给油时的注意事项
润滑脂的种类
1类透平油(ISO VG32)
弹性密封型
如果使用的润滑脂不是1类透平油,可能使弾性体密封件膨胀、老化 (不能使用轴(spindle)油、机油)
润滑脂是否抵达执行器? 需要对配管条件(距离、高度)、最低滴入流量、油的补充等进行管理
即使是不需给油的机器,一旦实施了一次给油,就不要中途停止。给 油后会有润滑脂流出,但是如果不给油,机器就不能使用。

推压式 (要工具型)用小旋具等将手动钮压到底。
一松开便复位。
锁式(要工具型) (准标准)用一字形旋具将手动钮压到底,注意导线的接线方法插入式底板 (带接线端子)●把底板的接线盖①取下,在接线端子台②上接线。
快换接头的更换方法气缸通口使用快换接头的场合,集装板采用容易更换的盒式接头。
卸下阀后,用一字形钟表旋具等将夹子卸下,再更换接头。
安装时,将管接头插到底,再将夹子插入到所定的位 置。
●接线端子台上,按下表标记与各电源侧接线。
注1) 没有极性,作为-COM 使用也可。
注2) 在VQ410 底板上使用双配线。
●适用压着端子: 1.25-3S, 1.25Y-3, 1.25Y-3N, 1.25Y-3.501插头引线式: 直接出线式按各自对应的线接线。

注意灯盖的装卸●卸下卸灯盖时,用一字形旋具使盖钩向外侧移1mm,然后笔直地拔出。
若斜拔,先导阀会受损,在保护用O形圈上也会产生伤痕。
●装上不要碰先导阀,笔直地插入。
保护用O形圈不扭曲,推盖钩锁住。
(一推入,钩开启,便自动锁住。
)插头的装卸●装插头的场合,用手指夹住闩和插头体,笔直地插入插针上,闩爪伸入盖的沟内便锁住。
