概率论与数理统计专业攻读硕士学位研究生(学术型)培养方案(专业代码:070103)一、培养目标旨在培养我国概率统计领域从事应用研究的专门人才。
具体要求如下:1、掌握当代社会主义优秀理论成果,热爱祖国,遵纪守法,品德高尚,有志于投身社会主义建设事业。
2、具有比较扎实的概率统计学理论基础,在概率统计学某研究方向上有系统的学习与研究,并能够利用概率统计理论解决实际应用问题。
3、掌握一门外国语,并能运用该门外国语比较熟练的阅读本专业的外文资料。
4、具有健康的体格和心理素质。
二、研究方向1、应用概率统计2、倒向随机微分方程与非线性期望3、量化金融与风险度量4、参数与非参数统计三、学习年限全日制硕士研究生的学制为3年,在校学习期限为2-3年。
原则上不提前毕业,对于特别优秀者,最多可提前一年。
提前毕业的硕士研究生除完成培养方案规定的课程外,必须有一篇以上SCI/CSSCI论文发表,并须经学位委员会审核通过。
所取得的科研成果均要求研究生为第一作者,作者单位需为山东大学。
四、培养方式根据宽口径、厚基础的原则,提倡按一级学科培养硕士研究生;充分利用校内外优质教育资源,鼓励研究生进行“三种经历”,实行双导师合作培养。
五、应修满的总学分数应修总学分:30,其中必修24学分(含前沿讲座与社会实践),选修6学分。
六、课程的类别及设置硕士研究生课程分为必修课与选修课两大类。
1.必修课是为达到培养目标要求,保证研究生培养质量而必须学习的课程。
必修课分学位公共课、学位基础课和学位专业课。
学位基础课一般按一级学科进行设置,学位专业课一般按二级学科设置。
选修课必须含有2门专业课。
经学校批准建设的全英语教学课程要纳入培养方案的课程体系中。
(1)思想政治理论,计3学分;(2)第一外国语,计3学分。
由学科开设的专业必修课包括:(1)专业外语,计2学分,学院考核。
重在培养研究生的学术论文外语写作和国际学术交流能力。
如学习2门及以上全英语专业必修课程(各专业培养计划课程表中所标注的全英语课程,是我院全英语系列课程项目建设中的全英语课程,但是否已开始全英语授课,需经学院审核批准后,以授课语言全英语为准),可免修专业外语,并通过申请可直接获得相应学分;(2)学位基础课2门,不少于6学分(测度与概率、高等数理统计引论、泛函分析基础、近世代数引论,四选二);(3)学位专业课2门,不少于6学分(随机过程及其应用、倒向随机微分方程及其应用、线性统计模型理论及其应用,三选二);(4)前沿讲座,计2学分;前沿讲座旨在使研究生熟悉本学科的重要学术理论和前沿性成果,提高硕士研究生参与学术活动的兴趣和学术交流能力。

经管院[2013]04号重庆大学经济与工商管理学院关于教师发表学术论文奖励办法(2013年修订版)本奖励办法适用于重庆大学经济与工商管理学院的非年薪制教师(以下简称“教师”)。
一、教师申请论文报奖时,由申请者凭论文原件和复印件(包括期刊或论文集封面、目录和文章首页,并在封面上注明申请者姓名)一份,在科研秘书处填写申请表,提出论文发表奖励申请。
二、教师发表的学术论文将依据其登载期刊的类别及作者情况分别予以不同奖励(税前奖励金额):1.中文经济管理期刊论文中,权威期刊论文为20,000元/篇;A类期刊论文为4,000元/篇;B类(CSSCI核心版、CSCD核心版)期刊论文为1,000元/篇。
2.英文经济管理期刊论文中,A+类期刊论文为120,000/篇;A类期刊论文为60,000/篇;B类期刊论文为30,000/篇;SSCI检索论文为20,000/篇;SCI检索论文为15,000/篇;EI核心版检索论文为10,000/篇。
3.各类学术期刊增刊、专刊或专辑上发表的论文不予奖励,各类学术期刊上发表的短文减半奖励。
中文经济管理权威和A类、英文经济管理A+类、A类和B类学术期刊名录见附件。
同时符合多种条件的期刊论文只奖励一次,就高不就低。
4.发表中文期刊论文且符合下述情况,按奖励标准发放全额奖励金:第一作者为教师本人,或第一作者为教师作为导师或副导师(需研究生院批准)指导的研究生而第二作者为教师本人,而且作者单位是重庆大学经济与工商管理学院(单位排名第一)。
5.发表英文期刊论文且符合下述情况,按奖励标准发放全额奖励金:第一作者为教师本人,而且第一单位是重庆大学经济与工商管理学院;或通讯作者为教师本人,而且通讯作者第一单位是重庆大学经济与工商管理学院;第一作者和通讯作者为本院不同教师时,奖励金由两人分享,由两人给出双方签名同意的书面分配方案。
无通讯作者时,第一作者为教师作为导师或副导师(需研究生院批准)指导的研究生而第二作者为教师本人,而且作者单位是重庆大学经济与工商管理学院(单位排名第一)。

附件二经管院博士研究生科研业绩的记分办法学术研究是博士生的核心工作之一,也是评定奖学金的重要依据。
为了调动博士生科研积极性,鼓励发表高水平的研究论文、申报和承担国家自然、社会科学基金等科研项目,特制定本办法。
以下不同等级科研成果的人民币数额,仅仅是为了统计记分的方便。
一、作者排序的计算方法1、作者单位署名是西南交通大学唯一冠名的,100%;当作者有两个署名单位时,西南交通大学作为第一署名单位冠名的,60%;西南交通大学作为第二署名单位冠名的,40%。
2、合作者的得分计算一般的计算公式为:W(i) = 2(n + 1 - i)/n(n+1),i = 1, 2, ..., n (排名);n表示合作者数。
3、国外学术期刊,若有N个合作者,且作者按字母序署名,每个作者的得分为1/N,否则按上面的公式计算。
二、论文、论著及科研奖项(一)学术论文及论著1. 国际期刊学术论文(1)A+级学术期刊:每篇15万元(2)A级学术期刊:每篇8万元(3)B+级学术期刊:每篇5万元(4)B级学术期刊:每篇3万元(5)SCI/SSCI 经济、管理类学术期刊:每篇1.5万元(6)被其他国际主要期刊数据库(ABI、EBSCO、ProQuest、EI)所收录的经济管理类学术期刊论文:每篇5仟元(7)其他匿名审稿的经济管理类外文学术期刊论文:每篇2仟元注:国际期刊目录见附录一。
2. 国内学术论文、论著奖励(1)A 级:在被学院定义的A级学术期刊上发表的学术论文,每篇2万元。
(2)B 级:在被学院定义的B级学术期刊上发表的学术论文、标明为著而正式出版的学术著作,每部1万元。
(3)C级:在被学院定义的C级学术期刊上发表的学术论文、标明为编著而正式出版的学术著作,每部5仟元(A、B、C级见附录二)。
