Internship Report
Internship ReportDuring the past four weeks, I worked as an English teacher in NO.1 middle school in my hometown. For the first time in my life, I worked as a middle school English teacher. I have never had the idea of being a teacher before, thanks to this opportunity given by our University; I had the chance to show others what I have learnt and to make myself feel that I can really do something different. I am proud for what I have done in the internship period. For I have acknowledged that it is great to be a teacher and the feeling is greater when I help my students with their study.Ⅰ. PurposesThrough professional internship contact with reality, to understand the society; train the students to use professional knowledge analyzes and solve practical problems.Consolidate the theory; acquire practical professional knowledge to develop a preliminary practical work and professional skills, to enable the graduates to better meet the needs of society.1.Have a general understanding of the current situation of oursociety and analysis our future.2. Have a Preliminary understanding of the profession's position innational economic construction, function and development trends 3.Consolidate and deepen the theoretical knowledge, try to analyze andsolve practical problems4. be familiar with the work of professionals` duties and workingprocedures, to gain a preliminary knowledge of the future work.We will be graduated in a year, we need to pay more attention to potential job opportunities.5. Learn from the professionals with an open mind; ask them to helpme when I do not understandⅡ. ContentsMy internship started from 12 April. I went to No.2 middle school in my hometown, which I have spent 3 years there. I told Mr. Wang --one of my former English teachers my intention and he gladly accepted my request as an assistant of him. As we discussed, my job is to correct some students` homework, give a few lessons in the following 3 weeks.Mr. Wang took me to the classroom on Wednesday--which was the first day I started doing my part of job. Mr. Wang introduced me to the students and I was welcomed. There are about 40 students in the class. The students are very cute, and it seemed that they were a bit nervous when I sat at the back of the classroom having few classes with them in that week. Some of them even turn around to see what I am doing when the class was going on. And they seemed very shy when I looked them in the eye.I listened with the students for 3 days. During that short period I got familiar with Mr. W ang’s teaching style once more. He is very rigorous in teaching, always prepare a lot. It is very homey to have his class again. I can feel that the whole class was planning very well.It is not hard for those kids to understand. Mr. Wang can easily control the time even if emergencies happen. Besides, I figured out some new teaching style so that I may give class to the students in my style.After the listening period, I did an analysis to myself: I am not a teaching professional, so I know little about teaching methods. Sitting in the classroom to have classes is very comfortable, but it is very hard for an English major to give classes as a teacher. It is not like giving a speech, being a teacher means you must be responsible to your students; you have to understand what you should say in the class; you have to make sure most of them can understand what you have taught in the class. There are a lot of teaching methods available: let the students repeat what you have said, ask the students to answer questions and guide them when they really need some help, let them practice immediately after they learned something new. English majors like me may not be familiar with these teaching methods. However, we have our advantages: we have solid English foundation, very accurate English professional knowledge, fluent oral English; and we are always ready to communicate with others.I had my first teaching class on 18 April, class begin at 8:00 am. I walked into the classroom at about 7:55. Mr. Wang came into the classroom with me.I asked him a lot of questions before class. I remember one of his suggestions: you have very fluent oral English, try your best to encourage them to speak English; you should be a model to them. These words turn “you should be responsible to these lovely students and now you are on yourown.”Standing in front of 40 grade two middle school students is not a big deal to me. I have been through that period. I began the class with “morning, class”…After the greetings, I moved immediately to the text. Firstly, I taught the students some new words. And I found a very serious problem: the students` pronunciation is terrible. Maybe it is because I am English major and I am more sensitive to pronunciation. So I spend about 10 minutes teaching them some Phonetic Alphabet, but it seemed very hard to them. So I asked them to repeat for many times until most of them can remember. it takes about 10 more minutes to finish the words, which means I have to move faster with the text or I won’t be able to finish it. Finally, I managed finishing the lesson and leave some homework for the students. I feel ok about my first teaching experience. When I heard some students say that they have never paid so much attention to pronunciation and they think they are getting better on that part, I feel very good. For the first I have the feeling that it is very meaningful to be a good teacher. It is great to see your hard word have good ends.During the last two weeks, I gave about 8 classes to those students. We got familiar with other and I can remember most of the students` names. I also spent some time doing sports with them so that we can communicate with each other. I tried my best to find topics of their taste. I am glad that when I do not give classes to them they took me as one of their friends; it seems that they are willing to trust me. That feeling is really amazing. When I do not have classes, I spent sometime correcting the students` homework. I found that those kids care a lot about their teachers` comment, so I paid a lot attention to it. I gave different comments according to the student’s personality when I got familiar with the students. Such as “you can really do better”,“it is very good for you to use what you have learned in the class, don’t lose it” and so on. It means a lot to them. I also communicate with Mr. Wang and other English teachers. I was really glad to hear some teachers say that I have made some change to the student’s pronunciation. I can really improve their oral English if I can stay longer. Some student told their teacher that it is very cool speak fluent English like Mr. Li, though they can not understand what I was talking (That is embarrassing). I finished my internship on 29 April. Ⅲ. Gains1. Guide the students to like EnglishLet the students know that it is not difficult to learn English. Confidence and interest are the main components as Non-intelligence factors. The establishment of self-confidence and the development of interest will play a positive pole in English learning. The bad thing is that most of the students have the feeling that “English is difficult to learn and one can hardly manage the English learning stuff by himself”. This brought a lot adverse effects to English teachers. The best way to eliminate this psychological barrier is to teach students the proper learning style. Let the students grasp the regularity and have the evidence to according to