(最近,南安进修学校开展南安市2012年中学数学、地理、英语优秀教学案例评选活动,为使教师对教学案例有一定的了解,特找一些相关知识与案例范文)欧阳学文1.什么是教学案例这可以从以下几个层次来理解:教学案例是事件:教学案例是对教学过程中的一个实际情境的描述。
它讲述的是一个故事,叙述的是这个教学故事的产生、发展的历程,它是对教学现象的动态性的把握。
教学案例是含有问题的事件:事件只是案例的基本素材,并不是所有的教学事件都可以成为案例。
能够成为案例的事件,必须包含有问题或疑难情境在内,并且也可能包含有解决问题的方法在内。
正因为这一点,案例才成为一种独特的研究成果的表现形式。
案例是真实而又典型的事件:案例必须是有典型意义的,它必须能给读者带来一定的启示和体会。
案例与故事之间的根本区别是:故事是可以杜撰的,而案例是不能杜撰和抄袭的,它所反映的是真实发生的事件,是教学事件的真实再现。
是对“当前”课堂中真实发生的实践情景的描述。
它不能用“摇摆椅子上杜撰的事实来替代”,也不能从抽象的、概括化的理论中演绎的事实来替代。
2.教学案例的特征案例是一种写作的形式,那么它与我们平时所说的论文等形式有什么区别,又有什么特点呢?(1)与论文的区别从文体和表述方式上来看,论文是以说理为目的,以议论为主的;而案例则以记录为目的,以记叙为主,兼有议论和说明。
也就是说,案例是讲一个故事,是通过故事来说明道理。
因此,从写作的思路和思维方式上来看,二者也有很大的区别。

而提高课堂教学效率就成为以后的首要任务。
那么究竟如何才干打造出高效的课堂呢?一、充分的课前准备我们知道,没有预设的课堂是听任的,也是杂乱无章的,必定也是低效的。
要创作创造高效的课堂,充分用好这四十五分钟的每一秒,充分的课前准备就显得很是重要了。
我们不克不及因为自己预设得不充分、目标掌握得不明确,对课堂即时生成调控不力而浪费时间。
新《标准》)针对学生不合年龄段的身心特点,对不合学段的教学目标作出了科学而具体的规定。
这就要求我们要认真研读《标准》,在制定教学目标的时候,要严格依照《标准》的要求对比执行。
根据因材施教原则,教学目标的制定也要因人而异,不合条理的学生要求达到的目标也各不相同,要避免一概而论。
要包管课堂上80%以上的学生掌握80%以上的课堂教学内容。

信息技术是当今世界科学技术领域最活跃、发展最迅速、影响最广泛的发明。
它不仅深刻地影响着人类的生活方式和工作方式,而且深刻地改变着人类的教育方式、学习方式乃至思维方式。
它为英语教学注入了新鲜血液并带来了活力。
信息技术能将抽象的内容具体化,使晦涩难懂的内容变得生动,很容易实现情境教学。

一堂英语课的教学通常分为五个环节,他们是课前准备——导入新课——主题探究——复习巩固——布置作业。
一.课前准备是提高课堂教学有效性的前提。
随着教学实践的开展和教学理论研究的深入。
人们认识到,教学过程不仅仅发生在课堂上,因此现代教学论认为,课堂教学环节应该相应地向课前及课后延伸。
而课前的准备,包括对教材的理解,(以两大城市比较为主题,方位表达、数量表达,形容词的比较级等语言现象。
)使用哪些教学方法和教学手段更适合这节课的教学内容(她使用了视频导入、问题导入、图片导入、生活导入),什么形式更符合这一年龄段学生的生理和心理特点(多媒体演示,小组活动、游戏操练、模仿表演),寻找和挖掘哪些有用的课程资源(介绍上海的视频、桐乡本土图片、贴近学生生活的照片、综艺节目中的砸金蛋游戏形式)等等。
大家有目共睹,为提高这堂课的教学有效性郝老师课前做了大量的准备。
二、新课导入是提高课堂教学有效性的基础。
俗话说:良好的开端是成功的一半。
一节课课题的导入与该课的教学效果有着密切的联系。
在教学中,新课的导入是很重要的一个环节,本堂课郝老师利用了1.视频导入法。
七年级学生活泼好动,且善于接受新事物。
因此,为了激发学生对英语课堂内容的兴趣和拓展课堂信息的容量,老师利用了视频具有集图形、声音、动作为一体的特点,播放了一段关于上海的视频,这一导入是根据既定的教学目标来精心设计的,没有游离于教学内容之外。
上海是一座大都市,离我们一些学生的实际生活较为遥远,学生缺乏对这方面的感性认识。
于是郝老师根据对学生的预想和对教学的需求对教材进行了解读,重构和再加工、再创造。