(4)D级:在被学院定义的D级(见附录三)上发表的学术论文、被EI收录的经济、管理类学术期刊论文,每篇2仟元。
(5)E级除D级以外的其他“CSSCI期刊”和“中国科学引文数据库核心库和引文库(CSCD)来源期刊”上发表的经济、管理类学术论文,每篇1仟元。

PACIFIC JOURNAL OF MATHEMATICSVolume158(1993),pages387–395ANY KNOT COMPLEMENT COVERSAT MOST ONE KNOT COMPLEMENTShicheng Wang and Ying-Qing WuGiven a3-manifold M,there are generically infinitely many manifold which covers M.However,if we are restricted to the category of knot complements,the situation is quite different.It can be shown(see Lemma1and bellow)that if the complement E(K)of a knot K is n-fold covered by some knot complement,then the covering is cyclic,and K admits a cyclic surgery,i.e.a Dehn surgery such that the fundamental group of the resulting manifold is a cyclic group Z n.It follows from the Cyclic Surgery Theorem of[CGLS]that if K is not a torus knot,then there are at most two such coverings.The situation is also clear if K is a torus knot: By a theorem of Moser[M],a Dehn surgery on a(p,q)torus knot T(p,q)is a cyclic surgery if and only if the surgery coefficient is(kpq±1)/k for some k.Now the kpq±1fold cyclic covering of the complement E(K)of K is always homeomorphic to E(K)itself,with possibly an orientation reversing homeomorphism.So E(K)is only covered by one knot complement,although there are infinitely many different covering maps.In this paper we will study a closely related problem:How many knot comple-ments are nontrivially covered by a given knot complement E(K)?The problem was studied by Gonzales-Acuna and Whitten in[GW],where they proved that a knot complement covers at mostfinitely many knot complements up to homeomor-phism.The main result of this paper isTheorem1.The complement E(K)of any knot K can nontrivially cover at most one knot complement E(K′)up to homeomorphism.Remark1.We say two coverings p1,p2:M→N are equivalent if there is a homeomorphism h:M→M such that p1=p2◦h.If K is a torus knot,then as we have seen above,there are infinitely many nonequivalent covering maps p: E(K)→E(K).In the proof of Theorem1we will actually show that if K is not a torus knot,then the degree of the covering map p:E(K)→E(K′)is unique.It follows that p is unique up to equivalence,because a cyclic covering is determined by its degree if thefirst homology group of N is cyclic.Remark2.A generalization of Gonzalez-Acuna and Whitten’s Theorem was proved in[W3]:Any aspherical3-manifold with nonempty boundary covers onlyfinitely many3-manifolds.All notations not defined in the paper are standard,see[G],[H],[BM],[S]and [T].Definitions.For a knot K in S3,N(K)denotes the regular neighborhood of K; E(K)denotes the knot complement S3−Int N(K);(K,n/r)denotes the3-manifold obtained by surgery on K with coefficient n/r,where n and r are coprime integers;12SHICHENG W ANG AND