instead of mechanical memorizing.2. Let the students believe in themselvesLet the students have a brief understanding of their learning achievements. Student can obtain some achievements by hard work, they should be promptly aware of their current situation such as the practical application of their knowledge, the results of their homework and paper works; these can consolidate and develop their learning motivation. Teachers should give affirmation or deny to the students` oral answers; give timely revise to the students` homework; let the students know their progress; these actors can work as driving force to arouse their enthusiasm.3.Cultivate good habits for the studentsGood habits can help a person improve his study efficiently and let him benefit from it for the rest of his life. While good habits can only be formed gradually through continuous accumulation and practice. The best time to cultivate good learning habits is at the beginning of the learning stage, or it will be too late once bad habits formed.4. Form the correct learning strategyThe so-called learning is referred to improve the learning quality and learning efficiency in all kinds of activities. It involves learning objectives, self-knowledge management, learning plan, learning method and skills etc. For instance, how to understand, memorize and use words and sentences; which form to adopt in knowledge understanding, memorizing and using, etc.5. Correct the study mannerFirstly, study hard and practice a lot. English is a communicativetool. The purpose of learning English is to use this tool skillfully. The main approach of learning is practice. Only through adequate training can one understand what he or she have learned, and gradually reach the point of skillful use.Secondly, never be shy to speak or read in front of others; pay more attention to overcome the psychological barrier.Thirdly, just persevere. Learning English takes time, one can only be good enough by long-term commitment to adhere to the study. There are a lot of students learning English with a good start but can not keep up with others gradually. Lots of reasons lead to that situation, while fear of difficulties, can not persist are always among them.6. Teachers should improve their own quality and made themselves Models for the studentsFor most of the students, English is not the strange and mysterious subject any longer. Many kids started the learning of English very early; some of them even have a good foundation by the time their school offers English classes. Therefore, as a teacher, we should always be ready to answer questions asked by the students. We must answer the question as long as students want to learn, even if sometimes it seemed the question had nothing to do with teaching. Ⅳ. Problems and solutions1. How to make the students concentrate in class?It is easy to find students being absent-minded. And it is a problem frustrated a lot of teachers. Just think, you are teaching with 100percent energy while you find a student sitting still and paying no attention to your question; what will you do? Ask the student to answer your question? Or just leave him alone? I prefer a reminding on him without punishment. Communicate with the student who lost his mind after class if necessary. Never put yourself in the opposite position with the student.2.How to maintain a good atmosphere during the class?All teachers know that it will be easy to do their part of job in a good atmosphere. But that kind of situation will not happen if you did not made enough preparations. These preparations are supposed to be: pick up some topics your students might be interested in; give the students some opportunities to show their talent; try to communicate with the students and listen to their voice.。

Internship Report1. IntroductionIntership is the bridge conneting study to society which requests students’ comprehensive abilities and high quality of mental adability. Since over three years of English study in translation at school campus , it’s been the right time to app ly our knowledge to practice .No matter what’kinds of job we first get, no matter what plase we stand at in the workplace, intership teach us a lot including application,flexibility,perserence and competetion ect..As for me, the Global Express Shipping Company kindly offer me a great chance to learn something about marine service and work as a team.With a history of more than 12years, Global Express Shipping Company is a professional crew manning company dedicated to providing ocean-going seafarers for domestic & international clients. Experiencing the ups and downs of the world market for the past 12 years, Global Express Shipping Company has developed and gained the leading position of today. It witnesses all bitterness and glories of success. The year of 2011 is the first year of China’s 12th5-year development plan, the Global Express Shipping Company has set this year as creating high-quality year, with the orientation of “excellent manning service, high-quality crew pool, optimized customer structure, outstanding operational performance, efficient enterprise management, good company image”, so as to make the company’s crew manning business bigger, stronger, and more professional.Facing the fast changing Shipping industry, with the spirit of mutual trust and common development,the Global Express Shipping Company will further enhance and deepen the cooperation in the Shipping circle, creating a mutual benefit and win-win situation. And luckily for me ,a pregraduated, get to know about such a big company’s comprhensive ability and develpement history .What’s more, during my internship period,I want my fill of curiosity and improvement of the social life.2. Goals and ObjectivesBefore I got my intership job,I used to image what kinds of job I can do. As a English major student, my best choice might be a translator or a interpreter. But after a long tough time of finding a intership job and sending out plenty of CVs , finally a marine service company offer me a chance to get the interview. Then went throught two rounds of interview, I successfully pass their test. In the first meeting in the Global Express Shipping Company, we,two interns from different school and different majors,were asked to set up our own goals in the internship period. With limited knowledge of marine service ,hardly I set up my goal of the intership.Fistly, learn as much as I can about the shipping. Secondly get used to the working life as soon as possible.Thirdly find out of what kind of job is suitbale for me. Last but not the least, gain the interpersonal skill in the society and set up my confidence.3. The Organization and my Work in itI work in the Global Express Shipping Company. My daily work in it including documence arrangment, translation ,interpretation support to the senior officials of the company ,cordination work with corperators ,meeting.Most of the time in the office, I assistant my manager to arrange the shipping dates and prepare for the application to customs. This kind of jor requires smooth comunication with costomers and exactly report to the company .Note taking is very inportant when we sharing the details to customers talking about the cargo style ,quantity,destination and special demand including damp proofing,shockproof and heat preservation,ect.Sometime I’m just sitting in front of the computer and input datas ,while sometime contact with the oversea agente checking the arrival of cargo and transportation.4. The Gap between