【摘要】目的：研究与分析PDCA循环管理对呼吸内科抗菌药物的影响。方法：本院采取随机的原则选取来我院呼吸内科进行治疗的患者122例（2015年8月-2017年8月），随后采取随机等量随机的方法进行分组，一共分为两组，将其命名为常规管理组与PDCA循环管理组，每组各61例。其中常规管理组患者的管理采取我院呼吸内科常规的管理，而PDCA循环管理组患者的管理采取PDCA循环管理的方法进行管理，随后观察两组患者的医务人员对于药物相关知识的掌握程度、抗菌药物使用率、联合用药情况、药物选取不当情况、用药时机不当情况以及用药时间过长等情况。结果：PDCA循环管理组患者的医务人员对于药物相关知识的掌握程度、抗菌药物使用率、联合用药情况、药物选取不当情况、用药时机不当情况以及用药时间过长等情况显著优于常规管理组，具有统计学意义（p

Effect of PDCA circulation management on antibacterials in respiratory medicine

【Abstract】Objective：To study and analyze the effect of PDCA circulation management on antibiotics in respiratory medicine.Methods：122 patients （August 2015 - August 2017） were randomly selected from the department of respiratory medicine in our hospital， and then divided into two groups.They were named routine management group and PDCA circulation management group，61 cases in each group.Among them， the routine management of the patients in the routine management group was adopted in the department of respiratory medicine of our hospital，while the management of the patients in the PDCA circulation management group was carried out by the method of PDCA circulation management.Then the mastery of drug-related knowledge，the utilization rate of antibiotics，the situation of combined use of drugs and the selection of drugs were observed.The situation of improper use， improper timing of medication and too long time of medication， etc.Results：Medical staff in PDCA circulatory management group were significantly better than those in routine management group in terms of drug-related knowledge，antimicrobial use rate， combined drug use， improper drug selection，improper drug use timing and long drug use time， with statistical significance（p
