Growing up, one of my favorite dishes has always been a hearty bowl of homemade soup. One of my all-time favorite soups is the classic French onion soup, also known as "罗宋汤" (luó sòng tāng) in Chinese.
French onion soup is a delicious and flavorful soup made with caramelized onions, beef broth, and topped with a slice of toasted bread and melted cheese. The combination of savory broth, sweet onions, and gooey cheese makes for a truly satisfying and comforting meal. I remember the first time I had French onion soup was at a cozy little bistro in Paris. The aroma of the onions caramelizing in the pot
