我们应该帮助陌生人吗英语作文120Should We Help Strangers? In the fast-paced world we live in, encounters with strangers are inevitable. The question of whether we should assist them often arises, and the answer is yes, we should. Helping strangers not only benefits them but also has positive implications for society and ourselves.Firstly, assisting strangers is a moral imperative. As human beings, we are wired to empathize and compassion with others. When we see someone in need, our natural inclination is to offer help. Ignoring their plight would be ignoring our own humanity. Secondly, helping strangers builds a stronger community. By extending a helping hand, we create a sense of mutual trust and cooperation among people. This, in turn, fosters a culture of kindness and generosity, making our communities safer and more inclusive.Lastly, helping others makes us happier. The act of kindness triggers the release of oxytocin, a hormone that promotes feelingsof warmth and contentment. Moreover, it gives us a sense of purpose and fulfills our inherent desire to make a positive impact on the world. In conclusion, helping strangers is not just a kindness; it is an act that strengthens our humanity, community, and happiness. Therefore, we should always be ready to lend a helping hand to those in need.。

In recent years, it is always a hot topic that whether we should help strangers when they get into trouble. Some people think there are possibilities of getting involved in trouble when helping strangers,so they just don’t .However, helping strangers has been considered as a treasured virtue of mankind all the time. Indifference to strangers who need help does harm to our society. For instance, the issue of xiaoyueyue makes people’s heart cold. A little life was gone because of people standing by. Therefore, we should help strangers when we could to make sure our own safety. Furthermore, everyone might need help at some time in some place. What would you do when you were lost in city or outside?People usually turn to strange natives for help. So it is also a social responsibility to help strangers .As for as we might get in trouble, we can help strangers in wise ways. If you can’t swim, calling others’help is a better choice than yourself saving the one who falls into river. In a word, we should help strangers. Only in this way can relationship among people become warmer and warmer.我的观点支持反方观点反对总结We used to appreciate those who like to help strangers. But nowadays people tend to be very cautious of strangers, because they are afraid that helping others can sometimes bring them trouble. In my opinion, we should try our best to help others in a reasonable way.We should try to help others, no matter they are strangers or not. First, helping others is a virtue, and it will make our society more harmonious. Just imagine what a terrible world it would be if everyone was coldhearted! Second, to some extent, helping others is helping oneself. We may come across some trouble and need others’help some day. If everyone turns a blind eye to our trouble and turns a deaf ear to our appeal for aid just because we are strangers to them, what shall we do at that time? Therefore, we should be glad to help others. However, helping others may sometimes bring us trouble or even put us in danger. So when we are helping others, we should also protect ourselves and offer our help in an appropriate way. For example, to help someone who was robbed, calling the police is a much wiser way than chasing the robbers alone. Some said that we should not help strangers because they may be dangerous and may try to harm you by asking for your help. However, everyone would need help at some time in some place. Indifference to people who are in need of help may lead to terrible consequences. So we should help strangers when we could ensure our own safety. There are numerous reasons why we should help strangers, and I would explore only a few of the most important ones here. One of the primary causes is that helping others is a moral claim for us. A civilized person should help strangers who are really in need of help. In the old days, people didn’t take precautions against strangers like the situation today. They even invited travelers and beggars to their houses and cooked for them. Lei Feng who is known for helping others is still a spiritual model for us. Chairman Mao called on the people to learn from him. It’s a good tradition in China. Most Chinese people take helping others for granted. They help others without tips. What is also worth noticing fact is that sometimes we need to turn to strangers for help. So helping strangers is also a social responsibility. In January, this year, a bus packed with Chinese tourists rolled on a highway near the Hoover Dam killing seven passengers and injuring 10. People nearby ran to help them as much as possible, brought them water, blankets and called police and ambulance. What consequence would turn out if these injured couldn’t get help from the strangers?Furthermore, maybe strangers would reward you. For instance, on a raining day, a young man called Ferri in Philadelphia department store provide a chair for an old woman who got in to take shelter from rain while other salespersons turned a blind eye to her. Some months later, the general manager James received a letter written by that old woman, mother of the Steel King, Andrew Carnegie. She asked him to send Ferri to Scotland to receive an order of decorating a whole castle and contract the purchase of office supplies for the next season for her family corporation.Although I agree that there may be danger and inconvenience to help strangers as men are not what they were in times past, I felt that the advantages are more obvious in helping strangers. Given the factors I have just outlined, I can only say that we are responsible to help strangers.欢迎您的下载,资料仅供参考!致力为企业和个人提供合同协议,策划案计划书,学习资料等等打造全网一站式需求。