业务学习笔记(2013-2014年第一学期)学习时间:2013年8月17日学习地点:教务处参加人员:全体教师学习内容:听课目的与听课类型我们知道,听课是一种经常性活动,而每一次听课对授课者或听课者都可能有多方面的收获,所以听课很难说是一种单一任务的活动。
但是每一次听课总会有所侧重,否则四面出击,什么都想干,不突出重点,效果就不会太好。
为此,每个听课者在听课前都应首先明确听课的目的任务,选好角度,突出重点,使每次听课有相对的针对性,解决一两个主要问题。
听课的目的不同就决定了有不同的听课类型。
一般领导者常见的听课类型有以下几种。
一、了解检查型听课这种听课的目的是为了了解学校教学情况。
首先了解教师执行教学大纲和教学计划情况,了解教师的教学思想和教学改革情况,了解教师的教学态度、教学能力、身心状态等。
甚至可以看到学校后勤工作是否有漏洞,如桌椅是否齐备,无损害等。
同时也是为了督促教师的教学工作。
这种听课带有“突然性”。
是领导监督、督促教学的一种最经常、最普遍的形式。
这种类型听课可不预先通知,听课后也不一定要交换意见。
另外,为了更深入地了解和研究问题,这种类型的听课,也可以采取蹲班跟踪听课。
二、指导帮助型听课指导帮助型听课多数是对教学能力较差,新上岗的青年教师,或发现某些教师教学薄弱环节,领导去听课,尔后给以帮助指导,使这些教师更好地进行教学工作,从而达到提高教学质量的目的。
要进行指导,校长就应有一定的理论修养和教学经验,这种指导是贯穿于教学全过程,领导要同教师一起备课,研究教材、教法、设计教案,必要时还要指导试讲。
每次听课后应及时交换意见,只要可能,应连续听一段时间,直至教师在教学中存在不足有了明显的改进为止。

那么, 如何使自己成为充满激情的老师呢? 如何创设一个积极互动开放的教学情境, 使英语教学事半功倍呢? 一、做一个充满激情的英语教师, 首先要热爱生活、热爱英语、热爱学生, 在自己的心中时常蓄积着犹如岩浆般的滚烫的情, 让每一个学生心底里沉淀的情发酵、释放。
在平时的交流中, 老师要让学生感觉到我们同他们的关系十分重要。
老师也许是喜欢学生的, 但可能所作所为却恰恰相反, 如推迟上下课, 不重视学生的时间; 提供的材料不是太简单就是太难, 不能针对学生的实际能力; 不提供相互交往或讨论的机会, 无视学生的想法; 不考虑学生的安排、问题或担忧, 表现出对学生漠不关心; 不按时上班或抽空去看学生, 不尊重学生的需求, 尤其是他们课外的个人需求; 无节制的幽默或使用嘲讽的语句等。
看不起学生或是使他们难为情可能使学生产生强烈的痛苦, 摧毁自信, 酝酿敌视。
当然我们热爱学生, 就要在我们的行为中清清楚楚地表露出来; 热爱学生包括对他们的需求和兴趣爱好的欣赏。
这密切关系到我们了解学生如何学和他们需要什么帮助, 以便去鼓励这种学习, 也包括我们将其当作学习者直接或间接的鼓励。
在课堂上就反映在我们自发的行为和对班上成员持续不断的敏感程度之中。
二、要有幽默感。
《英语课程标准》中指出:“学生只有对自己、对英语及其文化、对英语学习有积极的情感, 才能保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩。
消极的情感不仅会影响英语学习的效果, 而且会影响学生的长远发展。
因此, 在英语教学中教师应该自始至终关注学生的情感, 努力营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。
戏剧大师莎士比亚也曾说:“幽默是风趣和智慧的展现。
”“幽默”一词是英文humor的译音, 它是一种个人独特的气质,它是一种高超的艺术, 有声的或者是无声的。

