questionnaires are used to collect data.considering the questionnaire in english may bring some trouble to the
interviewees with different english levels, we adopt the chinese version instead of the english one(see english and chinese versions in appendices).1
the interviewees are selected at random to make the data more reliable.for instance, the questionnaires are given to the students studying in clarooms and to those staying in dormitories.what’s more, students from al l grades are made sure to participate in this investigation.2.data collection and analysis
to ensure the validity of the survey, the six members in our team were divided into three groups to hand out the questionnaires, going to different places and investigating different students.most of the interviewees were willingly to help us with the survey.they finished the questionnaires carefully.among the questionnaires returned, some questions were not answered, and some were answered casually, which brought us some trouble when we did the data collection.in general, most of the information we collected was useful and accurate.2.1 data analysis on the use of books
the analysis on the use of books is based on question 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10.2.1.1 frequency analysis
according to question 2 and 4, we get a result as follows(see figure 1).figure 1 2

as it can be seen from figure 1, most students go to library once or twice a week.some students go there more than five times a week.the freshmen and junior students go to the library more frequently.reasons:
1)the freshmen have more spare time and they
are curious about the library where they can find almost all
the books and periodicals they are interested in.2)the junior students need a lot of materials for their courses.moreover, most of the juniors want to find some quiet places to study and the library becomes their first choice.2.1.2 purpose analysis question 5 is designed to know the college students’ purposes of going to the school library.figure 2 3 figure3 result: figure 2 and 3 reveal that the sophomores and the junior students can make full use of the resources in the library.their purposes are clear: they hope to improve themselves on all aspects.while the freshmen have le preure, so they prefer the periodicals just for entertaining and widening their horizon.the seniors and postgraduates like to read periodicals because they want to help with homework or eay writing and know more about current affairs.4
2.1.3 book variety analysis

obviously, most of the interviewees think that books of special field are most helpful.it shows that most of students in our university put study in the first place.we can also learn that other kinds of books and magazines are also very useful in most students’ eyes.however, 76.67% of the students investigated are diatisfied with the books in our library.they complain that the books are outdated and they need to be updated.2.1.4 on borrowing books
according to the statistics based on question 7 and 8, we learn that 41.33% of the students borrow le than 10 books in one semester while 7.33% borrow more than 30.70% say that they can finish reading most parts of the borrowed books before returning them.this is a good phenomenon.since different people have different plans for study, sometimes they don’t
need to finish the whole.instead, some parts of books are enough.2.1.5 on facilities and reading rooms

基础写作---调查报告
一：题型说明
调查报告是针对某一现象、某一事件或某一问题进行深入细致的调查的写作题，要求同学们根据调查结果，针对某种现象进行分析并谈谈自己的看法，写一份调查报告。

