(1)自由畅想。

参加者不受任何条条框框限制,让思维自由驰骋,大胆想象。

(2)充分交流。

参加者要勇于展示自己的思路或想法、敢于和其他有创意的思路接触、碰撞出火花。

(3)延迟评判。

延迟评判目的是为了保护参加者的思维积极性。

In manual process, the facilitator (certified ITRIZ specialist at minimum) formulates questions for participants based on his/her knowledge of patterns of technological evolution,specifics of the given system and general procedure for Ideation brainstorming.
