日本PSE:根据日本电气法规最新规定,自2001年4月1日起,凡A类产品共112种产品属于强制认证产品,日本进口商进口该类电器产品时,必须向日本经济贸易工业部(Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry) 即日本经济贸易工业部提交测试报告和证书,测试报告和证书必须是由METI认可过的实验室出具的; B 类产品有340种属于非强制认证产品,可以由申请商自行测试或由第三方实验室测试并出具报告,类似于欧洲的CE. 标志如下:以前韩国政府监管的型式认证系统已经被新的安全认证系统代替, 新的认证工作由几个民营企业来承担, 他们是KTL, KETI, ESAK. 新修订的电器安全法规ACT 6019于1999年9月7日颁布. 新修订的电器安全法规在加强生产和电器使用的安全控制方面作了改良, 也使安全标准更国际化, 以便将来能多国互认. 新的电器安全法规于2000年7月1日正式实施.凡供电电压在50V 到1000V之内的电器产品都要做认证(见下表)PSE标志认证日本的DENTORL法(电器装置和材料控制法)规定,498种产品进入日本市场必须通过安全认证。

其中,165种A类产品应取得菱形的PSE标志,333种B类产品应取得圆形PSE标志。

从2001年4月1日起“电气产品控制法(DENTORL)” 已正式更名为“电气产品安全法(DENAN)”。

在日本所有的电气电子产品皆必须通过PSE标志认证。

根据日本DENAN将产品分为两类:指定产品specified products和非指定产品non-specified products。

所有指定类的产品皆必须经由METI.所授权的符合性评估机构(CAB),来进行产品及工厂测试设备的检验。

工厂检查必须针对每一工厂或产品类别进行检验,并根据不同产品类别核发认证,认证有效期约在3-7年之间。

铁道技术监督第48卷第12期需要更换;韩国规定钢轨顶部的最大磨损高度达到13mm或不均匀磨耗达到15mm时需要更换。

中日韩3国均规定钢轨应周期性打磨,日本按通过总重制定打磨周期,韩国按时间制定,中国同时参考通过总重及时间。

中国和韩国要求新钢轨上线后预打磨,日本无相关要求。

中国高速铁路用钢轨包括2个钢牌号,以适用不同线路条件,日韩2国高速铁路钢轨均只有1种。

在钢轨质量方面,中国标准规定较为全面,日韩2国标准中个别性能未做明确要求。

韩国高速铁路热轧钢轨力学性能与中国U71MnG钢轨基本一致,低于中国U75VG钢轨,钢轨脱碳层深度及夹杂物控制略低于中国钢轨。

日本高速铁路用HH340热处理钢轨性能与中国H320钢轨基本一致,低于中国H340钢轨。

日本标准未规定脱碳层及非金属夹杂物,但钢轨质量控制较好。

中日韩高速铁路钢轨伤损管理总体可分为记录、加固、更换钢轨等处理方式,中国维修规定对伤损判定较为全面。

中日韩3国均规定钢轨磨耗上限,日韩2国对钢轨使用通过总重进行相应规定。