YING-QING WUL(n)denotes a lens space L(n,∗).A strong inversion on K is aπ-rotation of S3 which leaves K invariant and has axis meeting K at exactly two points.Finally,in this paper the terms cover and covering always mean nontrivial ones(i.e,of degrees greater than1).Thefirst lemma reduces coverings between knot complements to cyclic coverings. Lemma1.If p:E(K)→E(K1)is a covering between knot complements,then p is a cyclic covering.Proof.This is Theorem1.1of[GW].The next elementary lemma will be used in the proof of Lemma3and5.Lemma 2.Suppose f is a nontrivial(i.e.not the identity)periodic map on a torus T.Then f is isotopic to the identity if and only if f isfixed point free and orientation preserving.Proof.Let A f be the induced matrix of f on H1(T).By12.4of[H],under suitable basis of H1(T),A f is one of the seven matrices on p.123of[H].If f isfixed point free and orientation preserving,then we have det A f=1,and the Lefschetz number L(f)=2−tr A f=0.These conditions force A f to be the identity matrix.Hence f is isotopic to the identity.Conversely,if f is isotopic to the identity,then f is orientation preserving and L(f)=0.Then it is an elementary fact that f is the identity or isfixed point free.The next lemma is quoted from[W1].It builds up a connection between coverings of knot complements and cyclic surgeries on knots.Thefirst part is also in[GW] with somewhat different proof.Lemma3.Let K be a nontrivial knot.(1)If E(K)is n-fold cyclic covered by E(˜K)for some knot˜K,thenπ1(K,n/r)=Z n.(2)If(K,n/r)=L(n),then E(K)is n-fold cyclic covered by E(˜K)for someknot˜K.(3)If K is not a torus knot,then r=1in(1)and(2).Proof.(1)If E(˜K)→E(K)is an n-fold cyclic covering,then the action of deck transformation groupΠ=(τ|τn=1)on E(˜K)is orientation preserving andfixed point free.Let T=∂(N(˜K)).Thenτ|T,the restriction ofτon T,is an orientation preserving andfixed point free periodic map.By Lemma2,τ|T is isotopic to the identity.In particular it sends meridian to meridian.So we can use the standard disk extension to extendτ|T over the solid torus N(˜K)in a periodic way,getting an action ofΠon S3which has nofixed point in S3−˜K.As the action is cyclic and orientation preserving,thefixed point set ofΠis either˜K or the empty set.Now ˜K is knotted because K is,so by Smith Conjecture it cannot be thefixed point set ofΠ.HenceΠacts freely on S3=E(˜K)∪N(˜K),andS3/Π=(E(˜K)/Π)∪(N(˜K)/Π)=E(K)∪(S1×D2)=(K,n/r)where the surgery coefficient is of the form n/r becauseΠ=Z n.COVERING OF KNOT COMPLEMENTS3(2)If(K,n/r)=L(n),then we have an n-fold cyclic covering q:S3→L(N). The meridian m of K represents a generator of H1((K,n))=π1((K,n))=Z n;so q−1(m)is connected.It implies that q−1(N(K))is a single solid torus.Let˜K be the central curve of q−1(N(K)).Then q−1(N(K))is a regular neighborhood of˜K, and q restricting to E(˜K)=S3−q−1(N(K))is a cyclic covering onto E(K).