Hey guys,
Today I'm going to share with you what I've learned in the first four units of the eighth grade English textbook. Let's dive into it together!
In Unit 1, we learned about the past simple tense. We talked about our weekends and what we did. For example, "I played basketball with my friends" or "I watched a movie with my family". It was fun to share our experiences with each other.
Unit 2 was all about giving directions. We learned how to use words like "turn left" and "go straight" to help others find their way. It was like being a mini tour guide!
Unit 3 focused on comparing things using adjectives. We practiced sentences like "My cat is cuter than your dog" or "Math is more difficult than English". It was interesting to see how we can describe things using different words.
Lastly, in Unit 4 we learned how to talk about our daily routines. We shared our morning and evening routines with each other, like "I brush my teeth before breakfast" or "I read a book before bed". It was cool to see how we all have different habits.
I've had a blast learning all these things in English class. It's been a great journey so far and I can't wait to see what else we'll learn in the future. English is so much fun!

Oh my gosh, writing a 2000-word essay for the eighth-grade English textbook is like sooo tiring! But here goes nothing:
In the first four units of the second semester, we learned a lot of cool stuff in English class. We started off with Unit 1, where we learned about different types of animals and how to describe them. We talked about pets, wild animals, and even endangered species.
