学术类考生和移民类考生完成同一份试卷。
其考试形式为:Listening:4 sections, 40 questions (10 questions per sectopn)30 minutes + 10 minutes transfer time考生在听力考试中会拿到试题册(question booklet)和答题纸(answer sheet)。
在播放试题磁带的30分钟内,考生佩带耳机直接在试题播放的过程中完成答题。
30分钟之后试题停止播放,考生有十分钟的时间可以将完成的答案用铅笔誊写到答题纸上。
请考生务必记住以下几点:(1)雅思听力试题只播放一遍,考生只有一次听题机会。
(2)考生必须边听边写。
(3)只有在听力考试中,考生有额外的十分钟誊写答案,阅读考试则没有。

雅思听力Section1的解题技巧Section1从形式上是两个人的人对话形式,其中的出现题型主要为填空题(completion)和单项选择题(multiplechoice)。
第一部分填空题最大的特点是“所听即所得”。
即答案内容几乎一字不差地来自于考生所听到的原文。
此时往往着重于考察考生对相关场景单词的熟悉程度。
听音前考生应仔细审题然后对题目的场景有大概的判断,同时在审题时划出关键词并展开联想努力对答案作出合理的预测。
如:租房场景中,当问到房屋类型,即house type的时候,考生应立刻反应出可能性的房型:hotel(酒店)、studenthostel(学生宿舍)、youthhostel(青年旅舍)、flat(apartment)(公寓)、orm(dormitory)(宿舍)、motel(汽车路馆)、homestay(住家)等,这就要求考生在平时对相应场景非常熟悉。
在听音时则要根据审题时的关键词定位答案并正确拼写。
由于是对话的形式,在交谈过程中双方经常会出现某些重要信息的重复,而往往重复的信息也是答案所在,这个特点和规律使得定位答案在Section1变得非常简单。

题型介绍:
表格填空题是雅思考试中的第一大题型。
本类题目要求考生根据一部分或者全部的听力材料填空.
注意:题目不会是听力材料的文字重现,而是对听力材料的改写或提炼。
按照出题的形式,可把这一题型,分成两类:
1.个人信息表格题: 这类题型往往会出现在雅思听力考试的第一部分,可以说是最简单的
考试题型之一。
要求根据所听对话记下一组相关的个人信息如姓名、国籍、住址、邮编、电话号码等。
