教材分析:
1本课节选自人教版九年级英语Unit 5 Section A(3a-3c),本节课通过康健在国外的购物体验让我们感受到“中国制造”无处不在的强大力量和发展生机。
2通过阅读的层层推进,学生既能够感受到中国制造的优势,同时也认识到未来“中国制造”的不足和发展方向。
3通过小组谈论等方式对文本进行简要概述,不仅有利于培养学生提炼语言重点的能力,也从民族发展的角度让学生深入思考未来如何提高“中国制造”的影响力,也有利于达成-把学生培养成具有中国情怀的社会主义建设者和接班人这个育人目标。
教学目标:
1 知识目标:通过在文本中展示图片以及利用表格等形式让学生能够在语境中掌握目标词汇:Japan、 France、 Switzerland、 product、local、 brand、 avoid handbags、 mobile phones、 everyday;并且能够运用目标语言对文章进行转述,提高学生的口头表达能力和提炼信息的能力;
2 能力目标:通过略读的阅读技巧把握文章的主旨,深层次理解文章背后的育人目标;
3 情感目标:通过对“中国制造”的思考和感悟,让学生能够用批判性思维谈论中国制造的优缺点,同时通过观看新冠疫情期间中国制造的视频,感受中国速度,提高民族自尊心和自豪感。

教学重难点:
(1) Why do you think so many products in America are made in China
(2) What’s Kang Jian’s attitude towards things made in China and what’s our attitude after learning this passage.
教学步骤:
第一导入环节
教师呈现目标词汇例如:handbags mobile phones等everyday product 复习目标语言:
What is the ... made of? Where was it made ?
It is made of ... It was made in...
What are the ...s made of ? Where were the ...s made ?
They are made of... They were made in ...
所有的地点可以包括Japan/France/Switzerland等,更好的训练目标语言,让学生能够朗朗上口,为后面的阅读做好铺垫。
可以通过希沃白板的橡皮擦和白板的放大镜功能,让学生掌握单词的拼读;
2 读前导入:
Prediction:What’s wrong with Kangjian’s trip to Amercia?
He found it interesting that so many products in the local shops were made in China.
3 读中活动
1)First Reading:
1. What two things did Kang Jian want to buy in America?
2. Where were most of them made?
3 What is the meaning of the title?
Americans can hardly avoid buying products made in China.
2)Second Reading:
Para1:Fill in the blanks and try to write what the words in bold refer to .
Para 2: Answer the questions :Why /what/ How
4 读后写作
Watch a video about “Made in China”,what advantages do we have for the products made in China?
Show President Xi Jinping’s quotos about Made in China,students are asked to show how to make Chinese products more popular in the future.

Point out the topic:Be proud of Chinese products.。