(3)follows from[CGLS].By a hyperbolic structure(or metric)we mean one which is complete and has finite volume.A hyperbolic3-manifold M is a manifold whose interior admits such a hyperbolic structure.We use Mρto denote Int M together with a given hyperbolic metricρ.Lemma4.Let h be afinite order map on a hyperbolic3-manifold Mρ.Then the following two statements are equivalent:(1)H is conjugate to an isometry on Mρ;(2)there exists a hyperbolic metricρ1on M under which h is an isometry. Proof.Suppose g is a self-homeomorphism of M such that ghg−1is an isometry on Mρ.Letρ1=g∗ρbe defined byρ1(x,y)=ρ(g(x),g(y))for all x,y∈M.Then we haveρ1(h(x),h(y))=ρ(gh(x)k,gh(y))=ρ(ghg−1g(x),ghg−1g(y))=ρ(g(x),g(y))=g1(x,y)i.e.h is an isometry on Mρ1.Conversely,suppose(2)is true.By Mostow’s Rigidity Theorem[T,5.7.2],id:π1(Mρ)→π1(Mρ1)can be realized by a unique isometry g:Mρ→Mρ1.So wehaveρ(x,y)=ρ1(g(x),g(y))=ρ1(hg(x),hg(y))=ρ(g−1hg(x),g−1hg(y))i.e,g−1hg is an isometry on Mρ.The next two lemmas are used to prove Theorem1for hyperbolic knots.Lemma 5.Suppose E=E(K)is hyperbolic,andΠ1=(τ1|τp1=1)andΠ2= (τ2|τq2=1)act freely on E.Then there is a hyperbolic metricρon Int E and a homeomorphism g on E such that G=<τ1,gτ2g−1>is afinite abelian group.Proof.Let p i:E→E/Πi be the covering map.Since E is hyperbolic,E/Πi is homotopic to a hyperbolic manifold[T,6.7.3].Since E/Πi is a P2-irreducible 3-manifold(by[MSY,Thm3])with a torus boundary component,it is a Haken manifold.So E/Πi itself admits a hyperbolic structure.For any given hyperbolic metric¯ρon E/Πi,letρi=p∗i¯ρbe the pullback metric on E.Thenτi is an isometry on Eρi.Nowfix a metricρ1on E under whichτ1is an isometry.We have just shown that τ2is an isometry under certain hyperbolic metric.So by Lemma4it is conjugate to an isometry with respect toρ1,i.e.there is a homeomorphism g such that gτ2g−1is an isometry on Eρ1.Thus G=<τ1,gτ2g−1>is a group of isometries.By theMostow-Thurston Theorem[T,5.7.4],G is afinite group.It remains to show that G is abelian.Let Eǫbe the submanifold of Int E con-sisting of points contained in some hyperbolic ball of radiusǫ.Chooseǫsmall enough so that Eǫis homeomorphic to E(see5.10.2and5.11.1of[T]).Since the4SHICHENG W ANG AND YING-QING WUelements of G are isometries on E,Eǫis invariant under the G action.Especially,T=∂Eǫis invariant under the G action.Asτ1|T andτ2|T arefixed point free orientation preserving periodic map on T,they both induce the identity map on π1(T)by Lemma2.Thus every element in G induces identity onπ1(T).Again byLemma2,except the identity,every element in G|T is afixed point free orientation