一、写作要点
1.开门见山，说明写信目的，真诚道歉
2.说明道歉的合理原因并提出弥补措施或解决办法；
3.再次表示道歉，请求谅解
二、写作结构
道歉信开头部分表达写作目的“提出道歉事由”
I am writing to apologize to you for my failing to go to your home and discuss with you...
I am writing to make an apology to you for my being unable to...
I am writing to apologize to you for my absence from our appointment.
I am terribly/truly sorry that I didn't show up at your home to discuss the coming English speech contest as planned.
道歉信中间说明出现差错的原因，提出弥补措施
Shall we go on Saturday mornin g? We can set out early so that we’ll have more time to read and select books.
If it’s convenient for you, let’s meet at 8:30 outside the school gate.
If not, let me know what time suits you best.
I should be available any time after school next week.
道歉信结尾部分再次致歉，并请求原谅
Please allow me to say sorry to you again./Please allow me to apologize to you again.
Many apologies again for all the inconvenience I've caused you.
