DO-35几种常用二极管的特点1.整流二极管整流二极管结构主要是平面接触型,其特点是允许通过的电流比较大,反向击穿电压比较高,但PN结电容比较大,一般广泛应用于处理频率不高的电路中;例如整流电路、嵌位电路、保护电路等;整流二极管在使用中主要考虑的问题是最大整流电流和最高反向工作电压应大于实际工作中的值;2.快速二极管快速二极管的工作原理与普通二极管是相同的,但由于普通二极管工作在开关状态下的反向恢复时间较长,约4~5ms,不能适应高频开关电路的要求;快速二极管主要应用于高频整流电路、高频开关电源、高频阻容吸收电路、逆变电路等,其反向恢复时间可达10ns;快速二极管主要包括快恢复二极管和肖特基二极管;快恢复二极管简称FRD是一种具有开关特性好、反向恢复时间短特点的半导体二极管,主要应用于开关电源、PWM脉宽调制器、变频器等电子电路中,作为高频整流二极管、续流二极管或阻尼二极管使用;快恢复二极管在制造上采用掺金、单纯的扩散等工艺,可获得较高的开关速度,同时也能得到较高的耐压;快恢复二极管的内部结构与普通PN结二极管不同,它属于PIN结型二极管,即在P型硅材料与N型硅材料中间增加了基区I,构成PIN硅片;因基区很薄,反向恢复电荷很小,所以快恢复二极管的反向恢复时间较短,正向压降较低,反向击穿电压耐压值较高;目前快恢复二极管主要应用在逆变电源中作整流元件,高频电路中的限幅、嵌位等; 肖特基Schottky二极管也称肖特基势垒二极管简称SBD,是由金属与半导体接触形成的势垒层为基础制成的二极管,其主要特点是正向导通压降小约,反向恢复时间短和开关损耗小,是一种低功耗、超高速半导体器件,广泛应用于开关电源、变频器、驱动器等电路,作高频、低压、大电流整流二极管、续流二极管、保护二极管使用,或在微波通信等电路中作整流二极管、小信号检波二极管使用;肖特基二极管在结构原理上与PN结二极管有很大区别,它的内部是由阳极金属用钼或铝等材料制成的阻挡层、二氧化硅SiO2电场消除材料、N-外延层砷材料、N型硅基片、N+阴极层及阴极金属等构成,如图所示;在N型基片和阳极金属之间形成肖特基势垒;当在肖特基势垒两端加上正向偏压阳极金属接电源正极,N型基片接电源负极时,肖特基势垒层变窄,其内阻变小;反之,若在肖特基势垒两端加上反向偏压时,肖特基势垒层则变宽,其内阻变大;肖特基二极管存在的问题是耐压比较低,反向漏电流比较大;目前应用在功率变换电路中的肖特基二极管的大体水平是耐压在150V以下,平均电流在100A以下,反向恢复时间在10~40ns;肖特基二极管应用在高频低压电路中,是比较理想的;3.稳压二极管稳压二极管是利用PN结反向击穿特性所表现出的稳压性能制成的器件;稳压二极管也称齐纳二极管或反向击穿二极管,在电路中起稳定电压作用;它是利用二极管被反向击穿后,在一定反向电流范围内反向电压不随反向电流变化这一特点进行稳压的;稳压二极管通常由硅半导体材料采用合金法或扩散法制成;它既具有普通二极管的单向导电特性,又可工作于反向击穿状态;在反向电压较低时,稳压二极管截止;当反向电压达到一定数值时,反向电流突然增大,稳压二极管进入击穿区,此时即使反向电流在很大范围内变化时,稳压二极管两端的反向电压也能保持基本不变;但若反向电流增大到一定数值后,稳压二极管则会被彻底击穿而损坏; 