【摘要】目的:比较飞利浦极速256层螺旋CT血管成像技术(CTA)与数字减影血管造影(DSA),研究飞利浦极速256层螺旋CT血管成像诊断脑动脉瘤的价值. 方法:对100例脑动脉瘤患者同时进行CTA与DSA检查,并对两种方法检查过程中的表现和检查结果进行分析,比较两组的检出率,并分析飞利浦极速256层螺旋CT血管成像漏诊的原因. 结果:CTA检查结果显示漏诊18例,其中漏诊原因有:重建软件限制、诊断及操作失误、动脉瘤本身综合因素等. DSA检查报告中脑动脉瘤有196个,CTA检查报告中脑动脉瘤有174个,两种检查方法的结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05). 结论:TCA与DSA比较,能有效提高检出率,价格低廉、检测速度快,具有一定的临床价值.%AIM: To compare the Philips Brilliance 256 slice spiral CT angiography ( CTA) and digital subtraction angiography (DSA), and to study the value of Philips Brilliance 256 slice spiral CTA in diagnosis of cerebral aneurysms. METHODS:A total of 100 patients with cerebral aneurysms were examined by DSA and CTA, and the results and the detection rate of two methods, and the reason for missed diagnosis of the Philips Brilliance 256 slice spiral CTA were analyzed. RESULTS: The CTA showed that 18 cases were misdiagnosed, and reasons included limitations of the reconstruction software, mistakes in diagnosis and treatment, the
comprehensive factors of the aneurysm itself, etc. The DSA showed there were 196 cerebral aneurysms, and CTA showed there were 174 cerebral aneurysms, with no statistically significant difference between DSA and CTA (P>0.05). CONCLUSION:Compared with DSA, the TCA can improve the detection rate effectively, with lower cost and less detection time. It is worthy of clinical application.