This issue is not just a matter of personal ethics but also a reflection of our societal values and responsibilities. In this essay, I will argue that helping strangers is not only a moral obligation but also apositive contribution to our communities and an essential part of human nature.Firstly, helping strangers is a moral imperative. The fundamental principle of morality is to do unto others as you would have them do unto you. This golden rule underscores the importance of empathy and compassiontowards others, regardless of their familiarity to us. By extending a helping hand to strangers, we demonstrate our recognition of their inherent worth and dignity as human beings. Such an act is not only a manifestation of ourmoral character but also a reinforcement of the ethical fabric of society. Moreover, helping strangers contributes to the wellbeing of our communities. A society that fosters a culture of kindness and mutual assistance is more likely to thrive and progress. When individuals come together to support each other, regardless of their differences, they create a sense of unity and solidarity that strengthens the bonds within the community. Should We Help Strangers?1. 有人认为帮助陌生人是一种美德;2. 有人却认为帮助陌生人会给自己带来麻烦和危险;3. 我认为……Helping strangers has always been considered as a treasured virtue of mankind. We need help from others throughout our life, whenever we travel to other places or stay at home. On the other hand, helping others can make us happy. We feel great joy when we are trusted, needed and able to give a hand. However, some people are cautious when it comes to helping strangers. They say that helping others involves risks of getting hurt or cheated. Lending a hand to a stranger often puts us in a vulnerable position for it means trusting someone we do not even know. Moreover, there are times when we have physical limitations. For instance, we can’t swim but a girl is drowning, what should we do? If we are blind to that limitation, giving a hand would conversely take our life.In my opinion, we should still offer what we can do to help those needed strangers. Meanwhile, we should beware of getting cheated and use our common sense to tell whether the strangers are real needed people or just professional cheats. Detecting anything unusual, we should defend ourselves or turn to the police.。

我们是否应该帮助陌生人英语作文反方全文共3篇示例,供读者参考篇1Should we help strangers? In modern society, the question of whether we should help strangers is a topic of much debate. While many people believe in the importance of helping others in need, there are also valid arguments against the idea of helping strangers. In this essay, we will explore the reasons why some may argue against helping strangers.Firstly, it is important to consider the potential risks and dangers that can arise from helping strangers. In a world where crime rates are on the rise, it is understandable that some may be cautious about offering assistance to people they do not know. There have been countless cases of people being taken advantage of, robbed, or even harmed by strangers they were trying to help. As a result, some may argue that it is safer to avoid interactions with strangers altogether. Moreover, there is the concern of limited resources. In a society where resources are often scarce, some may argue thatwe should prioritize helping those who are closest to us, such as family and friends, before extending our help to strangers. By focusing our efforts on those who are already a part of our lives, we can ensure that our resources are being put to good use and that we are making a positive impact in the lives of those we care about.Another argument against helping strangers is the idea of fostering a sense of dependency. By constantly providing assistance to strangers, we may unintentionally be enabling them to rely on others for help instead of taking responsibility for their own well-being. This can create a cycle of dependency that is difficult to break, ultimately hindering the individual's ability to live independently and solve their own problems. In addition, there is the concern of cultural differences and misunderstandings. When offering help to strangers from different backgrounds, there is the potential for miscommunication and confusion. Different cultural norms and values may influence how individuals perceive assistance, leading to potential conflicts or misunderstandings. Some may argue that it is safer to avoid these potential pitfalls by refraining from helping strangers altogether.Overall, while the idea of helping strangers may seem noble and well-intentioned, there are valid arguments against the idea. Concerns about safety, limited resources, fostering dependency, and cultural differences all play a role in shaping the debate around whether we should help strangers. Ultimately, it is up to each individual to weigh the pros and cons and decide for themselves how they choose to approach this complex issue.