the Experience and my ExpectationsUntill applying our knowledg into use , I finally realize that what we learn from school is only one visible part of a icberg. Sometime our job is none of the business to English and event trivial, but we still working on it at the same time learning new things. And until I finnally start to work as a full time worker, I can realize that the OL life is not as comfortable and brilliant as I used to think. It’s sometime boring and tiring keeping one position on chair all day long lacking exercise and suffering radiation from computor that do harm to the phisical andemotion heath.I can not help wondering the sud-health when my eyses pain and neck numb. What’s more, after intership I have an idea that nowaday the salary of a college graduate is comparaly lower than few years ago which prevent many outlanders woking in the major cities like Guangzhou and Shanghai then choice to find job in some second-grade city near their hometown or else.5. New Skills and Information GainedI learn new skills about shipping and event arrangement. It’s the specific work in office. Information on business and the latest regulation and law on marine service are gained after intership.Firstly shipping service is one kinds of logicstics acticities which provices caargo transportation by port and ships.Nowaday shipping in China is still at an early stage of evolution with amall revenue at US$0.61billiom,but will growing rapidly year by year.So local company should focus on the corporate strategy and customer meanwhile complete the shippping transporting style with specical demand and perfect entreprise image. In the information age and high-tech are ,company should adopt new managemental method and advanced facilities .What’s more , build up a strong group of workteam unit together in profession and considerate servie so as to construct a good image.The development of shipping is deeply connected with national policy especially on the oppenning policy.Keep an eye on the politic is essential for a wice director.6. Difficulties EncounteredIt’s my first meeting which is inspiring with excellent speech and orderly reporting that impressed me profoundly. But the most impressive element of my internship is the staff who taught me a lot. In the first day of working, I met a workteam showing youthful energies and also great power of competence. They work extremely hard during worktime ,but after working they enjoy their friendship as the happy children. I try very hard to be accustome to it as different role in one place. But the biggest difficulty encounting me is that I can no successfully shift myself from a working parter to a friend with whom sharing no secrect especially to those whose characteristic is totally different to mine and share no topic.This problem’s always linger on my mind but still no solution found.What’s more,the lack of the knowledge of shipping that logistics activities trouble me a lot at the beginning.The professional jargon take me time to understand and use properly so I have to ask for help my my workmates.7. My ShortcomingsMy shortcoming is the communication ability .The shyness of my own characteristic is one block in the social intercourse.I’m not good at express my feeling which prevent me from meeting new friends and getting well on others.What’s more, my low speed of action takes up a lot of free time to prepare for work. It’s effeciency that play a vital role in the high speed white-collar life. Never late,fast food,short meeting,brief answer,all these build up a OL’s basic work daily.In the short time of intership,I met people who are talent and considerate but it’s hard for me toremenber all thire name that brings a lot of incconvenience in social and office activities. Remenbering another’s name is the first step to express your respect.8. Influence on my Future StudyAfter the intership,I realize that I should learn more things about business and improve my skill on computer such as learn some software and accelerate my efficiency. Access to the up-to-date information from all over the world about different subjects and different fileds so that our foresight will be broaden and keep the mind forward.I think if I ‘m really interested in business and logistics activities I should learnd more professional skill by myself . In the daily life of study keeping my speed up is one of the major goal in the following time. My parents said my dependence is growed by a lasy lifestyle and their overindulge. So I have to conquer it by a specific plan.9. Suggestions for TeachersIt’s suggested that except for the books, we should learn more about the career field and should come to understand how the society think of college students.We are protected too considerately for a long time.。

英语实习报告internship reportinternship reporti. purpose:first, to deepen understanding of profession, to confirm career preferences.there are many ways to understand the career industry, for example, read related articles, consult the industry, but the most direct way is personally do the job. in the process of doing, you can determine whether you like the job and your own ability to perform. if you are competent, to find a job after graduation, you can use it as the target job; on the contrary, you must find a new direction for the work.second, to prepare the transition from student to profession.it is often said, the university is an ivory tower. indeed, there are great differences between the schools and the workplace,learning and work, students and staff. in the role of the transformation process, people's views, behavior, and psychological aspects have to make the appropriate adjustments.third, to enhance the competitive advantage when looking for work.a company conducted a survey, "how to choose an employer graduates." participating companies, including foreign, enterprises and private enterprises, the scale big and small. there is a topic so that they can choose the value, including schools, professional achievements, certificates, internship experience, social practice, accounts and so on. the results of different nature and size of the company have quite different focus, only one element is important for all companies, that is, job-related training and experience of candidates. so, if you have the relevant college internship experience in looking for work, there will be a great advantage.ii. content:during this month, with my father, i have got the chance to work as an intern in tianjin haiping industry and trade company, which really excited me for a long time. the company is a start-up by myfather's friend, and it belongs to a micro-firm, so it only employed ten people or less.after an brief self-introduction with the staff of the company, my internship started. it was my first time that i worked in a real company. i felt a little nervous because i had no idea of what kind of job i would take. as an english major student, i'm sure my knowledge of english is adequate for the job. and i have basic knowledge of foreign trade .so i think i just need to apply it into practice. during this time i worked as an assistant in the office, helped to deal with the language work, such as communicating with foreigners in english and translating the files between the companies. and i also did some daily and easy work because of my lack of work experience.then my first major task was handling phone lines, including incoming and outgoing phone calls in the front desk. initially, i thought this task would be easy, after