注重课堂老师与学生感情的交流，在课堂中要及时的通过各种渠道进行知识的转换，注重每个孩子的发言与表现，因为在有效的课堂中才是我们的教学新法，新的知识点层出不穷的地方。这一点我做的还是有距离的。也许是在开始的导入中孩子们的反映不是很好，我的情绪也就被影响了，所以在以后的过程中没有与大家形成一种默契，平时上课的活泼，开放，自由的课堂气氛跑的无影无踪。而许老师的课让我震惊，就她所讲的一些新的知识点的形成我发现其中地方，在她引导学生回答“It’s 7 o’clock in the afternoon 时，学生看完表后说到”It’s time for supper” 徐老师没有否定他，而是给了男孩极大的鼓舞，说道“Yes,you are very clever,dinner is supper.”我觉得是将过去所学得又与本堂得知识又了衔接，这是课前所没有预想到得很棒得导入。