篇2Title: Should We Help Strangers? It is a common belief that helping others, especially strangers, is a commendable act that showcases our humanity and kindness. However, there are arguments against this notion that might make us pause and reconsider our actions. In this essay, I will discuss why we should not always help strangers.Firstly, one of the main reasons why we should not help strangers is because it can put our safety at risk. In today's world, there are many dangers and risks associated with interacting with people we do not know. Criminals and con artists often prey on those who are willing to lend a helping hand, taking advantage of their kindness and trust. By assisting strangers, we are potentially exposing ourselves to harm and danger.Secondly, helping strangers can also create a dependency on others. When individuals become accustomed to receiving help from others, they may become less motivated to help themselves. This can lead to a cycle of dependency where individuals rely on the goodwill of others rather than taking responsibility for their own lives. By constantly assisting strangers, we may unwittingly contribute to their inability to fend for themselves.Furthermore, helping strangers can also lead to unintended consequences. For example, providing assistance to someone in need may inadvertently enable destructive behaviors or habits. By offering support without addressing the underlying issues, we may be perpetuating harmful patterns and preventing individuals from seeking long-term solutions to their problems. In addition, resources are limited, and helping strangers can divert attention and aid from those who truly need it. There are many individuals and communities facing dire circumstances and in need of assistance. By extending our help to strangers, we may be neglecting those who are in greater need of support and resources. Moreover, by helping strangers, we may be interfering with their autonomy and agency. Individuals have the right to make their own choices and decisions, and by imposing our help onthem, we may be undermining their independence. It is important to respect the autonomy of others and allow them to navigate their own paths without our interference. In conclusion, while helping strangers may seem like a noble and compassionate act, there are valid reasons to reconsider this practice. From jeopardizing our safety to fostering dependency and unintended consequences, there are risks and drawbacks associated with extending assistance to those we do not know. It is essential to weigh the potential consequences and consider the long-term impact of our actions before rushing to help strangers in need.篇3Title: Should We Help Strangers? In today's society, the concept of helping strangers has become a controversial topic. While some believe in the importance of offering a helping hand to those in need, others argue that it may not always be safe or practical to do so. This essay will explore the reasons why we should be cautious about helping strangers and consider alternative ways to offer assistance. One common concern about helping strangers is the potential risk of being taken advantage of or becoming a victim of a scam. In a world where trust is increasingly hard to come by, it can be difficult to discern genuine cases of need from those that are simply looking to exploit others' kindness. For example, there have been numerous cases of individuals posing as homeless or in distress in order to deceive well-meaning samaritans and take advantage of their generosity.Furthermore, helping strangers can sometimes have unintended consequences. For instance, giving money to panhandlers on the street can enable them to continue engaging in harmful behaviors such as substance abuse or begging, rather than seeking help to address the root causes of their situation. In such cases, our efforts to help may actually perpetuate a cycle of dependency and prevent individuals from taking steps towards improving their circumstances. In addition, offering assistance to strangers may not always be practical or feasible. With limited time, resources, and energy, it can be challenging to determine how best to help those in need in a way that is meaningful and sustainable. In some cases, our efforts to help may be better directed towards supporting established organizations and initiatives that are equipped toprovide more comprehensive assistance to a wider range of individuals.Instead of directly helping strangers, we can consider alternative ways to contribute to the well-being of our communities. One approach is to support local charities, shelters, and social services that work to address the underlying causes of poverty, homelessness, and other forms of adversity. By donating funds, volunteering time, or raising awareness about important social issues, we can make a meaningful impact on the lives of others in a more systematic and effective manner.Another strategy is to advocate for policies and programs that promote equity, justice, and social welfare for all members of society. By participating in activism, lobbying efforts, and community organizing, we can work towards creating a more inclusive and supportive environment for those who are marginalized or underserved. Through collective action and solidarity, we can address systemic barriers to social progress and promote a more compassionate and equitable society for all.In conclusion, while the impulse to help strangers is commendable, it is important to approach this act with caution and consideration for the potential risks and challenges involved. By being mindful of the limitations of individual acts of kindnessand exploring alternative ways to support those in need, we can make a more meaningful and sustainable impact on thewell-being of our communities. Ultimately, by working together towards a common goal of social justice and empowerment, we can create a more just and compassionate world for all.。

我们应该帮助陌生人吗英语作文

