讲堂解说:一)比较两个以上的事物时,用“the most”表示最大数目,用“ the fewest”或“ the least”表示最小(少)数目。

1.形容词最高等在非正式文体中也能够取代比较级用于比较两个人或

2.形容词最高等作表语时 , 定冠词 the 能够省略 .

二)用“ the same as和different from“对事物进行比较.
当我们想说一事物与另一事物确实同样的时用the same as.
当我们想说一事物与另一事物不同时用different from.
the same as----意为:与----同样.相当于as----as的句型.
Same 表示“相同的”该词老是与定冠词连用 , 常见于the same ---as---构造中,表示“像----同样”、“貌似-----” 。

Same也可以用作代词用于the same as 构造中意思不变,此中as 为介词表示“如像”的意思后接与之相像的对象,有时也将as 看作连词,后来能够接用从句。

如: That guy simys the same tune as his master.
he defferent from .意为“ -----与-----有差别。

Defferent 前能够加定冠词 , 不定冠词或形容词对其进行修饰.

中国学生比英国学生拥有更长时间的暑期.
这是一个比较级句型 , 句中的“have/take+ 时间 +off”是固定短语,意为“腾出 ( 时间 ) 歇息”。

如:

In the summertime等于in the summer,单词summertime指“ the season of summer ”, 如: We often swim in the summertime.在夏天我们常常游泳。

students spend less time doing their homerwork than Chinese students.英国学生比中国学生花销更少的时间造作业。

该句是一个than 指引的比较级与spend 短语组合而成的句型。

在本句中,由 spend 组成的基本构造为: sb.+ spend + time + (in)
意为“某人在做某事方面花销了(时间)”如:
doing sth, The old man spent his spare time (in)gardening. 那位老人在业余时间里靠栽花消遣。

school uniform is different from John’s.我的校服与约翰的不同。

该句能够变换为: My school uniform is not the same as John’s. 在含有 as as ,than,be the same as ,be different from等表示比较的句子中,其比较的对象一定是同类事物。

如:

( 1)在表示猜想时,只好用can, 不可以用 be able to
