英语二2017大作文
I woke up this morning feeling absolutely exhausted.
It's like I didn't sleep at all last night. But I dragged myself out of bed and got ready for the day.
As I was walking to work, I couldn't help but notice how beautiful the weather was. The sun was shining, the birds were chirping, and there was a gentle breeze in the air. It put me in a good mood despite my lack of sleep.
Work was a complete disaster. My boss was in a terrible mood and nothing I did seemed to please him. It was one of those days where everything that could go wrong, did go wrong.
During my lunch break, I decided to go for a walk to clear my head. I ended up at a little park nearby and sat on a bench, just taking in the surroundings. It was so peaceful and quiet, and for a moment, I forgot about all the stress at work.
The rest of the day seemed to drag on forever. I was counting down the minutes until I could finally go home and relax. When the clock finally struck 5 o'clock, I practically ran out of the office.
Once I got home, I made myself a nice dinner and poured a glass of wine. I put on some relaxing music and just sat in silence, enjoying the peace and quiet. It was the
perfect way to end such a chaotic day.。
