【摘要】随着“一带一路”国家发展战略的提出与深入落实，我国西部民航业也将面临前所未有的发展机遇。

本文以西安咸阳国际机场为例，利用SWOT方法，全面系统地研究了其发展优势、劣势及面临的机会和挑战。

研究发现：西安咸阳国际机场国际航线的发展仍有较大的空间，西安良好的政策保障，机场完备的基础设施，行业政策的不断优化，为西部民航业提供了更有利的发展环境。

因此，在“一带一路”战略背景下，我国西部民航及政府应把握机遇，加快机场及配套基础设施建设，以形成有效的航空运输网络，使其在区域互联互通和经济一体化过程中发挥更大的作用。

%As the“the Belt and Road” of the national development strategy was put forward and in -depth implement gradually ,Chinese civil aviation transportation industry is facing unprecedented new opportuni‐ties and challenges .This paper taking Xi’an Xianyang Inter national Airport (XXIA) as an example ,using SWOT ,studies its
strengths ,weaknesses ,opportunities and challenges .The study shows that :the devel‐opment of international in XXIA routes are still has a large space for development ,political guarantee , complete airport infrastructure ,optimization of industry policy also create a more favorable environment for development to the project .Therefore ,under the
background of "one belt and Road",Chinese western civil aviation and the government should grasp the opportunity ,accelerat the construction of airports and support infrastructure to form effective air transport network to make it play a more important role in re‐gional connectivity and economic integration .
