resistance is felt to further thread engagement.4. Verify lift point, center jack saddle under lift point.5. Squeeze the lift control valve or insert handle into handle sleeve and pump to contact lift point. To lift, continue pumping until load reaches desired height. DO NOT OPERATE BY AIR AND BY HAND PUMPING AT THE SAME TIME.6. Immediately transfer the lifted load to a pair of appropriately rated jack stands.Use only handle provided by jack manufacturer. The handle provided with this jack will safely engage the release valve and operate the handle sleeve. If handle is worn, operates abnormally, or will not positively engage the release valve, STOP , discontinue use of the jack until a factory replacement handle can be acquired.Make certain that all personnel are clear of Control the rate of descent of the load at all times . The more you open the release valve, the faster the load descends.1. Raise load high enough to clear the jack stands, then carefully remove jack stands (always used in pairs).2. Slowly turn the handle counter-clockwise, but no more than 1 turn. If the load fails to lower:a. Use another jack to raise the vehicle high enough to reinstall jack stands.b. Remove the affected jack and then the stands.c. Lower the load by turning the release valve counter-clockwise, but no more than 1 turn.3. After removing jack from under the load, push ram and handle sleeve down to reduce exposure to rust and contamination.MAINTENANCEImportant : Use only good grade hydraulic jack oil. Avoid mixing different types of fluid and NEVER use brake fluid, turbine oil, transmission fluid, motor oil or glycerin. Improper fluid can cause premature failure of the jack and the potential for sudden and immediate loss of load. We recommend Mobil DTE 13M or equivalent.Adding oil1. With ram plunger fully lowered and pump piston fully depressed, set jack in its upright, level position. Remove oil filler screw.2. Fill with oil until just below the rim of the oil filler screw hole. Reinstall the oil filler plug/screw. Changing oilFor best performance and longest life, replace the complete fluid supply at least once per year.1. With ram plunger fully lowered and pump piston fully depressed, remove the oil filler plug/screw.2. Lay the jack on its side and drain the fluid into a suitable container.Note: Dispose of hydraulic oil in accordance with local regulations.3. Fill with oil until just below the rim of the oil filler hole. Reinstall the oil filler plug/screw.Lubrication1. A periodic coating of light lubricating oil to pivot points will help to prevent rust and assure that pump assemblies move freely.2. Air pump should be internally lubricated before each use. Use good quality air tool lubricant. If no inline oiler is used, pour a teaspoon of air tool oil into the air control valve inlet. Operate the jack with air pressure to fully distribute the oil inside the air motor.CleaningPeriodically check the pump piston and ram for signs of rust/corrosion. Clean as needed and wipe with oily cloth.Note: Never use sandpaper or abrasive material on these surfaces!StorageWhen not in use, store the jack with pump piston and ram plunger fully retracted and air supply disconnected.TROUBLESHOOTINGSymptomPossible CausesCorrective ActionJack will not lift load• Release valve not tightly closed • Overload condition• Air pressure inadequate • Ensure release valve tightly closed • Remedy overload condition • Ensure adequate air pressure Jack will lift, but not maintain pressure• Release valve not tightly closed • Overload condition• Hydraulic unit malfunction • Ensure release valve tightly closed • Remedy overload condition• Contact Blackhawk Tech. Omega AHP Series In-Line Air Heater说明书
AHP SeriesGENERAL DESCRIPTIONThe AHP Series in-line air heaters are used to heat clean, dry air or gas for baking, drying, laminating, metal working, packaging, plastic welding, preheating, sealing, soldering, shrink fitting and synthetic fabric sewing.Outlet temperatures are varied by adjusting the voltage and/or the air flow. Closed loop control can alsobe achieved with temperature controllers and “T” fittings to mount thermocouples. Consult tables below to determine maximum and minimum recommended flow rates.Calculate the flow rate, temperature rise, or power requirement as follows:Watts = SCFM x ∆ T/3SCFM = Standard Cubic Feet per Minute∆ T = Temperature Rise in Degrees F from the Inlet to the OutletThe cold air entry should always be at the termination end of the heater. Do not run without proper air flow.Controls should be used to prevent operation of the heater without air flow, i.e. and air flow switch. Incoming air should be filtered prior to passing through the heater and be free of moisture, condensation or othercontaminants.* Indicates watts per inch of heated length. The watts per inch of heated length can be changed byreducing the operating voltage or by ordering a custom made heater.** These air heaters can be operated on either 120 or 240V. Specifications are shown for operationon both 120 and 240V.SpecificationsPressure Rating: 80PSIGWattage Tolerance: +5,-10% or better at the voltage specifiedMaximum Outlet Temperature: 1000°FMaximum Inlet Temperature: 250°FServicing North America:U.S.A.Headquarters:Omega Engineering, Inc.Toll-Free: 1-800-826-6342 (USA & Canada only) Customer Service: 1-800-622-2378 (USA & Canada only) Engineering Service: 1-800-872-9436 (USA & Canada only) Tel: (203) 359-1660Fax: (203) 359-7700e-mail:**************For Other Locations Visit/worldwide***********************The information contained in this document is believed to be correct, but OMEGA accepts no liability for any errors it contains, and reserves the right to alter specifications without notice.WARRANTY/DISCLAIMEROMEGA ENGINEERING, INC., warrants this unit to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 13 months from date of purchase.