高中英语词汇教学研究报告欧阳学文一、课题的提出在英语教学实践中不难发现,由于词汇量大,学生原有英语水平的参差不齐,及部分教师未更新教育理念,违背教材编写意图和宗旨,依然采取陈旧的教学方法,力求面面俱到,致使不少学生因学习负担过重而对英语产生厌学情绪,不肯学、不肯读、不肯记,久而久之,学生英语水平的两极分化现象日益严重,而问题的关键在于词汇的学习和掌握。
英语学习由词而句,由句而篇,勿庸置疑,词汇关过不了,对语句的理解记忆就会很吃力,更不用说文章阅读和语法理解。
因此,要提高英语教学质量,缓解学生英语水平的两极分化,其中重要的一环就是要保证学生掌握一定数量的词汇,而这恰恰是学生学习英语的一大难关。
目前在高中英语词汇教学中存在着三大误区:第一,以单独背词汇书来代替常规的英语语言学习。
这种情况在高三学生中尤为明显,妄图通过追逐词汇量,借以达到提高阅读水平的目的。
实践证明,这种做法是极不科学的。
词汇学习需要的是音、形、意的统一与结合,只有把一定的音同可能对应的形和意联系起来,或把一定的形同可能对应的音和意联系起来,通过反复练习,才能在大脑中建立起音、形、意模式联系。
企图在短时间内通过记忆单词的捷径取得英语学习质的飞跃是不可能的。
第二,对词汇过于重视,用过多的时间反复讲解词汇,个别词语讲解过多过深。
有的教师在讲授词汇时,一味的扩展词汇,求深求全便成了他们一个难以逾越的障碍。
这也是不可取的。
第三,忽视词汇教学,完全依赖学生自学。
令人遗憾的是,由于现在英语高考中取消了单词拼写这一题目,更多注重的是阅读理解能力。
所以越来越多的教师认为,既然英语考试越来越重视阅读理解,客观试题在考试试题中占的比例越来越大,那么也许没有必要在词汇的学习上花费太多的时间。
在教学实践中,他们把时间越来越多地花在培养阅读能力和应试技巧上,而花在词汇教学上的时间越来越少,即使在教授词汇过程中,也显得缺乏足够的理论和令人信服的经验来指导词汇教学和学生的词汇学习。

二、尽量组织好一堂课前几分钟的内容俗话说:好的开始是成功的一半(A good beginning is half done)。

心理学上认为,注意是掌握知识、从事实践活动必不可少的条件,它使人感受性提高,知觉清晰,思维敏捷,从而使得行动准确、及时。

英语课堂教学随笔欧阳家百(2021.03.07)我校地处农村,学生对英语比较陌生,语言环境差,难以学以致用。
如何激发他们对英语的兴趣,提高学习的积极性,掌握所学的知识,是英语教学的首要任务。
这段时间来,我针对学生的实际情况,在课堂教学中营造浓厚的情境氛围,较好地激发了学生的学习热情,做到教与学的双向交流。
一、三分钟说话。
每节课安排3分钟时间让学生训练口语。
如教完第一模块后,让学生进行简单的自我介绍,使每个学生都有上台的机会。
说者投入,听者有心,气氛异常浓烈。
通过"说"促进了学生对所学知识的巩固与应用,同时激发学习的成就感,保持继续学习的热情。
二、游戏表演。
做游戏是儿童的天性。
让儿童在自己喜爱的游戏中学习,将大大激发儿童学习英语的兴趣。
如教学第四模块时,我在教室四周贴上1——10的生字卡,老师出示铅笔,学生根据铅笔的数量边说边指向相应的生字卡,然后两人一组,一人出示手指,一人边说边指生字卡。
这样既有助于调动学生的积极性,又有利于单词的识记。
此外,英语课文内容大部分是人物的对话或故事,所以分角色模仿能让学生在真实的语境下运用所学的语言,提高他们运用英语的能力。
让学生边读边表演,可单独进行,也可以两人或多人一齐上演"对台戏",一举手、一投足无不妙趣横生。
三、TPR活动。
TPR通过动作来表现儿童对输入的语言的理解是否达到内化程度。
课堂上,采用适当的TPR有利于帮助学生学习。
如教学第十模块时,老师可指着自己的眼睛说“eye”,让学生跟着说,这样学生很自然的理解了“eye”的意思。
练习时,由老师指自己身体的部位问:“What’s this?”,学生回答:“It’s ……”,然后让学生两人一组进行练习。
也可请一些学生到黑板前,由老师或其他学生说身体的部位让台上的同学指出来,比比看谁的反应快。
英语教学对我对学生来说,都是全新的课程,如何更好地教与学,还需要不断地探索和实践。