二：策略指导与解题技巧
1.应该站在读者的角度去思考
2.要写明调查的原因、调查过程、调查结果以及你得出的结论。

3.通常用一般现在时态。

若出现具体的时间状语，如last year, next year, recently等，则根据具体使用适当的时态。

4.常见的写作方法：
①按调查的先后顺序逐点写；②按事物发展的阶段来写；③按调查对象的特点分门别类来写。

④将两种事物进行对比，以显示其是非、优劣，找出其差异来写；
注意：叙述数据时要避免过多重复使用百分比，可以用约数、倍数等来表达。

应选用有针对性的数据来说明问题，切忌面面俱到，一一罗列全部数据。

考生应该对图表信息加以分析、归纳，选取有代表性的，如最大值，最小值，以及同类信息加以表述，做到主次分明、准确生动。

三：文章结构：
一般说来，文章开头应先交代调查的时间、对象、问题和主题或目的。

其次，客观介绍调查的信息。

根据不同的调查内容，选择不同的方法。

一般是描述表格中数据所反映的情况, 数据间的主要差异或趋势, 或有的还要求谈谈数据所反映出来的问题, 并分析原因。

注意：在进行客观介绍这一部分应尽量避免过多使用同一种句式。

其次，要学会从
题目中提取信息。

最后，写出自己的观点或提出解决该问题的方案。

以前的龙山河非常清澈，可是现在却污水满河而且河里都是垃圾。

我们到了河边，进行了近距离的观察。

我们发现有两个污水排放管道，而且有一些像鱼虫的不明生物。

我们又观察了周围的环境，植物生长得很茂密，可水中的死鱼非常多，垃圾也不少。

结论
小河非正常受到污染的原因有：

在采用抽样调查法、问卷调查、走访等方法后，对商务英语专业市场人才需求的状况，对商务英语专业学生教学及课程开发的要求等情况进行了调查与分析，以有利于改革高职高专教育和教学工作。

就业市场商务英语人才需求
在国民教育体系中，职业教育是一个不可忽视的重要组成部分，因为它是促进经济、社会发展和劳动就业的重要途径。

职业教育就是就业教育，社会需求是职业教育的生产力。

只有坚持改革、创新，根据市场需求，及时调整专业，才是职业教育可持续发展的根本途径。

20**年 8 月至 20**年 9 月，吉林省教育学院外语系《高职商务英语专业课程开发与课程设置改革的研究》课题组在吉林省、辽宁省、浙江省以及北京、上海、深圳、杭州、义乌、大连等地进行一次市场人才需求社会问卷抽样调查，力图调查社会对商务英语专业人才的需求情况，了解一些基本情况及所占比例，为商务英语专业进一步发展提供依据，并按社会需求和就业导向进行课程开发和改革，重新制定以就业为导向，以学生职业生涯规划为主线的>教学计划，使专业及其课程设置更趋完善、有效，并符合当代社会发展的需要，具有时效性。

一、关于调查问卷
1、问卷调查的问题
本次调查问卷是由课题组成员共同设计的。

由三部分组成，即调查单位基本情况、主体问卷以及对商务英语专业课程设置的情况调查，共设计问题 35 个，其中调研单位及被调查者个人基本情况 5 个，市场人才需求和课程设置调查具体问题 30 个。

2、问卷调查的途径
此次调查问卷发放采取的方式有两种，一是邮寄问卷，二是通过走访的方式，直接到调查单位发放问卷，与管理者进行面对面的交流和采访，并把答卷当场提交上来。

邮寄的调查问卷以及走访单位的范围包括全国 5 个省、12 个市，共发放问卷 500 份，收回问卷 156 份，其中有效问卷 128 份。

二、基本情况
本次调查的单位主要涉及国营和事业单位、民营企业、中外合资企业、商贸和股份制公司、个体及私营公司等。

从企业规模看，大型企业占 22、0%、中型企业占
31、5%、小型企业占46、5%。

从企业的经济类型看，国有企业占10、4%、民营企业占23、5%、中外合资企业占9、0%、商贸和股份合作制公司占 25、5%、个体和私营公司占 31、6%。

调查以公司和>企业管理者为对象，其中企业经营者职务为董事长、总经理、厂长、企业高层副职占26、0%，市场部及人事部经理职务占38、5%，工程师和技术人员8、7%，公司职员17、5%，其它职务占 9、3%。

受调查的 128 人中，男性占 64、1%，女性占 35、9%、三、对商务英语专业人才需求情况
在本次调查中，在问到调查单位目前是否有引进商务英语人才计划时，有 60、9% 的单位选择了“有”；暂未考虑和没有的分别为 23、4%和 15、6%。

这说明市场对商务英语专业毕业生需求是比较大的，培养的前景是乐观的。

调查中，认为最受企业欢迎的商务英语专业毕业生类型是“学习成绩好，并具有较强的社交能力的”占60%，其次是“社交能力强”的占 27、9%，而“学习成绩好”的占 12、1%、可
见综合素质高是最受欢迎的毕业生类型。

