运营中把它落到实处。在此，我仅谈谈对教职员工的关怀。
作为校长，我始终抱着一种感恩的心来面对我们的员工，
我经常给他们说的话就是“有你们，真好！”。

我今天在此主要给大家分享了中学市场的开发和培训。
1、差生补习难做大，启动市场靠优秀生我们最初创办中学班时，也走过一段弯路，即举办差生为主的补习班。由于差生基础差、自我约束力弱、课堂管理难等原因，难以见到补习效果，更不用谈续班率了。
从实践中进行总结，我们发现能够连续再报的学

临沂大学外国语学院英语双学位第二辅修专业招生简章临沂大学外国语学院英语专业是我校特色重点学科，也是名校工程建设专业。

为更好地推进我校国际化进程，为全校学生出国留学、参与国际交换生搭建语言交流平台；也为了更好地迎接教育部示范点改革验收，特面向全校学生开设英语双学位第二辅修专业。

一、培养目标该专业非文学类在校本科学生四年时间同时修读两个专业，学生依据个人职业生涯设计需求，在第二和第三学年完成修读第二专业。

通过这一周的实训，我极大的提高了自己的英语口语能力，学到了许多英语知识。

本实训旨在使学生更加重视英语口语训练并掌握口语表达的有效技巧，使学生进一步强化英语口语能力以适应职业的需要，从而培养较强的英语口语实际交际能力。

本次英语口语实训主要包括两个部分。

第一部分：基础语音训练。

口语技能训练首先是进行分组辩论。