www.jrc.amAlphaPilotSimple, scalable and smart steeringAutopilot• 5-inch color LCD touch display • Modular and most flexible system • Intuitive user experience • Uniform product philosophy • Fully self adjusting • Adaptive control technology • High quality hardware design• Heading monitor system functionality • Fuel saving• Various operating modesFeaturesOur new adaptive autopilot features a 5-inch touch display with the hardware and software based on our uniform product philosophy, creating a consistent bridge and operational approach. The advanced track steering technology contributes to safe and efficient operation, defined by its simplicity in usage.Fully self-adjustingThe AlphaPilot is a modular, type approved heading control system designed to fit vessels of any size, including high speed crafts. This modern and technologically advanced control unit is intended to reduce the operator’s workload, increase the vessel motion efficiency and improve operational safety. The AlphaPilot is easy to install and has a fully self-adjusting ‘auto-tune’ algorithm which automatically estimates ships’ dynamics and allows it to easily adapt control settings, rudder gain and counter rudder as required to continually provide the best possiblesteering performance. Thanks to our experience and feedback of our customers and engineers, we designed our newAlphaPilot as a modular system with standard components that makes it easy to install, commission and to maintain. The new AlphaPilot had to be deployable as a small system as heading control system up to an advanced and complex autopilot system with multiple positions and to control main steering. The result is a system consists of following building blocks:v AlphaPilot control panelv MCU box (Main Control Unit)v MCU MS box (Main Control Unit Main Steering)v Mode switches, tillers, hand wheels and rudder feedback unitsWith only these components, one is able to design a system for the demands of the customers.Tillers & SwitchesThe tillers are required for steering and switches for selecting steering modes. As an additional safety feature, the tiller in command will lit. All tillers and switches have dimmer and mute buttons. The modules have an aluminum base fitted with a dedicated PCB and a splash-proof film coating on the front. The modules are connected via CAN bus for communicating with the main control unit.Follow-up (FU) tiller Non-follow-up (NFU) 2 Position mode switch Single rudder hand wheel Follow up (FU) tiller ROT Follow up (FU) tiller S/I3 Position mode switchFeaturesHand wheel2 pos. mode switch3 pos. mode switchNFUFUtiller FU tiller ROT FU tiller S/IFU mode (take over)v vvv v Central dimmer buttonsv v v v v v v Buzzer disable button vvvvvv vROT mode vSYNC mode v INDEP modev NFU mode (take over)v v vAuto/Follow up modevvDouble rudder hand wheelModes of operationThe AlphaPilot is easy to operate via an intuitive 5-inch color touchscreen display which will give the operator a clear presentation of information. The user-friendly menu and parameters can be accessed and changed by using the touch screen, rotary button or, in case of the AlphaTrackPilot, multi-functionaljoystick.Current heading (from compass)Compass in useSpeed data Info field displays:Alert status & alert messageSteering by mode Current Rate-Of-Turn value Current controlmodeMode ExplanationStandby AlphaPilot is in stand-by or manual mode and does not control steering or rudders as control is overriddenAutoAuto mode or automatic heading control activates the autopilot and steers the vessel to the reference course. When wind/current will push the vessel off course, the AlphaPilot will counteract.Dodge The dodge mode is a short-term switchover from auto mode to the manual rudder control.Override The overide mode will give intentional fast change-over from automatic to temporary manual FU steering from external FU wheel or FU Tiller.CTS PilotCourse to steer or CTS mode is an estimated course that a vessel should steer in order to arrive at a waypoint or bearing and stay on ground track.ROT modeIn this mode the AlphaPilot is switched over to manual ROT (rate-of-turn) steering via a knob on the control panel or activated on an external FU/ROT tiller. This mode is also known as ‘Rivermode’.TrackTrack control mode (also referred to as “track steering”), combines an ECDIS with the autopilot. The navigator can program a voyage plan into the ECDIS that contains one or more tracks.Autolow speedheadingcontrolThe AlphaPilot can operate in automatic low speed heading control mode, using one or twotunnel thrusters in “AUTO” control mode.Way point 1Way point 2Control panelControl panelsG-004459 AlphaPilot MFM GYG-004460 Alphapilot MFM BKMCU BoxThe control panel is connected to the Main Control Unit box. This box is the central aggregation unit toBesides size, the main difference between a MCU box and the MCU MS box is that the MCU box will be connected to a steering system while the MCU MS box is directly connected to the steering gear.Stearing gear interfaceserminals to connect different steering gear interfaces:Proportional valvesYour choices• AlphaPilot• Main Control Unit• Main Control Unit - Main Steering • Additional Control Unit• Additional Control Unit - Main Steering • Mode Switch 2 Positions • Mode Switch 3 Positions • FU Tiller• FU Tiller Sync/Indep • FU Tiller ROT • NFU Tiller• Hand wheel Single Rudder • Hand wheel T win RudderAccessories• Rudder feedback unit HD (with limit switches)• Rudder feedback unit MD• Linkage Transmission for Rudder Feedback Unit • Chain Transmission for Rudder Feedback Unit • IP56 kit for displayRudder feedback unitsThe rudder feedback units consist of aluminum housing and are available as medium or heavy-duty versions. The output can be connected to the analog module or directly to the MCU box. The rudder feedback units contain a potentiometer, which is proportional to the rudder angle. Next to this, the heavy-duty version contains additional limit switches. The rudder feedback units can be mechanically coupled to the rudder post by chain or atransmission link. The continuously transmitted accurate rudder angle data will be received by the analog interface. It converts the analog signal to a digital Modbus and IEC61162-1 signal and can be transmitted to any AlphaLine Repeater display capable of displaying graphical rudder information.System diagramNo vessel is the same and different setup may be required by taking single rudder, twin rudder, bow thruster and multi position steering options into account.
