X13T6W(236)电渣重溶模具材料详细介绍:X13T6W(236H)电渣重溶模具钢材详细介绍:MEK4/DIN1.8523高耐磨塑胶模具钢详细介绍:高温热作模具用合金BC-3详细介绍:高温热作模具用合金BC-3材料介绍热挤压材料BC-3是一种新型特种合金材料,适应于800℃以上应用的热加工领域。
具有良好的稳定性和耐磨性及红硬性,同时具有优良的抗急冷急热和抗高温氧化性能,在温度650℃时具有良好的综合性能,是一种理想的热挤压材料。
现用于制作有色金属铜及铜金合金的挤压。
其使用寿命比一般热作模具钢可提高五到十倍,并且挤制的产品表面质量好,尺寸精确度高,而且使用寿命长,应用到铜加工行业已有多年的历史。
一、新型特种钢BC-3热挤压材料的主要性能1、机械性能2、持久性能3、蠕变和疲劳性能4抗氧化数据5、长期时效性能热挤压模具是有色金属挤压生产中使用的关键工具,热挤压模具的使用寿命和质量,极大影响着挤压制品的质量、挤压制品表面质量不好,尺寸精度差,因而需要频繁更换模具,生产效率太低,产品成品率低,磨具消耗量大。
我们开发研制的BC-3合金材料已经解决了铜及压的多种难题。
几年来,已经在全国铜挤压领域肿,去得了显著的经济效益和社会效益并充分显示了这种新型材料的显著优越性。
1、提高生产效率BC-3材料使用寿命长。
使用寿命是H13钢的5-10倍,可以为企业减少大量热停修模的时间。
2、提高产品质量BC-3的红硬性高,耐磨性好。
使用中不变形,不氧化,表面光滑不沾铜。
所挤制的产品表面质量好,尺寸精确度高,为拉伸工序和定尺控制提供了良好条件。
消除了使用热作钢模具时的粘铜、划伤等现象。
3、提高产品成品率使用BC-3材料挤压出的铜材表面光洁,成品率高。
4、减低模具费用热挤压生产中,挤压模消耗量大,占生产的比重也高,使用BC-3材料是热作钢模具使用寿命的5-10倍,并且减少大量的模具机加工费用。
其经济效益和社会效益显著。
为实现热挤压产品高产、优质、低耗提供了保证,为有色金属加工业的可持续发展创造了良好的条件。

Use the bypass capacitors on the supply lines to filter noise. Refer to the application circuit for the capacitor values and configu-ration.SIGNAL PATH SELECTIONThe ADRF5534 supports two operational states: transmit operation and receive operation.The transmit operation is enabled when 0 V is applied to T/R. In the transmit operation, the signal paths are connected from ANT to TERM. Additionally, the ADRF5534 disables the power to the LNA, reducing the current and thermal contributions from the LNA. The receive operation is enabled when 5 V is applied to T/R. In the receive operation, the signal paths are connected from ANT to RXOUT. During the receive operation, the switch is in an isolation state.BIASING SEQUENCETo bias up the ADRF5534, perform the following steps:1.Connect any GND pin to ground.2.Power up the supply input VCC.3.Apply digital control input T/R. Applying the T/R control beforeapplying the VCC supply inadvertently forward biases anddamages the internal ESD protection structures. To avoid this damage, use a series 1 kΩ resistor to limit the current flowing into the control pin. Use pull-up or pull-down resistors if thecontroller output is in a high-impedance state after VCC ispowered up and the control pins are not driven to a valid logic state.4.Apply an RF input signal.To bias down, perform these steps in the reverse order.Table 6. Figure 17 shows the external components and connections for supply and control pins. The VCC pin is decoupled with a 100 pF multilayer ceramic capacitor and a 4.7 uF capacitor. The T/R pin is decoupled with a 100 pF multilayer ceramic capac-itor. The device pin-out allows the placement of the decoupling capacitors close to the device. The RF pins (ANT, TERM, RXOUT) do not require external DC blocking capacitors; all pins are pulled down to 0 V DC with high-impedance. Refer to Table 5for details.Figure 17. Recommended Schematic RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD DESIGNThe RF ports are matched to 50 Ω internally and the pinout is designed to mate a coplanar waveguide (CPWG) with 50 Ω charac-teristic impedance on the PCB. Figure 18 shows the referenced CPWG RF trace design for an RF substrate with 10 mil thick Rogers RO4350 dielectric material. RF trace with 18 mil width and 13 mil clearance is recommended for the 2.7 mil finished copperthickness.Figure 18. 钢铁产品牌号表示方法(参照GB/T221—2000)--标准的基本概况GB/T221—2000标准是参照国外钢铁产品牌号表示方法和国内钢铁产品牌号表示方法变化(如Q345代替16Mn)等情况修订后,于2000年4月1日发布,并于2000年11月1日开始实施。
--主要技术内容变动情况(1)由于一些钢铁产品牌号有它们专用的标准,故取消了原标准中铁合金、铸造合金、高温合金、精密合金、耐蚀合金和铸铁、铸钢、粉末材料等牌号表示方法。
(2)一些新的钢铁产品的出现,更加完善了原标准。
新标准增加了脱碳低磷粒铁、含钒生铁、铸造耐磨生铁、保证淬透性钢、非调质机械结构钢、塑料模具钢、取向硅钢(电讯用)等牌号表示方法。
(3)对不适应科技发展和与生产不协调的一些用钢牌号作了彻底改变或修改。
如碳素结构钢A3改为Q235,低合金高强度结构钢16Mn改为Q345等。
对不锈钢、耐热钢和冷轧硅钢等的牌号表示方法也做了修改。
(4)原标准中“钢铁产品牌号表示方法举例”的表3,因不适用于新标准而被删除。
--钢铁产品牌号表示方法的基本原则(1)凡国家标准和行业标准中钢铁产品的牌号均应按GB/T221—2000标准规定的牌号表示方法编写。
凡不符合规定编写的钢铁产品牌号,应在标准修订时予以更改,一些新的钢铁产品,其牌号也应按此予以编写牌号。
(2)产品牌号的表示,一般采用汉语拼音字母,化学元素符号和阿拉伯数字相结合的方法来表示。
(3)采用汉语拼音字母表示产品名称、用途、特性和工艺方法时,一般从代表产品名称的汉语拼音中选取第一个字母。
当和另一个产品所选用的字母重复时,可改用第二个字母或第三个字母,或同时选取两个汉字中的第一个拼音字母。