preserving periodic map.In other word,G|T is a free action.So we can consider T as a covering space over T/(G|T),and G|T as the covering transformation group.Since T/(G|T)is a torus,the quotient group G|T=π1(T/(G|T)/π1(T)is abelian.Lemma6.If a non-torus knot K admits a symmetry which is not a strong inver-sion,then E(K)can not be covered by a knot complement.Proof.In[WZ],Wang and Zhou proved that if a non-torus knot K admits a sym-metry which is not a strong inversion,then there is no cyclic surgery on K.Lemma 6then follows from Lemma3(2).We use K(p,q)to denote the(p,q)-torus knot,and K(p,q;r,s)to denote the(r,s)-cable of K(p,q).Without loss of generality we may assume p>q>0 (otherwise change the orientation of S3).The next two lemmas are used to prove the Theorem for satellite knots.Recall that(K,n)denotes the manifold obtainedfrom S3by Dehn surgery on K with slope n.Lemma7.Suppose K is a satellite knot.Then(K,n)is a lens space if and only if K=K(p,q;2,2pq±1)and n=4pq±1.Proof.This is a result of Bleiler-Litherland[BL]and Wu[Wu].Let M be the complement of K(p,q;2,2pq+1),let N be the complement of K(p,q;2,2pq−1).Denote by˜M the4pq+1fold cyclic covering of M,and by˜Nthe4pq−1fold covering of N.Lemma8.˜M is not homeomorphic to˜N.Proof.Let T be a torus which divides M into two maximal Seifert pieces M1and M2,where M1=E(K(p,q)),and M2is a cable space C(2,2pq+1),(see e.g.[G]for definition of cable spaces).Consider T as the boundary of the knot complement M1.Choose a pair of simple closed curves m and l on T so that they represent thehomology of the standard meridian-longitude pair of K(p,q)(rather than that of K(p,q;2,2pq+1)).Denote by˜m,˜l,˜M1,˜M2,˜T the lifting(preimage)of m,l,M1,M2,T,respectively. It is easy to show that if c is a simple closed curve in M representing an element m in Z=π1M,then its lifting˜c in an n-fold cyclic covering˜M of M has gcd(m,n) components.Since homologically m is2times a meridian of K(p,q;2,2pq+1) and since2is coprime with4pq+1,˜m is connected.Especially,˜M1,˜M2,˜T are all connected.Since l is null-homologous,˜l consists of4pq+1parallel simple closed curves.Let l′be one of these curves.Then[˜l]=(4pq+1)[l′].Note that˜m intersects ˜l transversely at4pq+1points(because m intersects l at one point),so˜m intersects l′exactly once.Thus the simple closed curves˜m and l′generates H1(˜T).It is well known that Seifertfibrations of both M1and M2are unique up to isotopy(see Thm3.9of[Sc]and it’s refinement).Letαi be the simple closed curve on T representing afiber of M i.One can check that[α1]=pq[m]+[l],and [α2]=(2pq+1)[m]+2[l].Let˜αi be the lift ofαi.Since both pq and2pq+1areCOVERING OF KNOT COMPLEMENTS 5coprime with 4pq +1,the ˜αi ’s are connected;so each ˜αi is a fiber of