在小说里面，除非对话式的分段让每个自然段划分比较细碎之外，还有一部分的小说分段还是有作者自己的原因的。
比如第一段是不是一个与主题相关的预告或者类比，第二段是不是文章重点话题或核心故事，第三段是不是对这个核心故事的内心反思等等。
为什么要这样去分析段落功能和段落之间的逻辑?因为理解修辞功能是SAT阅读所考察的重点之一。
3)要能够理解段落内作者企图表达的逻辑：所谓段内逻辑常见的有四种：平行、对比、因果、过程。
在小说里面尤其注重描述过程。

我们要清楚的认识一个道理，就是在所有的文章阅读中，一定都会有生词的障碍，但认识所有的单词也不一定能做对题，原因就在于生词不是唯一的考点。
因此面对文章中必然出现的生词，要有宠辱不惊的态度，而且有猜测其意思的能力。
