基于“城市双修”视角下的长春南岭净水厂再生设计

摘 要：拥有80多年历史的长春南岭净水厂在时代的更迭 中，厂区内的多数设施设备由于老化而逐渐退出了历史舞台， 遗留下来的工业废弃地将以怎样的形式重现在人们眼前是亟待 解决的问题。在“城市双修”背景下，通过对场地内现存的生 态资源情况进行观测、调查和分析，对现存工业遗产建筑进行 结构评估和历史价值调查研究，对厂房内废旧净水机器设备进 行梳理和价值评判，提出了基于长春南岭净水厂自身特点的修 复再生策略，最大限度地保护生态环境和历史建筑，合理利用 并改造现有厂房的同时进行了艺术升华，使城市功能逐步融入 园区之中，最终实现人与自然的和谐共生。 关 键 词：风景园林；城市双修；工业遗产；南岭净水厂；再生 策略

Abstract: With more than 80 years of history, most of the facilities and equipments in Nanling Water Purification Plant in Changchun have gradually withdrew from the historical stage due to aging. How the industrial wasteland left behind comes back to people is a problem that need to be solved urgently. Under the background of "city betterment and ecological restoration", this renovation observes, investigates and analyzes the existing ecological resources in the site, evaluates the structure of the existing industrial heritage buildings and investigates the historical value, combs and evaluates the waste water purification machinery and equipment in the factory building, and puts forward a proposal of restoration and regeneration strategy based on the characteristics of Nanling Water Purification Plant in Changchun, to protect the ecological environment and historical buildings to the greatest extent, make the most reasonable use of and transform the existing factory buildings while sublimating the arts, so that the city functions gradually integrate into the park, and ultimately realize the harmonious coexistence of man and nature. 1 城市双修视角 1.1 相关研究
结合中国城市发展的国情，2015年4月住房 和城乡建设部首次提出“城市双修”的理念，我 国相继完成了多个城市双修项目，改善了城市生 态环境与活力，并在不断的实践中完善和补充该 理念[3]。
“城市双修”是指生态修复、城市修补。其 中，城市修补的重点是不断改善城市公共服务质 量，改进市政基础设施条件，发掘和保护城市历 史文化和社会网络，使城市功能体系及其承载的 空间场所得到全面系统的修复、弥补和完善[4-6]。
近年来全国各地贯彻落实党中央以人民为中 心的“城市双修”绿色发展理念，也相继建成了 一批优秀的生态修复、城市修补建设项目[1-2]。 南岭净水厂是长春市遗存的历史最为悠久的净 水厂。从厂区历史、城市生态和时代发展的角 度出发，调研和观察的同时，分析和思考如何 体现该项目的特质。这个项目与其他项目的不 同之处在于其不仅拥有大量的厂房建筑、废旧 机器，更具有独特悠久的历史文化，同时还兼 具工业遗址项目所少见的丰富动植物资源。如 何平衡人与自然的关系，最大化地保护场地现 有历史文化，延续场地精神，是横亘在设计师 面前的核心问题。