Use of heat (90-120°F), such as “gel coat curing tunnels,” can reduce castable time.STYPOL® 040-4950 is the fastest gel and cure version available and is designed for use in colder temperatures.ApplicationSTYPOL® 040-4950, 040-4954, 040-4956 and 040-4965 gel coats must be mixed prior to use. This includes prior to production spray application and when obtaining material for patching or any material that has been set aside for patching. Several suitable types of mixing equipment and styles of agitators are available for both pails and drums. Regardless of the specific type used, the equipment must have sufficient horsepower (relative to container size) to achieve thorough circulation from top to bottom and out to the sides of the container. The agitator must be properly sized for the container and must allow for uniform mixing regardless of the liquid level in the container.Mixing once a day for 10 minutes is typically sufficient. Do not overmix STYPOL® 040-4950, 040-4954, 040-4956 and 040-4965 gel coats. Overmixing can break down the polymer coating viscosity increasing the tendency to sag. Overmixing can also result in styrene loss which could contribute to porosity. Air bubbling should not be used for mixing. It is not effective and only serves as a potential source of water or oil contamination.Low VOC gel coats need to be at 75°F or higher for good sprayability. STYPOL® 040-4950, 040-4954, 040-4956 and 040-4965 are designed for use with airless system gel coat applications. Suggested parameters are an 1840 or 518 tip, 500 to 700 psi fluid pressure, 15 to 20 psi assist air pressure, and 5-7 mils per pass. A large diameter fluid hose as well as an inline heater improves the pumping and sprayability of the material. Because of the lower monomer content, the fan pattern is smaller than with standard gel coats. Tip sizes larger than 18 do not atomize the gel coat correctly.STYPOL® 040-4950, 040-4954, 040-4956 and 040-4965 have also been sprayed through a FIT System using a 1727 tip, 350 to 500 psi of fluid pressure and catalyst air at 15 psi pressure. Use a 1/2-inch hose with a 3/8-inch whip.Higher pump pressures may be needed with smaller diameter hoses (do not go below 3/8 inch hose) or with lower gel coat temperatures.It is advisable to allow some time between passes for air release. If a light drag of a finger over the gel coat film picks up gel coat, the gel coat is not yet ready. However, if the same light drag picks up NO gel coat, the matrix can be poured. Note that even when the gel coat is cured, it will be possible to pick up gel coat by applying direct pressure (as opposed to a light drag), and with such pressure, a slight finger print may appear on the cured gel coat film.It is recommended that gel time be checked in the customer's plant because age, temperature, humidity and catalyst will produce varied gel times. The recommended catalyst range for proper cure is 1.5% to 2.5%, with 2.0% being ideal.This product should not be used when temperature conditions are below 75°F, as curing may be adversely affected.CautionDo not add any material, other than the recommended methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, to this product without the advice of a Polynt Composites representative.Storage LimitationsUncatalyzed, STYPOL® 040-4950, 040-4954, 040-4956 and 040-4965 have a shelf life of 60 days from date of manufacture when stored at 73°F or below, in a closed, factory-sealed, opaque container and out of direct sunlight. Wear an appropriate NIOSH/MSHA approved and properly fitted respirator during application and use of these products until vapors, mists and dusts are exhausted, unless air monitoring demonstrates vapors, mists and dusts are below applicable exposure limits. Follow respirator manufacturer's directions for respirator use.The 12th Report on Carcinogens issued by the National Toxicology Program lists styrene as a “reasonably anticipated” carcinogen, but the Report cautions that the NTP listing does not mean that styrene presents a risk to persons in their daily lives. The Styrene Information and Research Center does not agree with the classification as it did not include a review of all available data. SIRC states: “HHS included styrene