我们应该帮助陌生人吗英语作文Should We Help Strangers? In today's society, the question of whether we should help strangers has become a topic of debate. Some people believe that it is our moral obligation to help those in need, while others argue that helping strangers can berisky and may not always be the best course of action. In my opinion, we should help strangers whenever we can, as it not only benefits the person in need but also contributes to a more compassionate and caring society.First and foremost, helping strangers is a fundamental act of human kindness. As social beings, it is our natural instinct to offer assistance to those who are in distress. Whether it is helping an elderly person cross the street, giving directions to a lost traveler, or offering food to a homeless individual, these small acts of kindness can make a significant difference in someone's life. By extending a helping hand to strangers, we are not only alleviatingtheir immediate suffering but also showing them that there are still good and caring people in the world.Furthermore, helping strangers can create a ripple effect of kindness in society. When we help a stranger, we are setting an example for others to follow. Our actions can inspire others to also lend a helping hand, creating a chain reaction of kindness and compassion. This can lead to a more harmonious and empathetic community where people look out for one another and are willing to offer support to those in need. Moreover, helping strangers can also be a learning experience for ourselves. By stepping out of our comfort zone and offering assistance to someone we don't know, we can gain a deeper understanding of the struggles and challenges that others face. This can foster empathy and understanding, and help us to become more compassionate and considerate individuals. In addition, helping strangers can also broaden our perspectives and expose us to different cultures, backgrounds, and experiences, which can enrich our own lives. However, it is important to acknowledge that there are risks and challenges associated with helping strangers. In some cases, offering assistance to a stranger may put us in a vulnerable or dangerous situation. It is essential to exercise caution and use our judgment when deciding whether to help a stranger, and to prioritize our own safety and well-being. Additionally, it is important to be mindful of cultural differences and to respect the autonomy anddignity of the person we are trying to help.In conclusion, while there are valid concerns about the risks of helping strangers, the benefits far outweigh the potential drawbacks. By extending a helping hand to thosein need, we can create a more compassionate and caring society, inspire others to do the same, and gain valuable insights and experiences. Therefore, I believe that we should help strangers whenever we can, as it is a fundamental expression of our humanity and a powerful force for positive change in the world.。

Title: Should We Help Strangers? The Argument AgainstIn today's society, the question of whether we should help strangers has become a topic of debate. While it's often seen as a moral duty to lend a hand to those in need, there are arguments against providing assistance to strangers. In this essay, I will outline the reasons why we should think twice before helping strangers.First and foremost, it's essential to consider the potential risks involved in helping strangers. In some cases, individuals may take advantage of your kindness and trust, leading to scams or even criminal activities. By offering help to strangers, you could inadvertently put yourself in harm's way. Therefore, it's crucial to prioritize your own safety and well-being before considering assisting someone you don't know.Additionally, helping strangers can lead to a sense of entitlement and dependency. When individuals become accustomed to receiving help from others, they may start to rely on handouts rather than taking responsibility for their own lives. This can create a cycle of dependency that ultimately hinders personal growth and self-sufficiency. By withholding assistancefrom strangers, we encourage them to become more independent and proactive in seeking solutions to their problems.Furthermore, there is a limited amount of resources available to help those in need. By directing our assistance towards strangers, we may be neglecting those who are closest to us –our family, friends, and community. It's important to prioritize our resources and ensure that they are allocated to those who truly need them. By focusing on helping those who are already in our social circle, we can build stronger bonds and support systems within our community. In conclusion, while it may seem noble to help strangers, there are valid reasons to reconsider offering assistance to those we don't know. By prioritizing our own safety, avoiding creating dependency, and focusing on supporting our immediate community, we can make more informed decisions about when and how to help others. It's essential to strike a balance between generosity and self-preservation, ensuring that our actions have a positive impact on both ourselves and those around us.。