all it was just answering phone calls, but i quickly learned how much work had to be put into these phone calls. i realized that i had to better equip myself with the knowledge about the communication, be prepared for answering questionings, and memorize all the department extension as we were not allowed to reference any directory when transferring calls.fortunately, after one week, i was able to grasp all the necessary requirements and i progressed a lot. in addition, during my first task as front desk personnel, i was exposed to other tasks, such as do some faxing and photocopying in company, preparing the material for the workmates, fetching newspaper or other documents for them. i had been doing that work almost a week. at the very beginning, i was so disappointed about what i was busy with. i was even so tired of them and gave it up. but when i saw the hard-working mates and some courage from my friends and leader, i moved on.the following weeks, i switched gears and moved to the main office where i would spend the next two weeks in front of a computer, conducting research into different corporations in china that produce the similar products with our company. the process was not only time consuming, but complex and knotty as it involved a great amount of reading and recording. i managed to produce information, and communicate with customers and send e-mails. e-mail is the most common form of communication with customers. therefore, we can use the knowledge about english correspondence for foreign trade we have learned in school. many buyers or full-time purchasers simply judge your professionalism by your e-mail. many customers also liked contacting with me on msn or skype, and they would ask for voicecommunication. at first i was nervous ,and i was always thinkingabout how to speak english in the right words and correct grammar. however, i found that they were not exactly strict to my english.as long as my oral english is enough to communicate and i know professional product knowledge, they can understand what i say. theyare all outgoing but serious when talking about business.though hard and a little boring, i can be a part of the social societyand enjoyed the pressure and competition from the outside world,quite different from the school yard. and also, many disadvantagesand weakness have shocked me so much during the intern time. wheni was blamed or criticized for my fault at first, i would try toargue with them and avoid my duty in the case. however, now, aftersuch a long time training, i will be silent to accept what they teachme or scold me, and then self-question myself to make some changes.what i learned at school is so limited that i can hardly put into practice when faced with different complicated situations insociety. so there is no doubt that i'll read more and experiencemuch to balance the book-knowledge and social life. and only in thisway, can i be of importance to me, then to the country.iii. gains:"study for the sake of use." as a chinese saying goes, i should say that there does exist a big gap between theories and practice. during this internship period, i have learned a lot of things that i can't get from our books:first, it offers me an opportunity to get in touch with the things that i haven't encountered before. many products of our company are stranger to us. furthermore, i have broadened my horizons.secondly, the internship rightly provides me with a good chance to train my ability of communication and improve the spirit of teamwork. there are about ten employees in all. i didn't get acquainted with any of the other four, but in the first week, we got familiar with each other and shared information with each other. also, when i encounter a difficult case, i'll also turn to the senior members of this department for help and they are always ready to help. harmonious interpersonal relationship, right? yes,a good relationship with our colleagues is priceless treasure to us as well as a strong sense of teamwork.thirdly, english is just a tool for communication. therefore,as an english major student, we can't be limited to the study of the language but involve ourselves with knowledge of other areas. in the first few days, i always felt frustrated because there were so many new terms that i couldn't digest thoroughly. although i can do very well in english reading, there are much desired for me to understand the situations provided by customers. however, practice makes perfect. with almost one-month practice, i now manage to handle the cases well. knowledge, like the sea, is boundless; only through hard study can one reach the destination. it is completely right.iv. problems and solutions :the first one is related with the foreign trade terms. such as quotation, ordering, terms of payments, out-factory preparation and payment. they are the most complicated and difficult issues. because my major is not business english, i did not know the jargon and the professional name of our products at the beginning. i would read some books about international trade to learn them by myself. and sometimes, i would ask others to explain them for me. the best solutions will be taken down into my note book. i know it does needsome time to experience in handling such cases.the second, my working attitude is not good enough. at first, i did not realize the seriousness of working. but i tried to correct my thoughts and focused myself on my work. but the members there did offer great help and teach me a lot of things.the third, being shy is always my weakness. in fact, when i am with my friend, i am talkative. but during my work there, at first, i get nervous with the strangers.the last but not least, my oral english is not good enough and i must practice it again and again to improve it. when i was talking with the foreigners i found that sometimes it was very hard to understand what they are talking about, not because of sick listening comprehension, but their accents, which really bothered me a lot. what we learned in the class is standard english, so it is easy for us to understand each other. there are some customers' pronunciation i cannot understand. one time, a client called me on skype, so i found that he spoke very fast and i just can catch "hello!" then i could not understand any word and i immediately told him i do not understand what he said, and then he typed while i speak. so i'll work hard to get a good command of oral english and listento the pronunciation from different countries frequently. thus i'll have a more fluent communication with my clients. actually, i've been taken action right away. i try my best to make friends and chat with them from different countries. i'll work even harder.。

英语实习报告INTERNSHIP REPORT
I. Purpose
During the past four weeks, in order to apply what I had learned into practice for the need of present society, I went through an internship as an English teacher. My working place was at one of Zhengzhou University of Light Industry’s subsidiary schools, the Technology and Art School of Henan Province. By doing this field work, I intended to experience a different role as a teacher after the long experience as a student. As college students, we had little chance to get in touch with the society, thus lacking practical ability. The internship offered me a great chance to get in touch with the society and it also reminded me of considering about what kind of intelligent the present society needs and what kind of job I can do after graduation one year later.

