1.空调负荷计算
1.1 工程概况
本设计地点为上海,本工程为上海市某医院洁净手术部净化空调系统设计,该 大楼为框架剪力墙结构。手术部设在二层,层高 5.2m,其中,洁净手术区(手术室) 层高 3m,辅助用房及非洁净区层高 2.8m。手术部内设有手术室,其中,I 级手术室 2 间,面积分别为 55 ㎡和 56 ㎡,Ⅲ级手术室 8 间,最大面积 70 ㎡一间,38 ㎡三 间,42 ㎡四间。手术设备层设在技术夹层,层高 2.2m。满足现代化手术室及护理 的使用要求,符合医院洁净手术部建设标准,达到国内一流,国际接轨的水平。本 设计平面为外周回收型设计,对手术后医疗器械及废弃物设计专用污物通道,经过 初洗,直接送入污物电梯,运至中心供应室楼层,保证回收污染物品不与其它流线 交叉。

净化工程设计
摘要
本次毕业设计为上海某医院洁净手术部净化工程设计,洁净手术部位于医院大楼二 层,层高 5.2 米,在手术部上层,设有层高为 2.2 米的设备层。Ⅰ级手术室送风量按照 主流区断面流速法计算,Ⅲ级手术室按照换气次数法进行计算。气流组织:手术室为顶 部送风天花送风,双侧下回风,回风口在长边满布;Ⅲ级手术室由送风天花送风,双侧 下回风,回风口均布。手术室辅助用房采用高效送风口上送,下侧回风;洁净走廊采用 高效送风口上送风,顶部回风。空气处理采用一次回风加再热的方案,新风集中处理。 系统划分:2 个Ⅰ级手术室各自一个系统,2 个面积较大的Ⅲ级手术室为一个系统,6 个Ⅲ级手术室分为两个系统;洁净辅助用房及走道分为两个系统。通过经济性分析,冷 热源采用风冷热回收型热泵机组。

The design of Purification engineering for a hospital in Shanghai
Abstract
This design for me to graduate is a purification engineering for an operation department in the hospital of Shanghai which is an area of hot-summer & cold-winter. This operation department is on the second floor and the floor height is 5,2m. All of this department includes 3 main part which are 10 of surgery room, some of auxiliary houses and cleaning hallway. Above of the second floor is an equipment floor, which is 2.2m height for the wind or water pipes assemble. It is necessary for the people who are processing the purification engineering to consider the particular requirements and function for the surgical clean room. Aiming at theⅠlevel surgical clean room, the way to calculate the air output volume is velocity of per unit area flow, but the method for Ⅲ level surgery room is got by air change rate. What I will do in air distribution is putting the supply air outlets on the ceiling and installing the slot return air outlets on the both sides of wall, and whether fully put the return air outlets is the only difference between Ⅰlevel surgical clean room and Ⅲ level surgery room. More importantly, adopting the scheme of fresh air centralization treatment and primary return air single reheating to ensure this project can satisfy the regular air conditions and base on the purification requirements. At the same time, this department should be divided into 7 parts