我们是否帮助陌生人英语作文80词全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1Should We Help Strangers?Hi there! My name is Emily, and I'm a 4th grader at Sunny Hill Elementary School. Today, I want to talk to you about an important topic – should we help strangers? It's a question that many people have different opinions about, and I've been thinking a lot about it lately.Just last week, I was walking home from school when I saw an elderly woman struggling to carry her heavy bags of groceries. She looked tired and like she could use some help. At first, I wasn't sure if I should go over and offer to help her because my parents have always warned me about talking to strangers. But then I thought about how I would feel if I was in her situation, and I decided to go and ask her if she needed any assistance. The woman was so grateful when I offered to carry one of her bags for her. She had the warmest smile on her face, and she thanked me multiple times. As we walked together, she told me about her grandchildren who live far away, and how she wishedthey could visit more often. By the time we reached her house, I felt like I had made a new friend. That experience really made me think about the importance of helping others, even if they are strangers. You never know what someone might be going through or how much a small act of kindness could mean to them. Of course, we have to be careful and use our best judgment, but I don't think we should automatically assume that all strangers are dangerous. In my opinion, the world would be a much better place if we all tried to help each other out more often, whether it's holding the door open for someone, offering directions to someone who looks lost, or just giving a friendly smile to a passerby. These small acts of kindness can really brighten someone's day and make them feel valued and cared for.I know that some people might argue that we shouldn't help strangers because it could be dangerous or because we shouldn't get involved in other people's business. But I think that as long as we're being smart and staying in public places, helping a stranger in need is worth the small risk.Think about it this way – if you were lost in an unfamiliar city and needed directions, wouldn't you hope that someone would be kind enough to help you out? Or if you dropped all of yourgroceries on the sidewalk and couldn't pick them up by yourself, wouldn't you appreciate it if a stranger stopped to lend a hand? We're all human beings, and we all need help sometimes. By helping strangers when we can, we're not only making their day a little bit easier, but we're also setting a good example for others to follow. Who knows, maybe the person you help today will be inspired to pay it forward and help someone else tomorrow! But in general, I believe that we should try to be kind and helpful to others, even if we don't know them personally. A simple act of kindness can go a long way and make the world a little bit brighter. So the next time you see someone who looks like they could use a helping hand, don't be afraid to offer your assistance. You never know – you might just make someone's day, and they might end up making yours too! That's my take on whether we should help strangers. What do you think? I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences on this topic. Remember, a little kindness can go a long way, so let's all try to be a little bit kinder to each other, even to those we don't know. Thanks for reading, and have a great day!篇2Should We Help Strangers?Helping strangers is something I think about a lot. My mom and dad taught me to be kind to everyone, but they also warned me to be careful around people I don't know. It's a tricky thing to figure out.On one hand, I believe we should try to help people whenever we can. If someone drops their groceries or looks篇3Do We Help Strangers?Have you ever seen someone drop their books in the hallway at school? Or somebody struggling to carry lots of heavy bags? What did you do? Did you stop and help that person, even though you didn't know them?Helping strangers is something we learn about from a very young age. Our parents and teachers tell us it's the right thing to do. They say we should be kind and lend a hand to anyone whoneeds it, whether we know them or not. But is it really that simple? On one hand, helping a stranger seems like a nice and caring thing to do. After all, if you saw an elderly person trying to cross a busy street, wouldn't you want to help them get across safely? Or if a little kid was lost and crying in the mall, wouldn't you try to reunite them with their family? When someone is in need, it feels good to be able to make their situation a little better.Plus, you never know when you might need a stranger's help yourself someday! If your car broke down on the side of the road, wouldn't you hope a kind passerby would stop and see if you're okay? We're all human, and humans should look out for each other. However, our parents also teach us to be cautious around strangers. They warn us not to talk to people we don't know or go anywhere with them. That's because there are unsafe strangers out there who might want to harm us. So while helping someone might be a nice idea, it could also put us in danger. It's a tricky situation with no clear right or wrong answer. Each case is different. Helping a little old lady carry her groceries is probably pretty safe. But trying to help someone who seemsdangerous or is acting strangely might not be a good idea after all.Ultimately, I believe we should still try to help strangers when we safely can. As long as the situation doesn't seem threatening, it's good to be a helpful, caring person. But we also have to look out for sketchy situations and trust our instincts if something feels off.The world would be a better place if more people performed small acts of kindness for strangers every day. Holding the door, picking up someone's dropped belongings, giving directions, or even just smiling can brighten a person's day. At the same time, we need to balance being caring and friendly with staying safe and aware of our surroundings. So I think the answer is yes, we should help strangers - but not at the cost of putting ourselves in an unsafe position. If we can lend a hand in a smart, cautious way, we absolutely should. Because helping others, even those we don't know, makes our communities stronger and kinder places. And who knows, maybe someday a friendly stranger will be there for us when we're the ones in need.