用英语写一份优秀实习生的简报作文全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1How to Write a Awesome Internship Report in EnglishHi friends! Today I want to teach you how to write a really cool internship report in English. An internship report is like a story you write about your time working as an intern at a company over the summer or after school. It's a big assignment that your teacher might give you so it's important to do a good job!First, you need to introduce your report by saying what company you interned at and what kind of work they do. Like if you interned at a restaurant you could say "This summer, I was a intern at Pizza Palace, a busy restaurant in the city that makes the yummiest pizzas!" See how that gets the reader excited to learn more about your internship?Next, you'll want to talk about your daily responsibilities and duties during the internship. What kind of tasks did you help out with? If it was a restaurant, maybe you seated customers, helped bus tables, or made simple orders. Try to include some specificexamples and anecdotes (fun little stories) about your work. "One morning, we had a huge rush of hungry customers. I had to run back and forth bringing outplate after plate of steaming hot pizza! My feet were so tired by the end of my shift."Then, you should discuss what skills you developed and things you learned from the experience. Maybe you became a better public speaker from greeting customers all day. Or you learned the importance of teamwork by supporting your helpful co-workers. "By the end of the summer, I realized how crucial communication is in a busy workplace. If I didn't clearly explain customers' orders to the chefs, the wrong food would come out!"An internship report should also mention any challenges you faced and how you overcame them. Like if you accidentally spilled a tray of drinks, how did you clean it up and keep serving guests? Or maybe you struggled with a particular task at first, but eventually got the hang of it through practice. "At first, I was a total klutz and dropped plates constantly. But eventually I learned to carefully support them from underneath."The conclusion of your report should summarize how the overall experience benefited you and what you gained from it. Did it inspire you to pursue a career in that field one day? Orwere you grateful for the opportunity to try something new? "Even though it was hard work, my internship at Pizza Palace showed me how fun and rewarding the restaurant industry can be. I may become a chef myself someday!"Lastly, since this is an assignment for English class, make sure to check your spelling, grammar, and vocabulary. Read the report out loud to listen for any mistakes. Use descriptive adjectives and adverbs to make your writing more interesting. And ask someone to proofread your draft before handing in the final copy.Well, there you have it - everything you need to write an A+ internship report in perfect English! It takes practice, but soon you'll be a pro. Don't forget to include plenty of personal stories and details to make your report entertaining and informative. Good luck!篇2How to Write an Excellent Intern ReportHi friends! Today I'm going to teach you how to write a super cool intern report. An intern report is something you write when you do a job for a little while to learn about that job. It tells people what you did and what you learned. Writing a greatreport is important because it shows you worked hard and paid attention.The first part of your report should tell what company or place you interned at. You can say stuff like "This summer, I was an intern at Google" or "For my intern experience, I went to the zoo." Then give some information about the company like what they do or sell.Next, you'll want to explain your job duties. These are the tasks and responsibilities you had. Maybe you answered phone calls, helped customers, or did research. Describe the different things you did each day or week. Use lots of detail so readers understand exactly what your job was like.Another key part is your accomplishments. These are things you achieved or did really well. Perhaps you launched a new website, raised money for charity, or just became a Microsoft Excel master! Brag a little about the ways you rocked your internship.It's also good to discuss highlights and challenges. The highlights are the best, most fun parts of your experience. The challenges are the hard things you struggled with. This shows you can think critically about the good and bad parts of the job.Definitely include lots of examples in your report. If you say you did data analysis, give a specific example of a data project you worked on. If you claim you improved customer service, explain how with a clear scenario. Examples make your writing stronger and more believable.Remember to explain what skills you developed too. Maybe your skills in teamwork, public speaking, or time management got a lot better. Show how you grew and what abilities you have now that you didn't before.The conclusion should summarize the overall experience. You can share if you enjoyed the internship, what the biggest lessons were, and if you want to pursue that career path after trying it out. End with something inspiring about how this made you more prepared for the future.Those are the main things to include when writing an amazing intern report! Just remember to:• Describe the company and your role• List your job duties• Highlight your accomplishments• Discuss challenges and highlights• Give lots of clear examples• Explain new skills you gained• Wrap it up with what you learned overallFollow those tips and you'll create a report that really wows your readers! Let me know if you need any other advice. Now get out there and write a masterpiece!篇3Writing an Excellent Intern Report in EnglishHi friends! Have you ever done an internship before? An internship is when you work at a company for a little while to learn about a job. Maybe you helped out at your mom or dad's office, or worked at a store or restaurant for a few weeks. After an internship, you usually have to write a report about what you did and learned. Writing this report in English can be hard, but I'll share some tips to make it easier!First, you need to introduce yourself and the company where you interned. This is called the introduction paragraph. You can say things like:"My name is [Your Name] and I am [Your Age] years old. For my summer internship, I worked at [Company Name] in [City] for [Number] weeks..."Then tell what kind of company it is and what they do. Like if it was a restaurant, explain they serve yummy food. If it was a store, say what they sell. This helps the reader understand right away.Next comes the body paragraphs where you explain all the cool things you did and learned during your internship! This is the longest part. I'll give you some examples of what to include:Paragraph 2: Your daily tasks and responsibilities"During my internship, I had many important jobs to do each day. First, I arrived at 9am and helped to open the[store/restaurant/office]..."Then list out the different jobs you did like greeting customers, cleaning, helping coworkers, etc.Paragraph 3: New skills you learned"This internship taught me so many useful new skills! I learned how to use the [cash register/computer programs/tools of the job]..."Explain a few of the skills step-by-step so it's clear what you learned.Paragraph 4: Favorite parts of the internship"My favorite part of the internship was [example]... I really enjoyed [example] because..."Talk about anything fun you got to do like operating machinery, helping customers, doing arts & crafts projects, etc.Paragraph 5: Challenges you faced"Although I loved my internship, there were some hard parts too. The most difficult thing was [example]..."Maybe you struggled with memorizing procedures, dealing with rude customers, or learning computer programs. Explain how you overcame this challenge.For the very last paragraph, you'll write your conclusion. This is a summary of the main points about your duties, new skills, favorite parts, and challenges. You can also share if you want to do this job when you grow up!Those are the main sections your intern report should include. But here are some extra tips to make your writing super excellent:Use lots of details and examples so the reader can really picture what you did.Check your spelling and grammar carefully before you submit it.If you can, ask someone to proofread your report and give you feedback.Be positive and focus on what you accomplished, not what you didn't do.See, writing reports in English isn't that scary! Just take it step-by-step. Let your awesome personality shine through, and your teacher will be so impressed. An internship report is a great way to practice your English skills.I hope these tips help you write an A+ intern report! Don't be afraid to ask your teacher if you need any other advice. You've got this! Good luck!