新鲜全血比对在不同型号血液分析仪中的临床应用

【摘要】目的：通过新鲜全血比对实验,评价同一品牌不同型号血液分析仪检测结果的一致性和准确性。

方法对本室4台迈瑞BC系列血液分析仪采用NCCLS EP9-A2指南进行比对,采用10份新鲜全血检测,以BC-5500测定的值作为标准,其它仪器的测定值与其进行比对。

结果4台血液分析仪精密度好,所得结果均小于国际血液学标准化委员会(ICSH)和美国临床实验室标准委员会(NCCLS)的相关规定范围；符合1/2 CLIA’88的标准：WBC≤7．5%,
RBC≤3．0%,HGB≤3．5%,HCT≤3．0%, MCV≤3．5%,
MCH≤3．5%,MCHC≤3．5%, PLT≤12．5%；检测结果均在可接受范围内。

结论应用新鲜全血对血液分析仪进行比对试验,能及时发现仪器间的系统误差和提高同一实验室不同血液分析仪检测结果的准确性和一致性。

%Objective To evaluate the uniformity and accuracy between different hematology analyzers of the same com-pany through comparative tests . Methods BC-5500 was chosen as the target analyzer. 10 samples of fresh blood were detected 20 times with the four hematology analyzers in order to gain the parameters and bias according to NCCLS EP9-A2 . Results The four blood analyzers’ precision are well, the results are less than international committee for standardization of the hematology( ICSH) and commission of American clinical laboratory standards(NCCLS)the rules of scope;meet the criteria of
1/2 of CLIA’88:WBC≤7. 5%,RBC≤3. 0%,HGB≤3. 5%,HCT≤3. 0%,MCV≤3. 5%,MCH≤3. 5%,MCHC≤3. 5%, PLT≤12. 5%;the test results are within the acceptable limit. Conclusion The systematic error between machines timely can be found through comparison tests;and It can improve the accuracy and uniformity of different blood analyzers’ test results in the same laboratoty .
