大家好，我今天国旗下演讲的主题是：善待地球善待家园。

在无边无际的茫茫宇宙，悬浮着一颗蓝色的星球，它便是我们几十亿生灵共同繁衍生息的地球。而这颗星球也是迄今为止人类所知道的宇宙中唯一可以承载生命的星球，她是万物生灵共同的母亲。在人类出现的几百万年的历史中，这位母亲无私地向她的孩子们奉献着她的资源，供人类繁衍、生息。

可是随着历史车轮的前进，地球已不再是当初那个美丽的星球，取而代之的是一幕幕骇人的场面和一组组令人揪心的数字：森林退化，沙尘暴飞扬，水土流失，洪水肆虐，酸雨赤潮，臭氧空洞……地上垃圾遍布，废渣成堆……早在1996年联合国环境署就曾发出过警告：南极臭氧空洞正逐步增大，地面紫外线辐射增强，皮肤癌发病率上升；1.2亿人口生活在浑浊的空气里；12亿人口生活缺水；12%的哺乳动物和11%的鸟类濒临灭绝；每年地表土壤流失200亿吨；森林以每年450万公顷的速度消失。

其实，我们知道，这是人类无休止的索取才使地球到了今天这个不堪重负的地步。由于人类对大自然的摧残以及对地球的伤害，才引起大自然的愤怒，98年的长江洪水，今年的白洋淀的死鱼事件，与其说是大自然对人类的惩罚，还不如说是人类自己的“杰作”。人为地破坏环境，无异于自掘坟墓。

我国清代诗人张潮有这样一首诗“花不可以无蝶，山不可以无泉，石不可以无苔，水不可以无藻，林不可以无藤。”保护环境已经刻不容缓！要知道优美和谐的自然环境是我们生活的保障，是人类生命的源泉，他会给我们带来身心的愉悦和无限的乐趣。“明月松间照，清泉石上流”让我们感受清幽；“流连戏蝶时时舞，自在娇莺恰恰啼”让我们聆听天籁；“春水碧如天，画船听雨眠”让我们融入自然。这些美丽的画面，不应该成为记忆中的美好，而是应该在我们身边绽放。