篇4How to Write an Awesome Intern ReportHey guys! Today I'm gonna teach you how to write a really cool report about your internship. An internship is when you get to go work at a company for a little while to learn about theirjobs. At the end, you have to write all about what you did and learned. It's kinda like a big homework assignment, but way more fun!First off, you gotta introduce yourself and the company. Like "Hi, my name is Johnny and I did my internship at Mickey's Muffin Factory." Then tell what kinda company it is and what they do. The muffin factory makes all sorts of yummy muffins to sell at grocery stores. Giving some background info helps set the scene.Next, you'll want to explain your role and responsibilities during the internship. Maybe you helped mix ingredients, package muffins, or even taste test new flavors! I'd be so good at that job. Just list out all the different tasks and duties you had. Don't leave anything out, even the boring stuff like cleaning up. Every little detail counts.Now for the fun part - your daily experiences and interactions! This is where you can really bring the report to life. Describe what a typical day was like from start to finish. Like maybe you arrived at 8am and put on a hairnet and apron. Then you began mixing a huge vat of blueberry batter, cracking every single egg by hand. Make sure to mention the other employeesyou worked with and their personalities. Was your supervisor Mr. Miller really nice and patient or kind of grumpy?This is also where you can share your favorite memories and any funny stories that happened. Like if you accidentally Got muffin batter all over the walls one day. Or if you pulled an awesome prank on your manager (but not too awesome that you got in big trouble!). Putting in little anecdotes makes the report way more entertaining.Don't forget to talk about new skills you developed over the course of your internship. Like if you got really fast at scooping batter into tins or mastered tying perfect bows on muffin boxes. Ooh or if you finally figured out how to operate that giant industrial oven! Showing what you learned is important.Equally important is describing any challenges you faced. Because not everything went perfectly I'm sure. Maybe there was a day when you burned an entire batch of muffins. Or when you dropped a huge tray and had to clean up the whole mess. Explaining how you dealt with mistakes and difficulties proves you can handle problems maturely.Finally, you'll wrap up the report with some concluding thoughts. Summarize again what the overall experience taught you about that job field. And discuss whether you'd want topursue a career in the muffin-making industry based on your internship. You could say something like "While I loved the delicious smells, I don't think I'd want to be a baker because it involves too much early morning work!" Be honest about the pros and cons you noticed.The very last part is thanking the company for the invaluable opportunity. Because internships really do teach you so much! You get to see firsthand what a job truly involves. And you learn skills for the future too. Just remember to give a shoutout to your supervisor and coworkers who helped along the way.Okay, now you know all the main things that should go into an awesome intern report! Of course, make sure to write clearly with good grammar and stuff. But most importantly, don't be afraid to use lots of great details and even a little humor here and there. A boring report is such a snoozefest. With these tips, yours will be fun and engaging for sure!篇5Writing an Excellent Intern Report in EnglishHi everyone! My name is Emily and I'm a 5th grader. Today I want to tell you all about how to write a really awesome intern report in English. An intern report is something you might haveto do if you get a cool summer job or internship where you learn new skills. The bosses like reading reports from the interns to see what they learned.First off, you need to have a catchy title for your report. You can't just write "My Intern Report" because that's super boring! Think of something fun that lets the reader know what your report will be about. Like if you interned at a pet grooming shop, you could call it "Taming the Furry Beasts" or something like that. See, that gets their attention right away!Next up is the introduction paragraph. This is where you tell the reader what company you interned for, what kind of work you did, how long your internship was, and stuff like that. But don't make it too dry and dull. You can throw in some humor to make it fun to read! For example, "I spent six weeks as a zookeeper's assistant over the summer, shoveling more poop than I ever thought possible!" That kind of opening line makes people want to keep reading.The body of your report is where you go into all the details of your internship experience. What were your main duties and responsibilities? What new skills did you learn? Was there anything challenging that you had to overcome? If there was a particularly funny or interesting moment, be sure to include thattoo! Don't just list everything in a boring way, but try to turn it into an entertaining story.For instance, you could write something like: "One of my jobs was to feed the lions their daily diet of raw meat. I have to admit, the first time I walked into the lions' area holding those bloody slabs, my knees were knocking! But after the first few times, I got used to staring into those big cats' drooling mouths as they awaited their dinner. I felt like a gladiator facing off against vicious beasts in the Colosseum!" See how much more exciting that is than just saying "I fed the lions"?As you describe your different tasks, you should explain what skills you developed by doing them. Like if you had to answer phones, you could say it helped improve your communication abilities. Or if you did data entry, it taught you to be accurate and pay close attention to details. Listing out the hard and soft skills you gained is very important.Also, if you faced any problems or challenges during your internship, make sure to discuss how you overcame them. Bosses love to see that you can think critically and find solutions to issues. An example could be: "When I first started, I really struggled with using the computer system for scheduling pet grooming appointments. I kept messing up the days and times.But eventually I developed a technique of double and triple checking each entry, and color coding the different services. By the end, I had become a pro!"Finally, your conclusion should summarize your overall experience and key takeaways. What did you learn that will help you going forward? How did the internship shape your future goals or plans? You can also give thanks to the company for the opportunity and to anyone that helped mentor you. End on a high note about what an awesome, unforgettable summer you had!Well, there you have it - everything you need to write a fantastic English intern report. Just remember to make it engaging and descriptive so it's actually fun for your reader. Don't be afraid to let your personality shine through. Good luck impressing those bosses with your brilliant words! If you follow my tips, you'll definitely be the star intern.