South Korea considers suing Japan for "pollution" in International Court

韩国总统文在寅14日就日本决定向海中排放福岛核电站核废水向日本驻韩国大使表达严重关切，同时要求官员研究把“排污”一事提交国际法庭。
Korean President Wen expressed concern about Japan's decision to discharge the nuclear waste water at Fukushima nuclear power plant on the 14 day to moon Jae in Japan, and asked officials to study the issue of "sewage" to the International Court of justice.
韩国总统府发言人康珉硕说，文在寅当天接受新任日本驻韩国大使相星孝一递交的国书，随后在交谈中告诉对方，作为与日本邻近的国家，韩国对日方决定把福岛第一核电站核废水排放入海“严重关切”。
Kang Minshuo, spokesman for the Korean presidential office, said that Wen accepted the letter submitted by Aihoshi Xiaoi, the new Japanese ambassador to Korea, and told him in the conversation that South Korea was "seriously concerned" about the Japanese decision to discharge the nuclear power plant's moon Jae in the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant.
文在寅要求相星孝一把韩方态度转达给日本政府。
康珉硕说，韩国总统在这一场合发表这样的言论“极为罕见”。
Moon Jae in Wen asked Aihoshi Xiaoi to convey the attitude of the ROK to the Japanese government. Mr. Kang said it was "extremely rare" for the South Korean President to make such remarks on this occasion.。