稳压二极管根据其封装形式、电流容量、内部结构的不同可以分为多种类型;稳压二极管根据其封装形式可分为金属外壳封装稳压二极管、玻璃封装简称玻封稳压二极管和塑料封装简称塑封稳压二极管;塑封稳压二极管又分为有引线型和表面封装两种类型;稳压管的主要参数有:①稳压值VZ;指当流过稳压管的电流为某一规定值时,稳压管两端的压降;②电压温度系数;稳压管的稳压值VZ的温度系数在VZ低于4V时为负温度系数值;当VZ的值大于7V时,其温度系数为正值;而VZ的值在6V左右时,其温度系数近似为零;目前低温度系数的稳压管是由两只稳压管反向串联而成,利用两只稳压管处于正反向工作状态时具有正、负不同的温度系数,可得到很好的温度补偿;③动态电阻rZ;表示稳压管稳压性能的优劣,一般工作电流越大,rZ越小;④允许功耗PZ;由稳压管允许达到的温升决定,小功率稳压管的PZ值为100~1000mW,大功率的可达50W;⑤稳定电流IZ;测试稳压管参数时所加的电流;实际流过稳压管的电流低于IZ时仍能稳压,但rZ较大;稳压管的最主要的用途是稳定电压;在要求精度不高、电流变化范围不大的情况下,可选与需要的稳压值最为接近的稳压管直接同负载并联;在稳压、稳流电源系统中一般作基准电源,也有在集成运放中作为直流电平平移;其存在的缺点是噪声系数较高,稳定性较差;。

注意:出厂设定弹簧紧度是在最低(软)的位置。
操控位置1. 用3mm 的内六角扳手取下二边的螺钉。
2. 分开发射机的二部分,要小心操作,不要损坏它们之间连接的电线。
3.每边有4个螺钉安装,取下这些螺钉,换个孔重新按上,就可以改变操控位置。

美国资料浮标中心浮标和锚系技术的最新进展美国资料浮标中心浮标和锚系技术的最新进展一,浮标壳体的新进展80年代以来,美国资料浮际中心(NDBC)伯主要目标是研制出一种既廉价,又小型化的新型浮标壳体.直径10m和12m的圆盘形浮枥:的维修,保养费用己达到难以容忍的地步,特别是值此紧缩开支的年代更是如此.NOMAD船形浮标在离岸10O~250nmi1e的海域或者在海况恶劣的海域(例如阿拉斯加湾)都不啻是一种好浮标;但在一般海况不太恶劣的海域或近岸海域,布放仪其壳体就值8.--.10万美元的船形浮标就未免太昂贵了.80年代期,NDBC开始研*一种类似伍兹霍尔海洋"IDa"J…L)2:i研的3m固盘形铝铡浮环体,采用了不同∞结构形式研制了四台浮标,并于1983----19uo…Z.rC--,-I.--放在沿岸海域和大湖区.在哥伦比亚河口海域成功地连续运行~年(1984~】985年)之后,3Ell浮标被选定为业务运行浮标,NDBCy..添置了15台3m浮标,逐步取代站位上的10m乖i12m浮标,并进一步扩大了沿海海域的浮网.3Ill浮环(见示意阁)的壳体由5086海洋防锈高强铝制成,三角架桅杆由6061铝制成.标体下方装有一钢制的剐性三脚支架,既起稳定浮标体的作用,叉起j诒系系统连接的作用.其主要结构参数l"下:1.3DOl型壳体重量9,'19kgfn源274.5kg仪器设备45.0k暮压载物227k~投放总重量1498kg重心o.76u2.3D02—3Dl9型壳体重量电源仪器设备'压载物投放总重量重心118okg300kg95kgokg1545kg0.62Ill3m浮标示意'1987—1988年期间,3m浮标相继在南太平洋,西北太平洋和夏威夷群岛海峡等海域投放,获得圆满的结果西北太平洋站位(48.1711,N,133.45#43W)的浮标连续工作一年,溟l得的有效波高超过14m.此外,还专门为3m浮:辕研制了一种波向;=!!18量装置,它为政府部门和气象予报部门提供了很多大浪,强涌区的波浪资料,为这些部门所认可.