篇6How to Write an Awesome Intern ReportHey kids! Have you ever had to do an internship or work experience? If so, you probably had to write a report about it when you were done. Writing a great intern report is reallyimportant because it shows what you learned and accomplished during your time as an intern.An intern report is kind of like a story about your internship adventure! You want to make it exciting and interesting to read. Here are some tips for writing a super cool intern report:The OpeningThe first part of your report should grab the reader's attention right away. You can start with an interesting fact, statistic or even a funny story from your internship. For example, you could say "Did you know that the tiny office I interned at makes over 10,000 cookie deliveries a day?!" or "On my first day, I accidentally spilled a whole bucket of soapy water all over the floor!"Then, you'll want to briefly explain what company you interned for, what they do, and what your role and responsibilities were. Make it clear and easy to understand.The BodyOkay, now it's time for the juicy details! The body of your report should be nice and long. This is where you really describe your day-to-day internship activities and experiences.But don't just list out everything you did - that would be boring! Instead, try to tell it like a fun story with lots of details and even some dialogue if you can. Like if you helped with a business event, you could write:"The night before the big trade show, my boss pulled me aside looking frantic. 'Sarah, we need your help! The booth banners didn't arrive in time,' she said, frantically running her hands through her hair. 'Can you stay late tonight and design some new ones for us?'"See how that draws you in and makes you want to keep reading? Awesome!You can also explain any new skills you learned or challenges you faced and how you overcame them. And be sure to use transition words like "first," "next," and "after that" to help connect your ideas.The ConclusionAfter covering all your tasks and experiences, you'll want to wrap up your report nicely. Briefly summarize the main things you learned and highlight your biggest achievements or proudest moments. Thank the company and the specific people who supervised and helped you.Finally, end with a closing thought that inspires the reader or leaves them thinking. You could share some advice for future interns, talk about your career goals, or explain how this experience has motivated you.Other Tips• Use clear language that is easy to read, but avoid super short, simple sentences the whole time• Add graphs, charts, or images if you have any that are relevant• Make sure to check for spelling, grammar, and punctu ation errors• Have an adult or teacher proofread your report before you hand it inAnd that's it! If you follow these tips, you'll be sure to write an awesome, professional-looking intern report. It's a great way to make a terrific last impression and show off all your hard work. Happy writing!。
Internship Report认知实习
Internship Report1.Internship ObjectivesCognition practice ,a required course,is one of the fundamentally practical activities.What is earned from books is superficial after all.It is crucial to have it personally tested somehow .Practice is the only way to acquire knowledge .Because the knowledge from the books is not enough,we need to practice and work to make it more flexible.According to the internship objectives,we should learn to apply language theory and language skills which received from teachers and books to practice activities such as the debate in two weeks. But in my opinion ,the cognition practice mainly trains us to improve our ability to get the practice information through visiting the company ,attending some lectures and preparing for the debate .We would have a deeper understanding of our previously knowledge.On the one hand,visiting the translation company helps us to realize which kind of talented person a remarkable enterprise needs.What’s more,we can learn the management and practice experience from the successful company.On the other hand,by listening to the lecture,we recognize the insufficient in our study and extend the understanding of English professional knowledge,to prepare for the future life when we step into the society. 2.Internship Content2.1 Activity ContentOn September 2nd,the whole students and teachers had a meeting about this activity.The teachers told us many things on how to carry out the practice or some matters we would meet.One teacher also gave a detailed introduction of the British Parliamentary Debate ,a debate we would do much work for it in the next two weeks.And then two topics were shown to us,for which we should have adequate preparation.My partner and I looked for material by surfing on the Internet the next day,writing down what we needed and thinking over how we should organize our words .Our class held a debate at 9am on September 4th.It was our first time to do this,so most of us did not behave very well.When we all finished it ,the teacher made her comments on our perform.On September 6th,class one and class two arrived at a translation company called Transn together .We watched a video about this company in a room instead of starting our visit firstly.After a brief introduce,the staff showed us around the company,and we knew how this company operated and how the staff worked.At last,a lecture was given by another stuff about what we should do to enter this company.Of course,it was very difficult for us to reach the standard and we would have a long way to walk .The next day, a teacher called Li zhe gave us a lecture about English learning and the plan of life.After sharing his experience in his life andwork, he gave us a lot of useful advice with a sincere attitude.Therefore we all enjoyed his speech.As for the second week,we attended another lecture on Monday,whose topic was the times of liberal arts students.The speaker talked about his experiences,the advantages and disadvantages of our English major.I used to believed that the liberal arts students were at a disadvantage,but I changed my mind after listening his speech.He told us we still had many chances even though the social surroundings were very depressing.At the same time,he gave us some useful advice to improve ourselves under this condition.We could not choose the environment,but we could change ourselves and strengthen our skills to fit in with the needs of the society.At that night,Michelle Lee gave a lecture about studying abroad.More and more English major students might study abroad in the future.As for me,I also had thought of going abroad,but that was not realistic for my parents’ earnings.Maybe I would go abroad in a few years if I had enough money.The next day,September 10th,was the Teachers’Day.My partner and I prepared something that we might use in the debate on September 11th.Then on that day,after the teacher declared the topic “Whether the Teachers’day should be changed ?”we prepared bout 20 minutes.The second debate started.The difference was that we all tried to speak out our opinions instead of reading what was written on the paper.The teacher made some comments about our debate,saying that most of us had improved a lot and we should work harder.At last,the teacher chose two students to take part in the final debate according to our behavior in the several days.At 4pm,we attended a lecture about Japanese given by Zhang Fan.He introduced Japanese and told us some knowledge of Japanese with a sense of humor.We all enjoyed his speech and warmly applauded him.Before the lecture ended,he also taught us a little simple Japanese.On September 12th,teacher Huang gave a lecture about learning interpretation.But he did not explicate the interpretation directly,he told us some things from childhood up to now.Although most of them were very funny,I understood that whatever you used to be ,you would succeed only if you made enough efforts.It was the last day of this internship.Eight students from four classes entered into a debate,which was extremely exciting.They performed very well.A teacher announced the results and made a award-giving meeting.2.2ConclusionIn the two weeks,we learned how to prepare a debate,how to work together and how to improve our spoken language.My partner and I pay much attention to the debate.To express our opinions more fluently,we practice spoken English in our spare time.Our language skills and personal ability were heightened greatly.3.My ThoughtsThis is a good chance for me to anneal my self.Although I have learned a lot of knowledge from books,they are all useless if I can not put them into practice.I also know how difficult to learn English well.To be honest,I did not study hard in the past one year.Maybe my English level is even lower than that in senior high school,but I never thought to give up.I admit my error and I still want to correct now.I believe thatis not too late only if I realize what I should do from now on.I used to be a shy girl,so I did not have enough courage to talk in public especially in English.As a result,I was very nervous in the first debate.But after this internship,I have more experience and I believe I can do better.。

