Suddenly, our guide stopped and pointed his flashlight at the most vibrant red frog I had ever seen! He said it was a strawberry poison dart frog. We learned that they are one of the most toxic creatures on the planet, but they're only dangerous if you try to touch or eat them. No thanks!The next few days were a total blur of hiking, swimming, and animal watching. We saw adorable white-faced capuchin monkeys swinging through the trees and snacking on leaves andfruit.