专门为3m浮标设计了一种拖曳槊和上层锚系系统,使它在近海海域(离岸65km以内)能够用小船拖曳到位.圆收浮标时,可在站位上用回收绳直接更换新浮标,而无需将浮标吊起,简化了作业手续一1989,---1990年将在墨西哥湾和北大西洋海域进一步布放这类浮标.为此,NDBC将再添置一些3Ill浮标,因为其性能良好,面浮标壳体的造价仅2万美元.除3Ill浮标外,MDBC还在研制由泡沫塑料制成的小浮标,它将在业务运行的浮标充电,维修,更换传感器时起标志浮标的作用.这种浮标的壳体由特制烯烃离子聚合材料构成.这种材料很轻(密度勺48kg/m.),很耐用,水不褪色,吸水,也无需加防护罩,壳体,桅杆和配重筒均可折卸,便于运输.投放之前,只需用3O分钟就可装配完.该浮坛能承受一21—22.68kg的锚系负荷.子电池供电的防做识别灯可连续工作六个月.二,尼龙一聚丙烯混合锚系系统目前,NDBC使ffj的锚系系统是一种成功韵标准化系统.1978年曾把锚系系统的使用寿命定为六年.从1980年至今的实践表明,这一目标已经达到.目前NDBC已有一套锚系系统连续工作了七年半,另几套也己工作了六年半以上.尽管取得了这些成绩,NDBC仍然努力争取使筑系系统更为通ff1化,更加便宜.8O年代初,NDBC开始试用尼龙一聚丙烯棍合锚系系统,以便取代际准的倒悬链式系统. 尼龙一聚丙烯系统较为便宜,一个3000m锚系系统即能一省4000-v5000美元,而且布放方便,可节省大韫劳力及船时(因为倒悬链式系统需用大量玻璃浮子,难以布放).试用尼龙一聚丙烯系统之初,对两种不同直径的缆绳的叉接方式及聚丙烯缆绳在海水中工作的长期稳定性尚无把握,因此做了大量的试验.经三十多种叉接方式的拉伸试验,确认锥形叉接最为可靠.由于尼龙缆绳的强度比聚丙烯缆绳高8O%左右,因此在同一锚系系统中, 两种缆绳的直径不一样.锥形叉接时,随着叉接长度的增加,聚丙烯缆绳的直径慢慢变小,形成锥状,直至最后采用平头叉接的方式,(即标准叉接法)完成叉接过程.1984年在夏威夷一个4850m深的站位上使用这种混合锚系系统,至今仍在正常运行.目前已有很多站位使用这种铺系(见表),站位号浮标类型深度(m)布放日期回收日期5lOO2NOMAD485O84.9.5仍在使用440O4NOMAD323084.12.16仍在使用323O23m420086.119仍在使用410O2NOMAD365586.3.2686.6.346OO6l2m393O86.6.28.仍在使用460373m35OO87.8.887.9.2246002NOMAD342587.4.29仍在使用一一22一迄今从未发生过任似事故.这种混合铺系系统也用于浅海,'不过在淡海海域,聚丙烯缆绳的径应稍为增大些,一般为(b5.72cm三,在锚系系统中使用塑料零部件近年来,NDBC一直在努力寻找一种高强度,低磨损非金属材料,以便取代锚系系统巾的金属件.月前,己研制出适用于深海长期布放的塑料梨形嵌缆环(俗称马眼).在现右.使用的锚系系统中,采用铝黄铜合金"马眼",并喷涂氨基甲酸乙酯涂层,起保护尼龙绳和绝缘的作用.这种"马眼"较重,制造工艺复杂,且因为增加涂层后价格昂贵.塑料"马眼,,很轻,使用方便,价格也较便宜.它由高强度特制尼龙卷筒和氨壤fI1酸乙酯防护罩组成,卷筒外而敷有胶态润滑剂,提高其耐磨性.这种塑料"马眼"曾于1985年l1月在夏威夷海域1O10m深处的一个锵系系统中使用过,1988年: 回收后,进行严格检验,没有发现任何变形或损坏迹象,证明其性能良好,准备投入正式使用.