Unit4 I want to be an actor.
教学内容分析:
本单元的核心话题是询问职业和表达个人意愿,因此询问和表达意愿“asking for and giving personal information”是教学重点。

通过对本单元的学习,学生能掌握本单元出现的职业名称,用于询问和给出个人信息的词组和句型。

Teaching aims :
1.Master the vocabulary.
2.Master and use: What do you do? I am a teacher.
What does he want to do? He wants to be an actor.
Does your father work? Yes, he does.
What does your mother do? She is a nurse.

2.What does your father do? He is a doctor.
3.What does she want to be? She wants to be a sales assistant.
难点1.Does he work in hospital? Yes, he does.

1.Ask to learn words by themselves first. Circle the words you can’t read.
2. Show some pictures of actors。

3.提问个别学生说出所展示图片人物的职业

First ,talk about the picture then make a dialogue.

Then ,question: What does your father do? He is a worker. (Tell them another way of saying:
What is your father?)Show some pictures:
Is he a worker? No, he isn’t. What is he? He is a doctor. Or ask:What does he do?
Then ask and answer with your parter.

B: He is a reporter.
Step 4 Post-task
1b.Listen and number the people (1-3) in the picture above. Listen carefully to tapes for two times. The first time Ss only listen. the second time Ss number(1-3) 1c. Now work with your partner. Ask and answer questions about the pictures.