在学校所学的专业直到现在也拾不起来。
工作上的杂事与生活中的事情搅得没有时间,没心情(其实我知道这些都是找借口)。

(三) ,直观法.充分利用好教学挂图,实物,手偶,简笔画,动作,多媒体等形象直观, 生动活泼的教学手段,学生通过看图,听音,会意,直接理解英语和提高用英语思维的能力, 从而最大限度地控制和减少汉语的介入,培养良好英语语感习惯,激发学生的创新思维. (四) ,任务型教学法《英语课程标准》明确指出:提倡任务型教学,把综合语言运用能力的培养落实在教学过程中,提倡体验,实践,参与,交流和合作方式,实现任务的目标.把学生分成三人或四人小组的学习小组, 让他们围绕着课堂任务分工合作, 在活动中相互探讨, 相互交流, 相互合作, 从而获得知识,技能和情感体验,发展他们的能力.三,说学法运用灵活多样的学习方法,增强课堂趣味性.培养学生观察力,想象力,记忆力以及思维能力.如通过连贯的听说读写,游戏,竞赛等,培养学生的交际能力,发展他们的思维能力. (一) ,游戏法:游戏是学生最愿意参与的一种活动,能有效地调动学生学习的主动性和积极性,使学生在教学游戏中增长知识,增长智慧.设计游戏的目的主要引导学生在"玩"中学, "趣"中练,"乐"中长才干,"赛"中增勇气. (二) 竞赛法:竞赛法顾名思义就是组织开展各种竞赛活动, , 激励学生大量记忆单词和阅读, 给学生一个自我表现和展示的机会, 由于大多数初中学生都具有争强好胜的心理特征, 因此小组竞赛活动能够督促他们复习和巩固所学知识内容.竞赛法可以用在任何内容的学习上. 比如朗读,表扬,背诵,听写等等.比朗读时可以比谁的发音好;听写时可以比谁书法好; 谁的正确率高;表演时比谁语言运用自如,演技逼真等等.可以让未参与比赛的学生来当评委,有如下优点:一是调动提高他们观看的积极性和认真度,二是教会学生评价审美水平, 三是帮助学生学会公平. (三) ,讨论法:加强课堂讨论,强化学生的竞争意识和创新意识,培养学生提出问题,解决问题的能力.讨论能帮助学生在语言实践中把语言知识和语言技能主动转化为交际能力. 讨论式教学对于学生的智力因素和情感因素的开发和发展都会产生积极的影响. 培养了学生参与合作学习的能力和运用语言进行创新活动的能力.四,说教学程序说明每一环节所用的大体时间,重点教学双边活动,教学难点和教学重点的突破,理由.教师要说明怎样组织好教学过程,通过导入,新课讲解,反馈练习,归纳总结等控制手段和语言,提问,演示,讲解,板书等基本技能,促进教学过程有序的发展即按规律运动.再者, 还要考虑环节之间的过渡与衔接,使学生更易与接受所学知识. 在新课程改革实验不断推进的今天, 我认为做一个中学英语教师决不能没有激情, 不富有激情的人就不能称其为一个上乘的英语教师。
那么, 如何使自己成为充满激情的老师呢? 如何创设一个积极互动开放的教学情境, 使英语教学事半功倍呢? 一、做一个充满激情的英语教师, 首先要热爱生活、热爱英语、热爱学生, 在自己的心中时常蓄积着犹如岩浆般的滚烫的情, 让每一个学生心底里沉淀的情发酵、释放。
在平时的交流中, 老师要让学生感觉到我们同他们的关系十分重要。
