保山市核桃产业发展现状及对策分析

【摘要】在广泛深入调研的基础上,收集、整理相关文献资料,研究分析保山市核桃产业发展现状.针对核桃产业集约化经营管理程度低,产业效益不明显;核桃产品源头质量监管工作不到位,品质难以保证;核桃加工企业生存能力弱,带动作用不明显;品牌意识不强,宣传力度不够,市场影响力小等突出问题,提出提高经营管理水平,保障产品质量;积极扶持发展新型林业经营主体,建立产品交易、贮运体系,打造名优品牌等核桃产业可持续发展的对策措施.%This paper studied the developing status of walnut industry in Baoshan on the basis of exten -sive and in-depth investigation , as well as relevant literature and data .For the walnut industry , the in-tensive management and industrial efficiency were ill .For the source of walnut products , the supervision was not enough to guarantee the quality .For the processing enterprises , the survival ability was too poor to drive the development .Besides the problems were serious on scanty brand awareness , publicity and market influence .To solve the problems , some countermeasures of sustainable development were put for-ward to improve the management , guarantee the quality , actively support the new business entity , estab-lish the system for product transaction and storage , and build famous brand .