篇4Should We Help Strangers? My mom always tells me to be careful around strangers and never talk to them or take anything from them. She says strangers can be dangerous and want to trick kids to do bad things. But sometimes I see strangers who look like they need help, like a mom struggling with a stroller or someone who dropped their groceries. Part of me wants to go help them because it's the nice thing to do, but then I remember what my mom said about strangers.I don't know what to do in those situations. On one hand, we're supposed to be kind and help people in need. Isn't that what a good person does? We learn about being caring and compassionate in school. My teacher says we should think about how we would feel if we needed help and no one came to help us. She tells us to imagine how happy we would be if a stranger showed us kindness when we really needed it. That makes me want to help strangers who seem to be having a hard time. But then I also think about what my parents have drilled into me since I was really little - don't talk to strangers, don't go anywhere with strangers, don't take anything from strangers. They've told me so many scary stories about kids getting kidnapped or hurt by strangers pretending to need help. I getwhy they pound that into my head - they just want to keep me safe. A part of me is afraid that if I try to help a stranger, even in a really innocent way, that stranger could be a bad person trying to trick me.I remember one time when I was at the park with my dad, I saw a man calling out like he had lost his dog. I started to go over to see if I could help him look, but my dad pulled me back and said we shouldn't get involved with strangers, even if they seem to need help finding a pet. He said there are too many sickos out there who use tricks like that, and it's just not worth the risk with how many awful people are around these days. That really stuck with me - I don't want to end up like those kids on the missing children posters because I trusted the wrong stranger. At the same time, there's a little voice inside me that feels bad for not helping people who genuinely seem to need it. Like what if I saw an elderly person who had fallen down and there were no other adults around to assist them? Wouldn't it be the right thing to at least call for help, even if I kept my distance from the stranger? Or if I saw someone get injured or have a medical emergency out in public, should I really just walk away because they're a stranger? That doesn't seem very ethical or human.I'm honestly very torn on this issue. Part of me desperately wants to be a kind, caring person who helps anyone in need, stranger or not. But another part of me has had way too many stern lectures from parents, teachers, police officers, you name it - about the dangers of the world and how crucial it is to never let my guard down around people I don't know. Maybe the answer is that it depends on the specific situation and what kind of "help" a stranger seems to need. If it's something minor like holding a door or picking up dropped items, those feel like pretty safe ways to lend a hand. But anything involving getting close to the stranger, going somewhere with them, or being somehow isolated with them seems too risky based on all the warnings I've received over the years.Ultimately, I think the right thing is to try to help strangers when the situation seems truly harmless and low-risk. But if there's any hint of potential danger or something seeming "off", the smart move is probably to mind my own business, as harsh as that may sound. I'll keep being as caring and compassionate as I can be towards friends, family, and any other folks I actually know. But when it comes to strangers, I have to be cautious first and avoid putting myself in any situation that could potentially lead to harm. Maybe as I get older and wiser, I'll have a better sense of how to navigate helping strangers safely. But for now, extreme stranger danger awareness is probably the way to go, however unfortunate that is. I just have to hope that plenty of other caring grown-ups are around to help strangers in need when kids like me can't. It's a tough world out there.篇5Should We Help Strangers?Hi there! My name is Jamie and I'm 10 years old. Our teacher Mrs. Johnson asked us to write about whether we should help strangers or not. It's a really interesting question that I've thought a lot about! On one hand, our parents and teachers always tell us to be careful around people we don't know. Strangers could be dangerous or trying to trick us. I remember when I was little, my mom told me never to take candy from a stranger or go anywhere with someone I didn't know. That's definitely really important advice to keep kids safe. But on the other hand, I think helping people is a good thing, even if we don't know them. What if a stranger dropped their groceries or looked lost or hurt themselves? Wouldn't it be nice to help them out in that situation? My dad always says you can tell a lot about a person's character by how they treat strangers.I asked my best friend Aaron what he thought and he said his parents taught him to be careful but not mean to strangers. Like, if an old lady needed help across the street, he should absolutely help her. But he