I also organize debates and group projects that require students to express their opinions and ideas. By doing so, I help them gain confidence in speaking and improve their pronunciation and fluency.For reading, I introduce a variety of texts such as stories, articles, and poems to expose students to different genres and styles. I also assign reading tasks that require students to analyze and interpret the texts, which helps them develop critical thinking skills. Furthermore, I encourage students to read outside of the classroom, as this not only broadens their vocabulary but also enhances their comprehension and appreciation of literature.When it comes to writing, I guide students to write short essays, stories, and reports. I provide them with clear instructions and feedback to help them improve their writing skills. Additionally, I organize writing contests and activities that motivate students to express their creativity and imagination.Apart from teaching language skills, I also emphasize the importance of cultural awareness and intercultural communication. I introduce students to the customs, traditions, and values of different cultures, and encourage them to appreciate and respect diversity. This helps them become more open-minded and adaptable in the globalized world.In conclusion, my teaching philosophy is to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students can learn and grow. 开展“英语口语”演讲比赛活动的安排

职责:负责准备活动需用的音像器材和宣传报道工作。

职责:负责统计活动期间各项成绩和数据。

职责:负责各项奖品的准备和发放工作。

活动纪律:
1、活动中做到“团结、紧张、严肃、活泼”,赛出风格,赛出水平。

2、活动工作人员在比赛前20分钟进入工作岗位,执行任务时做到精神饱
满,认真履行职责,做到公正、准确。

3、全体学生必须严格遵守赛会纪律。

4、各班必须按指定位置就座,不准随便离开座位到教室或其他场地及校园
内游荡,不能玩与比赛无关的活动,更不能互相追逐打闹影响比赛。

5、文明礼貌讲究卫生,保持比赛场地的清洁卫生。

6、爱护公共财物,关心同学,团结友爱,维护班集体荣誉,为班级体做出
贡献。

7、班主任老师要始终在班级所在场地内就座,及时组织学生参赛和组织保
护参赛人员并管理好本班学生的纪律。

评选奖励办法:
评选办法如下:
1、认真执行本次活动精神。

2、遵守赛场纪律,比赛作风端正,尊重选手、尊重评委、尊重观众。

3“英语口语”演讲比赛评奖:
组织奖4名、奖金100元;一等奖2名、奖金50元;二等奖3名、奖金40元;三等奖5名、奖金30元;优秀奖12名、奖金20元
4、凡有严重违反大会纪律的班级,不得参加评选。

比赛规程
一、比赛办法
具体安排如下:
演讲比赛本着公平、公正、公开的原则,评委根据参赛选手的现场表现打分,采用10分制,去掉一个最高分和一个最低分,取平均分为该参赛选手的最后得分。

(二)演讲比赛评分标准
1、演讲材料(2分)
思想内容能紧紧围绕主题,观点正确、鲜明,见解独到。

内容充实具体,生动感人。

材料真实、典型、新颖,事迹感人、实例生动,反映客观事实、具有普遍意义,体现时代精神。

讲稿结构严谨,构思巧妙,引人入胜。

文字简练流畅,具有较强的思想性。

2、语言表达(4分)
演讲者语音规范,吐字清晰,声音洪亮圆润。

演讲表达准确、流畅、自然。

语言技巧处理得当,语速恰当,语气、语调、音量、节奏张弛符合思想感情的起伏变化,能熟练表达所演讲的内容。

3、形体语言(2分)
演讲者精神饱满,能较好地运用姿态、动作、手势、表情,表达对演讲稿的理解。

4、主体形象(1分)
演讲者着装朴素端庄大方,举止自然得体,有风度,富有艺术感染力。

5、会场效果(1分)
演讲具有较强的吸引力、感染力和号召力,能较好地与听众感情融合在一起,营造良好的演讲效果。

二、比赛时间
2012年9月14日(第四周星期五),下午13:30—15:00。
