1. what about your friend, carol?
what about…? 意为“……怎么样”或“……好不好?”接名词,代词或动名词。

其用法:
(1)承接上文内容,询问相关消息。

(2)用于询问对方的意见和看法,相当于how do you like …?

(3)用于请求或建议,相当于would you like …?

(五)语法一般过去时

规则的动词:(1)一般在动词原形末尾加ed

(3)以辅音字母y结尾的动词,先变y为i再加ed
study→ studied carry→ carried
(4)末尾只有一个辅音字母结尾的重读闭音节,先双写这个辅音字母,再加ed
