1. He has been ill in hospital since last month. 他从上个月开始生病住院了。 本句用的是现在完成时，表示从过去某一 时间开始一直持续到现在的动作或事情。
e.g. They have worked here since 1975. 他们从75年开始就在这工作了。
2. have a serious disease 有严重的血液疾病 表示“生……病”通常用动词have。如： 头疼 have a headache
3. as soon as possible 尽可能快的 e.g. 请尽快把书还给我。