在问到对商务英语专业毕业生的具体要求（可多种）时，提出“英语口语好”的比例最多占 61、6%，依次是“交际能力强”占 53、8%，“具有扎实的基本功，业务能力强”占 42、6%，“有一定的商务实践能力”占40、5%，“英语+商务”占19%，毕业生“要过英语四级”的占18、5%，“有国家二级计算机证书”的占10、3%，“具有良好的职业道德和就业观念”占 5、6%，“形象气质佳”的占3、1%。

对于职业资格证书对毕业生是否重要的问题上，调查单位表示重要的比例为45%，认为不太重要，重实际能力的占54、7%。

由此可看出用人单位已倾向于看重毕业生的实际能力和水平，但从统计的比例数也可看出目前不少单位还是重视毕业生是否拥有各种证书。

四、对商务英语专业学生教学及课程开发的要求调查
在本次调查中，调查单位对商务英语专业教学和课程设置的问题是比较关心的。

在问到商业英语专业的英语基础课是否需要以商务内容为学习材料时，有82、5%的单位选择了同意；不同意也不反对和不同意的分别占 12、3%和 5、2%。

这表明商务英语专业的英语基础课的教材以商务内容为学习英语技能的材料是符合市场需求的。

在商务英语专业的专业课教学应该用英语进行还是借助汉语讲授的问题上，同意借助汉语讲授商务知识的比例最高占45、3%，同意用英语讲述的比例占33、6%，不同意也不反对的比例是21、1%。

可见，赞成借助本族语学习商务知识的比重较大，说明专业知识的学习与英语技能的培养相关性不是十分大。

在问到针对商务英语专业的学生在大学期间应开设哪些课程为好时，有31、5%的经营者建议开设“商业英语精读”和“商业英语听说”课程；要求开设“>国际贸易实务”、“商务礼仪”和“>市场营销学”的比重也较大分别为 25、6%、14、1%和 10、9%；“商务英语写作”占18%，“>电子商务”占16、3%，“国际金融” 15、3%，“经济学”占14、6%，还有提出开设“>社会学”和“管理学”等。

五、存在的主要问题及改进建议
通过此次调查了解到，用人单位对学校培养学生方面有较高的要求，其中认为学校应该培养学生能够与各种人打交道，具有较强的沟通能力的比例最高达到了43、5%，其次是：培养学生具有较强的实务操作能力（21、5%）、培养能力和知识相并重的学生（19、3%）不太清楚或无建议（15%）。

在问到“您作为用人单位，能否就高等职业院校商务英语专业的学生培养方面，提出一些宝贵意见和建议”时，有的调查单位表现出很强的社会负责感，提出了很多建设性的意见和建议，归纳起来有以下几个方面；1）提高学生的整体素质；2）培养思想道德好的学生；3）要求学生打好英语语言基础，口语流利并具有较强的商务实践能力；4）学校要注重教学质量；5）找实践单位，参加社会实践学习，进行实用型教育；6）要培养学生具有一定的书面表达和翻译能力；7）鼓励学生增强自信精神；8）培养学生具有社会交往能力，提高整体形象等。

从此次调查问卷可以看出，用人单位对毕业生和学校的要求都具有较强的实用性和针对性的特点，既要求学生有较高的英语语言技能，尤其是英语口语水平，又需要学生具有较好的商务实践和商务沟通能力，也对学校提出了培养学生的综合素质和提高教育教学质量的要求。

这些调查结果应引起我们极大的关注和重视，有待在今后的商务英语专业教学中进行调整和强化，它也是进行商务英语专业课程开发和课程设置改革的重要依据，具有宝贵的参考和实用价值。

小学英语课程已大面积开设，本人就开县小学>英语教学现状展开了调查。

经过实地调查走访以及与其他乡镇教师交流，对本县乡镇小学英语教学现状有了初步的了解。

现就几点突出问题提出自己的对策。

1、学校对英语教学不重视
经了解，许多乡镇学校没有专职的英语老师，英语课全由本班的语数教师兼任。