the lifting fibration of ˜Mi .We have [˜α1]=pq [˜m ]+[˜l ]=pq [˜m ]+(4pq +1)[˜l ′][˜α2]=(2pq +1)[˜m ]+2[˜l ]=(2pq +1)[˜m ]+2(4pq +1)[l ′]Since [˜m ],[˜l ′]generates H 1(T ),we can compute the intersection number of [˜α1]and[˜α2]by [˜α1][˜α2]= det pq 4pq +12pq +18pq +2 =4pq +1Construct in a similar way a decomposing torus ˜T ′which divides ˜N into ˜N 1and ˜N 2,and simple closed curves ˜β1,˜β2which represent fibers of ˜N 1and ˜N 2respectively.By a similar computation we have [˜β1][˜β2]=4pq −1.If ˜M and ˜N are homeomorphic,by the Torus Decomposition Theorem of Jaco-Shalen-Johannson (see [J])and the uniqueness of fibration of ˜M i ,there is a home-omorphism φ:˜M →˜N such that φ(˜T )=˜T ′and φ(˜αi )=˜βi ,i =1,2,so [˜α1][˜α2]=[˜β1][˜β2].But this contradicts the above computation. Lemma 9.Suppose E (K 1)→E (K 2)is a cyclic covering between knot comple-ments.If one of the K i is a torus knot K (p,q ),then both E (K 1)and E (K 2)are homeomorphic to E (K (p,q )),and the covering degree is rpq ±1for some r .Proof.If K i is a torus knot,then it is a Seifert manifold.Hence both E (K 1)and E (K 2)are Seifert manifolds.It implies that both K 1and K 2are torus knots (see[J,IX 22]).So we may assume K 2=K (p,q ).By the work of Moser [M],π1(K (p,q ),n/r )is cyclic if and only if n =rpq ±1.Thus E (K 1)is an rpq ±1fold cyclic covering of E (K (p,q )).But such a covering space is homeomorphic to E (K (p,q )).(This may follow from the fact that T (p,q )is a fibered knot with holonomy a periodic map of order pq ,see e.g.[R]). With Lemma 9in hand,we need only to prove Theorem 1for hyperbolic knots and satellite knots.Proof of Theorem 1for hyperbolic knots:.Suppose the complement E (K )of a hy-perbolic knot K covers two knot complements E (K 1)and E (K 2).By Lemma 1,these coverings are cyclic.Let Π1=(τ1|τp 1=1)and Π2=(τ2|τq 2=1)be the deck transformation groups.For any homeomorphism g of E (K ),E (K )/<τi >is homeomorphic to E (K )/<gτi g −1>.So by Lemma 5,after replacing τ2by some gτ2g −1if necessary,we may assume that τ1,τ2and the hyperbolic metric on E (K )have been chosen so that the action of G =<τ1,τ2>is the action of a finite abelian group.Claim :G =<τ1>=<τ2>.Otherwise,suppose <τ1>,say,is a proper subgroup of G .As G is abelian,<τ1>is a normal subgroup;so the non-trivial group G/<τ1>acts on E (K )/<τ1>=E (K 1).Since the restriction of G on ∂E (K )is a free action,it follows from covering space theory that the restriction of G/<τ1>on ∂E (K 1)is a free action;so the action of G/<τ1>on E (K 1)is not a strong inversion.By Lemma 3E (K 1)admits a cyclic surgery,but by Lemma 6it cannot admit such a surgery,a contradiction.So we have G =<τ1>=<τ2>.6SHICHENG W ANG AND YING-QING WUTherefore,E(K1)and E(K2)are homeomorphic.
