Brief Itroduction
Chinese Pudding is a small local food business that sells traditional clines pudding in DuoLuo Street near Guangdong University of Economics and Finance. It has been sun for 6 years which to some extent is a rather successful business among tis next door neighbors who failed shortly within one years. Also, it sell quiet a lot to the nearby residents and students, However there are some obstades standing in its way to a bigger success and they are listed as follow:
Problem:
A.The biggest problem is that the food stand share the same place with
another business that sells another different kind of product. The self-employed even does not have his own brand name which easily misleads customers that it is just a little nameless business attached to something else. No identity at all.
B.The available choices are too limited. There are only four favors to be
chosen and the taste is not so original. The original is very fragrant and of tenacity. But the shop’s are less fragrant and too unchowable, losing the very nativeness.
C.The packaging is too optional and cheap. The shopowner just use the
plastic bags and bamboo sticks.
D.The salesman in Chinese Pudding has a really bad impression on
customers. Onemay have an instant thought about Chinese Pudding—poor hygiene and loose management just at the sight of this untidy and greasy self-employed. He does not share; he keeps his hair uncut and unessy : his clothes shabby ; his nails harbors a colony of bacteria like a century old. The whole image of him really shudders the customs.
E.A piece of Chinese Pudding sold in Duoluo street at a price of 2 Yuan.
Which is not sound and fair at all when compared with other rivals whose puddings are priced lower only 1 yuan each.
F.The decoration and its surr ounding make you frown. Its design can’t
match the product itself. The product is historical and so delicious. But its design is casual and gauds. Putting some strange advertisement on its wall, it shocked you. In the product the mark is not so stinking enough. It is just casual . On it floor, there are all kinds of rubbish, such as plastic bags, paper and sand. Approached shop is smelly.
Waste water is surrounded. There are also buzzed fly. It gives you a bad impression. Maybe you never come back not because of its history.
