民间武术协会弘扬传承民间武术文化
协会名称：中国西南飞刀文化交流中心
协会宗旨：自强不息/尚武崇徳—修身立本/习文弘道
协会性质：以传统飞刀（脱手兵器）技术传承交流为主；兼民间武术及传统兵器技术研究及训练推广、现代搏击技术研究及训练推广。

第一章总则
中华武术源远流长，脱手兵器在民间具有悠久的历史，是东方文化的一种象征，同时也是世界人民的共同财富。

协会成立目的：弘扬民间武术，传承华夏绝，督促飞刀手本质文化德武不丢与飞刀文化本质含义。

第二章协会人员名单
排名不分先后
协会顾问：漫步、王牌
起草人：半刀
负责人：半刀、长发、周林宏、叶强、杨七郎、戴剑、张经涛、杨小东（排名不分先后）
活动策划：管理中心
名誉导师：长发、孤独、蓝天、王牌、廖金国
第三章会员义务、权利及会员管理
第一条：会员应履行以下义务：
（一）热爱飞刀运动，不断提高飞刀技术水平
（二）。

贯彻执行协会的各项决议和决定
（三）。

积级参加协会各项活动，并在活动中发挥带头作用。

（四）自觉维护协会的利益，向协会提出合理化的建议和意见（五）。

完成协会交办的各项任务。

第二条会员享有以下权利：
（一）参加协会各种活动。

（二）在协会组织的活动会议上，参与关于协会问题的讨论。

（三）对协会的工作及活动如有不同意见，在执行的前提下，可以声明保留意见，并且可以把自己的意见向协会的上级组织反映。

（四）有表决权、选举权和被选举权。

第四条入会人员必须填写入会申请表，经协会对入会人员进行考察、批准后，方能成为协会正式会员。

第五条会员有退会的自由。

对于不能履行会员义务或不遵守协会章
程，违犯协会纪律，或利用协会名义牟取私利，或做有损于协会形象的事情，经协会会议研究可以将其除名。

第六条会员申请入会需填报入会申请表，缴纳入会费或制本费，可获取会员卡一张或会员证一本，以入会采取实名制入会。

第七条会员应遵循见义勇为、助弱扶幼、勤奋刻苦、刚直不阿的原则，做到不欺、不仗、不辱、不骄、不贪、不惧。

会员严禁以协会名义参加社会斗殴和一切违法犯罪活动，违者后果自负且申明与本协会无关，并予以退会处理。

自我保护及见义勇为除外。

第八条会员加入后可凭会员卡可以以会员价购买协会器械服装。

第九条协会旗下的二级组织定期在当地组织聚会活动。

第十条协会在制作网站后会员可免费下载各种资源。

第四章飞刀竞技比赛制度
一、3米准度
A, 3 m accuracy
1.刀靶大小不超过1米见方，不低于0.5米见方
1. Target size is not more than 1 meters across, not less than 0.5 square meters
2.刀靶分数圈：
2. The knife target score circle:
①靶心大小10cm~12cm，分数10点，
(1) the bull 's-eye size 10 cm ~ 12 cm, score 10 points,
②外圈40cm~50cm，分数2点。

(2) the outer 40 cm ~ 50 cm, score 2 points.
③飞刀在靶心与外圈分数圈，分数5点。

(3) fly knife with outer fraction in the bull 's-eye, score 5 points.
3.飞刀长度在20cm~25cm。

飞针长度在cm18~23cm，重量不限
3. Fly knife in 20 cm ~ 25 cm length. Flying probe length in cm18 ~ 23 cm, the weight is not limited
4.每人5把飞刀，以足而立，离靶3米，靶心分数高者胜。

4. Each 5 fly knife to foot, 3 meters away from the target, and the bull 's-eye scores the most wins.
5.比赛现场选手有两次投掷机会选择，具体如下：
5. The game players have two chances to throw choice, specific as follows:
①当第一次投掷结束后可申请第二次投掷机会，计分以两次投掷平均分数为准。

(1) when the first throwing you may apply for the second time after throwing opportunity, scoring average scores dropped by two shall prevail.
②如不使用第二次投掷机会，则按正常计分。

(2) if you don't use the second throw opportunity, according to the normal points.
二、5米准度

四、更多其他竞技待定

以上比赛不受年龄限制，自由报名，比赛裁判需做好安全检查。

五、比赛释义：
1.飞刀竞技比赛分三项九奖，每次比赛奖项根据实际情况而设置。

2.比赛需提前15天以上在网站媒体或书面通知/公布。

3.比赛需设立安全监督、裁判指导等。

4.比赛场地需提前一个小时前布置妥善，器械由协会提供。

5.未比赛前不得试用比赛刀靶练习飞刀。

比赛前练习飞刀，可在副场地练习飞刀。

比赛后在综合两个场地练习。

6.有条件的情况下，需设立两个飞刀场地，副场地做紧急备用场地。