shouldn't go anywhere alone with a stranger or anything like that. I think that's really good advice. In school, we've learned a lot about being a good citizen and member of the community. Part of that is being kind and helpful to everyone around you, not just people you already know. Our teacher says a good neighborhood is one where people look out for each other, even if they're strangers. So after thinking about it a lot, I've decided that we should absolutely help strangers, but in safe ways that don't put us at risk. Like if someone drops their bag, it's easy to pick it up and hand it back. Or hold the door for someone. Or ask an adult stranger if they need help finding something.Small acts of kindness and looking out for each other help make the whole community a little bit brighter. As long as we're smart and don't do anything our parents wouldn't want, I think helping strangers when we safely can is the right thing to do. It makes the world a little bit better! Those are just my thoughts, but I'd love to hear what you all think too. Should we help strangers or not? Let me know!篇6Should We Help Strangers? An Essay By A KidOne day, I was walking home from school with my friend Tommy. We were talking about video games and Pokemon cards like normal kids do. Suddenly, we saw an old lady struggling to carry her heavy grocery bags across the street. She looked tired and lonely.Tommy said "That's not our problem, let's just keep walking." But I felt bad for her. I thought about what my mom always tells me - that we should be kind and help others whenever we can. So I told Tommy "But she needs our help! We have to do something."Tommy rolled his eyes but I didn't care. I walked over to the lady and said "Excuse me ma'am, can I help you carry those bags? They look very heavy." The lady smiled at me with her missingteeth. "Why thank you young man, that is very kind of you," she said gratefully. I took two of her biggest bags and Tommy sighed and took one too.As we walked the lady to her house, she told us about her life. She said her name was Mrs. Jenkins and she lived alone ever since her husband died years ago. She didn't have any family leftin this town. "You two young'uns just made an old lady's day," she said when we made it to her door. She gave each of us a chocolate chip cookie from a tin. They were delicious! On our way home, I felt really good inside. Tommy admitted that helping Mrs. Jenkins wasn't such a bad thing after all. From that day on, whenever we saw someone who looked like they needed help, we would always lend a hand without even thinking about it. Because helping others, even strangers, is just the right thing to do.Some people might say "What's the point of helping strangers? They're not going to remember you or repay you." But I don't think that's what's important. We shouldn't help just to get something back. We should help because it's the nice thing to do and it makes the world a little bit better.Like that time I saw a blind man struggling to cross a busy road, so I went over and helped guide him across safely. He patted me on the head and said "God bless you, child." Or when I spotted a teenager drop all his schoolbooks and papers all over the sidewalk, so I helped him pick everything up. He looked stressed but told me "Thanks so much, you're a life saver!"Helping others makes them happy, but it also makes me happy too! It makes me feel good about myself, like I'm animportant person who can make a difference, even if it's just a small act. Knowing I brightened someone's day or made their life a tiny bit easier is the best feeling ever.Mom says the world has too many people who only care about themselves these days. But if everyone helped others more often, even strangers, the world would be a much kinder, more generous place. We'd all look out for each other like one big family, which is how it should be.That's why whenever I see someone who needs help, maybe they dropped their groceries or can't get a door open, I always try to lend a hand if I can. You never know when you yourself might need a stranger's help someday too. If we all made an effort to be more helpful, caring and friendly - not just to our family and friends, but to everyone we meet - just imagine how much better this world could be!。

Should We Help Strangers in Public?
Helping strangers used to be identified as a virtue in the past few years. But nowadays people tend to be very cautious of strangers because of the trouble strangers bring about. In this occasion, “should we help strangers” comes to be a question to all of us.
In my opinion, it’s of vital importance to help strangers, because it is hard to imagine how a man can live without the help of others. What’s more, helping others is a virtue, and it will make our society more and more harmonious. In addition, if we trust strangers and help them out, they will feel at home and pass our love to more and more people who are in need, and maybe we will receive other s’love someday. If everyone turns a blind eye to strangers’ trouble, maybe they’ve destroyed a whole world which belongs to strangers, and our society will be full of sadness. At that time, there will never be anyone to give us their hands, and in contrary, what we will receive is their indifference.
Helping others is a traditional virtue, a virtue that can make strangers feel at home, and one that makes our society more and more harmonious. So, at the question of what I will do, I have made up my mind to give my hands to strangers. In the meantime, I think it’s equally important to protect ourselves in a proper way.
Are you ready to help others in public?。
