1. Introduction
“What's learned from books is superficial after all. It's crucial to have it personally tested somehow”，Practice is the only way to acquire knowledge The knowledge from the book is not enough, you need to practice and work to make it more flexible. This summer holiday I spend in Germany according to the exchange programme. I know Hannover Messe, and every several months it will held different type of exhibitions. And I want to try and practice myself.
I searched the Internet and Chinese BBS almost every day and finally I found this job to practice myself. This summer holiday, I worked for ZheJiang Huazheng New Material Co.,Ltd.It is a chance to get this work. And I am so lucky. That is an exhibition in Hannover (In Germany ), which called Hannover Messe. My work is to help the manager to communicate with the visitors, which just like an assistant. The details of my job are that assist the manager to send DM and help to send introduction books and gifts to the visitors. I also need to help the manager to communicate with the visitors and businessmen and help to collection business cards.

ZheJiang Huazheng New Material Co.,Ltd is founded in 2003, which have Hangzhou Leson Insulation Co.,Ltd and HANGZHOU JOHO TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD. two wholly owned subsidiaries. ZheJiang Huazheng New Material Co.,Ltd reputed as National Hi-Tech Enterprise and was certified by ISO9001 and ISO14001. The products have been approved by CQC(China) UL(USA) JET(Japan) and SGS, which are widely range of application in hi-tech industries such as computer, apparatuses, medical equipments, communication equipments, Auto electronic, Track traffic, and new energy and so on. Huazheng product covers main domestic markets and all over the world.
The products includes full series of FR-4 copper clad laminates, prepreg,CEM-1,CEM-3, etc, High Property Heat Dissipative Material (Aluminum base Copper Clad laminate)which apply to LED industry, Special type resin laminates and insulation work piece, GPO-3 and SMC/BMC etc semi-high end composite materials.
For further development, Huazheng will based on FR-4 CCL mainly and focus on upgrading products. The company will keep on increasing the investment of expanding the capacity of CCL material and insulation material,specially in the new material’ sarea such as composite materials. Look ahead and based on the enterprises spirit “Responsibility, Pragmatism, Integrity, and Innovation”,HuaZheng will supoort variety of products to full fill client’sreq uirement,and establish in the marketing with excellent quality and service. Repay clients, repay society, repay shareholder and repay employee.
What convinced me most is the culture this company has. They held the sprite: “Responsibility Pragmatism Integrity Innovation.” And the Tenet: “Improving Social Well- being Life Valve.” And the Vision :” To be a strong brand in electronic materials industry. Looking forward, ZheJiang Huazheng New Material Co.,Ltd will continue holding the spirit of "professionalism, dedication, service, innovation" to meet customer needs, at a reasonable price, good quality and high quality service which based on market, return, return on employees, reward our shareholders and society.
3 Prospects
Which I cannot deny is that ZheJiang Huazheng New Material Co.,Ltd is really a successful and international company. It is wonderful and amazing. What should admire is that their friendly way to manage and communicate, their good culture and internationalization. But I also have some my own understanding and some recommendations and for them. And I hope it will be good for the development of the company. As far as I know, Innovation is the soul of a nation. For companies, innovation is also crucial. Whether a company can survive or not depending on whether it can take advantage of market changes, and constantly changing to adapt to it, through technical innovation , management innovation to create new vigor and vitality. Although ZheJiang Huazheng New Material Co.,Ltd has on this way to develop, but I think to improve their research and development capabilities are still the important aspects of its work.
At the same time, it is also very important to establish a good market outlook and the global outlook. Put the market price within a stretch of information, according to the market-oriented to allocate the resources which used in production, in order to let the employees directly feel the rise and fall of the economy, and thus help them to establish a market concept, concerned
about the market , actively participate in market competition. Marketing is the foundation a modern company must have, largely determine the survival and development of companies , and only through effective marketing activities can take advantage of themselves in the competitive market dominance. This exhibition is a kind of marketing. ZheJiang Huazheng New Material Co.,Ltd take full advantage of this chance to enchance the reputation of their company and at the same time to seek for the new partners and investors. In addition, the manager can also look through the advanced products from other companies. Learn from other’s strong points to offset one’s weakness.
