1. Appointment

2. Duties and Obligations of the Agent

2.1 The Agent shall use its best efforts to promote, market, and sell the Products within the Territory. The Agent shall actively seek new customers and develop business relationships with potential clients.

2.2 The Agent shall provide timely and accurate reports to the Principal regarding sales activities, market trends, customer feedback, and any other relevant information as requested by the Principal.

2.3 The Agent shall not engage in any activities that could harm the reputation or interests of the Principal. The Agent shall act in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

3. Compensation and Sales Commission

3.1 The Principal shall compensate the Agent for its services by paying a sales commission of [Percentage]% of the net sales of the Products generated by the Agent within the Territory.