in the 12th RoC despite the fact that European Union regulators have determined styrene does not represent a human cancer concern. E.U. scientists reviewed the full styrene database, weighing all of the available data in reaching their conclusion.”The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) reclassified styrene as Group 2B, "possibly carcinogenic to humans." This revised classification was not based on new health data relating to either humans or animals, but on a change in the IARC classification system. The Styrene Information and Research Center does not agree with the reclassification and published the following statement: Recently published studies tracing 50,000 workers exposed to high occupational levels of styrene over a period of 45 years showed no association between styrene and cancer, no increase in cancer among styrene workers (as opposed to the average among all workers), and no increase in mortality related to styrene.Styrene is classified by OSHA and the Department of Transportation as a flammable liquid. Flammable products should be kept away from heat, sparks, and flame. Lighting and other electrical systems in the workplace should be vapor-proof and protected from breakage. Vapors from styrene may cause flash fire. Styrene vapors are heavier than air and may concentrate in the lower levels of molds and the work area. General clean air dilution or local exhaust ventilation should be provided in volume and pattern to keep vapors well below the lower explosion limit and all air contaminants (vapor, mists and dusts) below the current permissible exposure limits in the mixing, application, curing and repair areas.Some products may contain additional hazardous ingredients. To determine the hazardous ingredients present, their applicable exposure limits and other safety information, read the Safety Data Sheet for each product (identified by product number) before using. be threaded in accordance with ANSI B 1.1,Class 2A or 2B fit.11.Workmanship,Finish,and Appearance11.1The material shall be uniform in quality and free of defects that would be detrimental to the intended service.If magnetic particle inspection for such defects is desired,Supplementary Requirement S6should be specified.11.2Surface Quality —Material shall be free of seams,laps,cracks,or other defects that are not removable within the machining cleanup allowance specified in Table 4.12.Surface Condition12.1Material shall be cleaned and furnished in the scale-free condition.13.Number of Tests13.1Mechanical Tests on Quenched and Tempered Mate-rial :13.1.1One test coupon shall be removed from each end of one bar,one seamless tube,or one bored bar or from each of two forged hollows from each size of each heat in each tempering charge,or each 10000lb [4540kg],whichever is less.One tension test and one impact test consisting of three Charpy V-notch specimens shall be taken from each test coupon.For testing in accordance with 16.2.1,two tests shallbe obtained from two representative production pieces from each size of each heat in each tempering charge or each 10000lb [4540kg],whichever is less.13.1.2Hardness Test :13.1.2.1Bars 2in.[50mm]and over and all seamless tubes or bored bars shall be tested near each end of each mill-treated length.Each forged hollow with thickness 2in.[50mm]or over shall be tested on the surface.13.1.2.2Bars under 2in.[50mm]shall be tested near each end of not less than 10%of the bars.Forged hollows less than 2in.[50mm]thick shall be tested on the surface of not less than 10%of the forgings.13.2Hardness Tests of Annealed Material :13.2.1Hardness tests shall be made on the annealed bars to assure compliance with 9.2.14.Retests14.1If the results of the mechanical tests of any test lot do not conform to the specified requirements,the manufacturer shall reject the lot or he may retreat such a lot not more than lesser.16.Certification16.1When requested in the purchaser’s order,a test report shall be furnished to the purchaser to indicate the specification, grade,and the test results required by this specification plus any other tests which may be specified in writing by the purchaser.The specification designation included on the test reports shall include year date,and revision letter,if any. 17.Product Marking17.1Bars under2in.