Besides, another very important point is pay close attention to the human Resource management. The development of a company, ultimately, is the talents. And fully tap the potential of talent for business services. The successful business managers are the one who can recognized such kind of talents and take advantage of such kind of people. To achieve this goal I think the company should grasp with both hands. On the one hand to continue to face to the social to import the high-quality persons and at the same time take actively care to the employees, to achieve " three to keep people ", that emotion to keep people, pay and conditions to keep people. On the other hand, to strengthen the existing workforce training , to achieve the purpose of consolidating and improving.
4 Mainly internship content and process
On the first day, I went through the whole exhibition and be familiar with the company condition. And the later days, my main job is to assist the manager to send DM and help to send introduction books and gifts to the visitors. I also need to help the manager to communicate with the visitors and businessmen and help to collection business cards. Every morning, I need to arrive there at 8:50, and to do some preparation, such as put the introduction books to the right place, go through the products items and brief information of the products. Then I start my job. When there are visitors came to us, the manager and I will introduce our company and our products to them, and at the same time, I will give them the introduction book and the products information paper. If they have further questions , I will explain them one by one. I will also ask some information about the visitors, like “what is your career? “, “Why you came here? “and so on. If this visitor work in somewhere like our company or related with our field I will give them our business card. If came some student, I
will introduce our company history and our achievement to them, if they have interested in our company, I will give the suggestion that to go through our website (). Sometimes, I will also let them apply for our company if they want or interested in our company.
When it is not so busy, I will go around to look through other companies, especially which is related with our company. And communicate with them, exchange business cards with them. The exhibition was closed at 17 o’clock. At about 16 o’clock, I will give the visitors questionnaire to fill in order to get some information. The questions are such as: “do you know our company before?” ”Are you interested in this field?” or something like this. In addition, to make the exhibition area clean is also one of my jobs. Every day before I left, I should swap the floor and make things in order.
5 Gains and feelings from internship
This internship was short, but I gain a lot, although you should standing whole day and talk all the time, but it did not affect my enthusiasm, because we firmly believe: practice makes perfect. I cherish this opportunity so much.
After internship training, I learned a lot of things which can be not learnt from books or in school, I understand the significance of the practice, there has a certain distance between the actual work and the work experience from the books .and I realized I still have a lot of shortages and need the further study. Whether it is the obligation to work in ZheJiang Huazheng New Material Co.,Ltd, I deeply realize that “the practice of creating innovation is the only source”, “Science and technology are primary productive forces.” Not to create innovative talent, the state does not forward the momentum of development; not created innovative thinking, is the loss of social development on an inexhaustible energy. Therefore, to carry forward the spirit of innovation to create, develop and create innovative talents, to create our innovative countries in the pipeline, and must not allow delay. At the same time, I also understand that down to earth is a good quality, only down to earth, hard work, we can realize their dreams, their career achievements. Success is not easy, and must come from the accumulated bit by bit, from quantitative to achieve a qualitative leap. Through this cognitive internship, I have also seen their usual learning deficiencies. Cognitive practice is like a “litmus test”;, I realized that I have knowledge is too limited to books, to the lack of practical ability, practical ability, however, is extremely important, especially now that the increasingly serious employment situation circumstances. Therefore to find a prominent work from now on must develop their own practical skills, theory and practice together, the theory used in practice.
I am also deeply aware of the importance of interpersonal relationships, the importance of teamwork. Many companies need not only look at the requirements on your personal ability, more is to examine whether you will deal with interpersonal relationships, ability to work in a harmonious team, I think at this time we can move in this direction, efforts yourself to establish good interpersonal relationships, improve their ability to deal with conflicts. Through this internship, although the time is not long, but still reached a certain degree the purpose of this practice , but also to make this internship more meaningful . I also have some emotional understanding about marketing and corporate management. Time is so short, but these days I learned a lot of things which can not be learnt from textbooks. That is the real wealth which I own. During this internship, my cognitive ability and creative ability has been improved by internship experience, I enriched my field of vision , but also further improve my observation skills and ability to think , even improve the way how to communicate with others, it is very useful for my further learning and life. At the same time, I also know something about the local companies which I do not know before and have a more profound understanding about the situation of new materials field, which provides some guidance for my future employment. In short, in this exhibition internship , I get a lot , but also grown a lot .