老师也许是喜欢学生的, 但可能所作所为却恰恰相反, 如推迟上下课, 不重视学生的时间; 提供的材料不是太简单就是太难, 不能针对学生的实际能力; 不提供相互交往或讨论的机会, 无视学生的想法; 不考虑学生的安排、问题或担忧, 表现出对学生漠不关心; 不按时上班或抽空去看学生, 不尊重学生的需求, 尤其是他们课外的个人需求; 无节制的幽默或使用嘲讽的语句等。
看不起学生或是使
他们难为情可能使学生产生强烈的痛苦, 摧毁自信, 酝酿敌视。
当然我们热爱学生, 就要在我们的行为中清清楚楚地表露出来; 热爱学生包括对他们的需求和兴趣爱好的欣赏。
这密切关系到我们了解学生如何学和他们需要什么帮助, 以便去鼓励这种学习, 也包括我们将其当作学习者直接或间接的鼓励。
在课堂上就反映在我们自发的行为和对班上成员持续不断的敏感程度之中。
二、要有幽默感。
《英语课程标准》中指出:“学生只有对自己、对英语及其文化、对英语学习有积极的情感, 才能保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩。
消极的情感不仅会影响英语学习的效果, 而且会影响学生的长远发展。
因此, 在英语教学中教师应该自始至终关注学生的情感, 努力营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。
戏剧大师莎士比亚也曾说:“幽默是风趣和智慧的展现。
”“幽默”一词是英文humor的译音, 它是一种个人独特的气质,它是一种高超的艺术, 有声的或者是无声的。
也有人说, 幽默既是一种语言艺术, 又是一种行为特征。
从心理学上讲, 人们大都喜欢幽默的故事, 欣赏富有幽默感的人。
因此, 一位英语教师有一份幽默, 在英语教学中恰当运用幽默, 能激发学生的情感, 引
起他们的喜悦和欢乐, 他们获得精神上的享受和快感, 从而激发学生的学习兴趣和学习主动性, 帮助学生加深对知识的理解和记忆, 提高课堂教学效率。
这样教师的教学就有了个性魅力和智慧的光彩, 就能把一些抽象的、复杂的教学内容, 以一种生动而饶有兴味的形式表现出来, 强烈地吸引学生的注意力, 降低教学难度, 进而达到良好的教学效果。
三、营造“激趣→创景→启发→探求→交际”的教学互动过程。
传统的英语课堂教学, 只重视英语知识的机械输入和积累, 而忽视学生学习英语过程的启发, 特别是英语语言的实践活动等过程, 造成学生被动学习, 课堂气氛缺乏活力和生机,师生之间缺少情感交流,无有效互动。
而新课改理论指导下的课堂教学则要求: 教师在组织课堂教学中, 不仅要有效灵活地传授知识和技能, 同时, 还要激活课堂气氛, 调节学生学习兴趣, 师生之间要进行情感交流, 教学互动。
四、教学要有智慧, 把握好英语课堂教学抒发激情的最佳时机, 使英语课堂教学波澜迭起, 收获多多。
高超的教育教学技巧, 驾轻就熟, 不落窠臼, 让英语课堂教学永远保持一种清新的感觉, 让学生丝毫觉察不到教师人为的痕迹。
我们必须深信自己的
知识。
英语教学并非单纯机械的单词和语法知识积累, 句型的操练和课文的讲解, 而是开启学生获取知识和能力的智慧天窗。
在组织教学中, 教师要根据学生的心理欲望, 释放出内心的激情, 让他们独立地、创造性地发现问题, 分析问题, 解决问题, 主动积极地参与英语课堂教学, 轻松愉快地学习。