Internship ReportI。
PurposeWith the development of our modern society, many people especially the graduates are faced with big challenges of employment。
Therefore,many universities encourage and help their students to practice for a period of time during their college years. Internship is the best way for students to practice their major。
As far as I’m concerned,on the one hand, internship is an extremely important part during one’s college years for it is very different from just atten ding classes and doing homework at school, or we can say that it is more of a process to change the role of a student to an office worker。
On the other hand,during this period we can learn what we cannot get from class and exercise our ability,while in the mean time applying theoretical knowledge to practice. What is more, it can broaden our horizons and improve our knowledge structure,achieve the purpose of exercising and enhance our capacity. Everything we get from the internship allows us to form an objective,rational understanding of our expertise, and it also enables us to keep in touch with social reality. So The School of Foreign Language of Zhengzhou University of Light Industry arranged a four-week’s professional internship for us。

Practice TimeNovember 8,2011 to the present二. InternshipsShanghai Datong Travel Agency Co.,LtdHuman Resources三. The Internship ContentMy job is responsible for the record company and the store employee attendance schedule,to assist the Commissioner of Personnel staff for daily entry, apply for social security payments, labor contracts and performance contracts management. The following is my summary of more than a month internship with the feelings and experiences:First, attendance management. Through monthly employee attendance records, leave records of the issues. This is a very responsible job that requires patience and is an important basis for calculating salaries. It is the need to maintain my rigorous work attitude and sense of responsibility . Although the record is deceptively simple to work on time, but may be a wrong time and name of the inattentive, the Commissioner to pay unnecessary trouble.Second, the staff induction. Before a new employee into the company , they need to create a file employees. Basicinformation will be prepared for the archives of him.As a personnel officer, the quality is to have all the personal data of employees to be confidential and shall not disclose to othersThird, the pension fund and retirement for workers. Although this area of expertise for me is not some foundation, but I am grateful to my teachers by trust me, giving me this opportunity to learn. What I did is go to the Job Centre and Social Security, for employees working for social security and retirement procedures. 四. Internship with the feelings and experiencesNearly two-month internship, I deeply realize that you need to pay a lot of copies of "heart", behind a seemingly simple task.Carefully, both in the statistical staff attendance and make a simple worksheet, I should keep strict work habits in mind. So that my heart turned over when the work will be more of a practical. Wrong is not terrible, afraid same mistake again. Everyone has made mistakes when working in the wrong does not matter the first time, the company leaders will correct and forgive you, but still the same problem next time to make mistakes, that is not the work is not rigorous and detailed, but also will cause a bad impression of their own leadership.Sense of responsibility, because people's work is the mostcomplex and delicate work, this position is demanding a personal nature, a job, need a positive attitude to the heart and soul into it, do a good job working in each one. "little things. "Care, concern for colleagues, but also I need to focus part of their learning. Mode of thinking from the campus to the workplace paradigm shift for future career as soon as possible into the foundation. To a workplace personnel standards to themselves, at work, communication skills and above all department heads are very particular about, sense of propriety , not what it should say what should be said to be aware of. As little experience, and sometimes there will be some bad things I deal with, I will ask my colleagues teaching other people to help solve or see things the way they handled skillfully, I came to understand more than just experience, hone the more will be experienced.Two months of the internship will soon pass, I am glad I have a very willing to teach me teaching people, from the beginning I was little knowledge of the personnel office, and now began slowly to enter the working state , should be attributed to my teaching, because of her patience and guidance, let me fast access to such personnel expertise. During this time, really happy, so I learned a lot less knowledge in the classroom, benefit,but also opened the field of vision, increase of knowledge, as I'll go further and lay a solid foundation of society. At the same time, I also understand that their lack of the big school in the community where I was a primary school, there is still a long way to go, she should be modest and prudent manner, regardless of the size of things must be completed in earnest, take a good each step, I will study in future work harder, learn from each other, to be the heart advice. I believe they will in future work even easier, was even better, no matter where the work will work!。

Ⅱ. Internship Contents:
When I arrived at the designated school, the teacher warmly received me and took me around the school, I had a preliminary understanding to the school. Then the teacher gave me the task I should do: 1. Watch the class discipline 2. Correcting the students' homework 3. Listen to the professional teacher having the class and learn experience 4. Have a public class
In order to give the students a good public class, I do a lot of preparation. I have carefully studied the text. I found out the key and the difficulties and had
a ready to speak pertinently. In order to make the class vivid and active, I found a lot of tools. When talked about "half" of time, I took out my prepared round paperboard, cut it into half, and told them this was round half. And about how to express time, I use a red card with the clock, students looked it carefully. And using this I told students a sentence pattern --"what 's the time? It' s...". Students learned very quickly and happily and the teaching effect is very ideal. If anything, I did not prepare a lesson earnestly, the atmosphere of the class would be depressing. From this I have learned that preparing a lesson earnestly to teaching is very important. Ⅲ. Gains:
1.Have a good preparation before the class is very important;
2.Learn how to communication with the students in the class is very necessary;
3.Teaching is learning;
4.It is not easy to be a good teacher.
Ⅳ. Suggestions
1.The interest for a student is essential. We must arouse the students' learning interest and make them happy in the active learning. The students are the main role in the class.
2.Teachers should have patience to the students and try their best to correct the students' weaknesses. In the teaching activities, students and teachers are equal.
3.Teachers should often encourage students. Teachers should pay attention to know what the students really need and if the students have understand them.