另一塑料零件是绝缘衬套,它连接浮标体下方由不锈钢制成的支架与由碳钢制成的锵链,既起电气绝缘作用,又起机械连接作用.绝缘衬套由乙缩醛制成,紧套在专用螺钉外一面.碳钢卸扣的连接轴穿过螺钉的中心孔后,用开口销锁紧,而螺钉外面的绝缘衬套穿过架的连接孔固定,从而起连接与绝缘作用.这种绝缘衬套目前正在海中试用,予计1989年畿将对其性能做出评定结论.四,抗鱼咬锚系缆绳7O年代,布放在墨西哥湾的锚系系统发生过鱼(可能是鲨鱼)咬事故,当时没有给予很大的注意.阻址,进入8O年代以来,色咬事故频繁发生,引起了NDBC的重视,因而开始了一系列的研究,以便研制出一种抗鱼咬的锚系系统. 首先,由伍兹霍尔海洋研究所负责选材研究工作.该所对数十种缆绳进行剪切强度,协苏联研制成功多通道水声测量系统苏联安德列夫声学研究所及海洋研究所研制成功了一种水听器天线阵式多通道水声测量系统,可有效地进行洋底声场空间特性研究,获得海底声散射图片,确定声散射信号的相关波谱特性以及准确地勘探海底矿藏等.天线阵上的每个水听器都能得到被测信号的振幅和相位,综合整个天线阵面,就能确定出反映声场空问结构的地貌.多通道水声测遗系统由水下部分,船舶装置,船用发射系统和近千米电缆钢索及绞车组成.系统的水下部分包括天线阵和深水集装篇. 天线阵是一个3I33.×3m的金属格架,上面等距离安装着64个直径为550mm的水听器.天线阵具有随系统工作频率变化而使水听器间的距离也随之变化的结沟特点.深水集装箱是个直径为450mm的球体,内装有}『J子测量仪器.船舷部分包括号收集装置,!乜子计算机的输入装置,人:控制部件以及带有主控振荡器和系统电源部一f-'-I:的额定船用发射器.振荡器产生音频一脉冲,并将信号以3~20kHz的载频信号发送到发射天线.信号跟踪周期由循环脉冲发生器控制.由洋,:散射声信号被天线阵接收,通过水听器上的前放火器,输出到可控放大器上.在传输洋底散射信号时,根据来自船舷的同步脉冲,转换器自动进行转换,结果就对64个接收通道进行连续应答.每个通道的应答时问大约等j发射声波的l0个周期,●…~一?…^一?一一'一一t一-一…一一',~-~…~t?,_ 蜥力,戳穿力等方面的试验,从中选出了四种缆绳.然后,由Dominion大学负责在波多黎各^沿海进行现场试验.1988年夏把由这四种缆绳组成的锚系系统布放在海中,缆绳上都挂有引以便以窄带滤波方式发送到船舷.可控放大器的信号经过电缆放大器,沿电缆——钢索母线被发送到船舷上.深水集装箱的电源由船上提供.电从船舷沿电缆——钢索母线经过装在集装箱内的稳压器稳压后提供集装箱测量仪器使用.船舷仪器采用跟踪方式进行工作.来自循环脉冲发生器且与发射时间对应的选通脉冲被发送到振荡器,并同时进入同步器中.同步器的时间延迟等于信号从发射天线到海底,再从海底反射到接收天线阵的时问.延迟一过便立即形成转换通道的应答脉冲.通过控制部件,这些应答脉冲就进入缆索控制母线中.从系统水下部分沿缆索母线传输的信息被放大并同时用放大20dB的带通滤波器在l/3倍频带上滤波.经过滤波的信号进入磁带录音机,电子计算机和选择峰值检波器中.检波器可根据来自阿步元件的同步脉冲测量每个通道的信号脉冲. 所有通道的测量值和同步脉冲共同进入显示部件中.显示部件是由模数转换器,调制器,扫描形成器,消磁电路,记忆示波器消除电路组成.在示波器屏幕上能显示出杯状天线阵所得到的与声场振幅分布有关的信息.多通道水声测量系统具有良好的工作性能,用它可进行洋底声散射信号的各种研究,并能得到其他澍量手段无法得到的重要结果.