[50mm]in diameter shall be bundled and tagged with the specification,grade,and mill heat number.The specification number marked on the tag need not include specification year date and revision number.17.2Bars2in.[50mm]and over in diameter and all seamless tubes and bored bars shall be die-stamped with the mill heat number and grade on one surface.17.3Each hollow forging shall be die-stamped with the heat number or heat symbol code and grade.17.4Grade and manufacturer’s identification symbols shall be applied to one end of studs3⁄8in.[10mm]in diameter and larger and to the heads of bolts1⁄4in.[6mm]in diameter and larger.(If the available area is inadequate,the grade symbol may be marked on one end and the manufacturer’s symbol marked on the other end.)17.5For purposes of identification marking,the manufac-turer is considered the organization that certifies the bolting material was manufactured,sampled,tested,and rejected.S2.Macroetch TestS2.1The material shall be macroetch tested and shall meet the quality and cleanliness requirements as specified by the purchaser.The macroetch examination may be made on representative billets from which the material will be produced or it may be made on samples cut from the ends of the bars, seamless tubes,bored bars,or forged hollows.The samples shall be prepared in accordance with the procedure described in Method E381.N OTE S2.1—The quality and cleanliness may be specified by the purchaser as equal to or better than that indicated by a designated letter and plate number of Military Standard—430(latest revision).S3.Ultrasonic TestS3.1Each length shall be ultrasonically inspected in a manner agreeable to the purchaser and supplier.S4.Demonstration of CapabilityS4.1When annealed material is ordered to5.1,a sample piece at least3D long of a representative bar shall be heat treated in accordance with 5.2and 5.3.Mechanical test samples taken as required by Section15shall meet the requirements of7.2and9.2.S5.Fracture Transition TemperatureS5.1The fracture transition temperature for a50%fibrous (ductile shear)fracture shall be determined.The procedurefordetermination of the fracture transition temperature shall be to prepare four sets (three to a set)of Charpy V-notch specimens in accordance with Section 15.One set of three specimens shall be tested at approximately 70°F [20°C].The absorbed energy in foot-pounds shall be recorded and the percent of fibrous fracture determined from Table S5.1and Fig.S5.1.The other three sets shall be tested at successively lower or higher temperatures to bracket the temperature where the material will exhibit a 50%fibrous fracture.The results of all test data are to be reported to the purchaser.S6.Magnetic Particle InspectionS6.1Material may be supplied to cleanliness requirements by agreement between the purchaser and supplier.The clean-liness shall be determined by the magnetic particle method described in the latest issue of Practice E 45.N OTE S6.1—The material shall have the minimum stock removal specified in Table S6.1prior to magnetic particle inspection.S7.Elevated Temperature TestS7.1Three Charpy V-notch specimens shall be tested at 212°F [100°C]to determine the “upper shelf”fracture energyof the material.No specimen thus tested shall break at an energy less than 30ft·lbf [41J].S8.Alternative Fracture Toughness RequirementS8.1The fracture toughness requirements (Charpy impact test)for material of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section III,Subarticle NB 2300,shall be used instead of the Charpy impact test requirement specified in Table 2.S9.MarkingS9.1Grade and manufacturer’s identification symbols shall be applied to one end of the studs and to the heads of bolts of all sizes.(If the available area is inadequate,the grade symbol may be marked on one end and the manufacturer’s identifica-tion symbol marked on the other end).For
