第三章钢筋混凝土受弯构件正截面承载力计算受弯构件(bendingmember)是指截面上通常有弯矩和剪力共同作用而轴力可以忽视不计的构件。
钢筋混凝土受弯构件的主要形式是板(Slab)和梁(beam),它们是组成工程结构的基本构件,在桥梁工程中应用很广。
在荷载作用下,受弯构件的截面将承受弯矩M和V的作用。
因此设计受弯构件时,一般应满意下列两方面的要求:(1)由于弯矩M的作用,构件可能沿弯矩最大的截面发生破坏,当受弯构件沿弯矩最大的截面发生破坏时,破坏截面与构件轴线垂直,称为正截面破坏。
故需进行正截面承载力计算。
(2)由于弯矩M和剪力V的共同作用,构件可能沿剪力最大或弯矩和努力都较大的截面破坏,破坏截面与构件的轴线斜交,称为沿斜截面破坏,故需进行斜截面承载力计算。
为了保证梁正截面具有足够的承载力,在设计时除了适当的选用材料和截面尺寸外,必需在梁的受拉区配置足够数量的纵向钢筋,以承受因弯矩作用而产生的拉力;为了防止梁的斜截面破坏,必需在梁中设置肯定数量的箍筋和弯起钢筋,以承受由于剪力作用而产生的拉力。
第一节受弯构件的截面形式与构造一、钢筋混凝土板的构造板是在两个方向上(长、宽)尺度很大,而在另一方向上(厚度)尺寸相对较小的构件。
钢筋混凝土板可分为整体现浇板和预制板。
在施工场地现场搭支架、立模板、配置钢筋,然后就地浇筑混凝土的板称为整体现浇板。
通常这种板的截面宽度较大,在计算中常取单位宽度的矩形截面进行计算。
预制板是在预制厂和施工场地现场预先制好的板,板宽度一般掌握在Inl左右,由于施工条件好,预制板不仅能采纳矩形实心板,还能采纳矩形空心板,以减轻板的自重。
板的厚度h由截面上的最大弯矩和板的刚度要求打算,但是为了保证施工质量及耐久性的要求,《大路桥规》规定了各种板的最小厚度;行车道板厚度不小于IOOmm人行道板厚度,就地浇注的混凝土板不宜小于80mm,预制不宜小于60mm。
空心板桥的顶板和底板厚度,均不宜小于80mm。

边坡工程中压力分散型锚索施工技术袁波,吴国华,周富荣(浙江省第十一地质大队,浙江温州325006)摘要:压力分散型锚索是一种新型单孔复合锚固体系,其在同一锚索孔中设置多个单元锚索,各单元锚索具有各自不同的自由长度和锚固长度,并通过预先的补偿张拉,使锚索的集中拉力分成为多个较小且荷载数值相等的分散压力分别作用于各单元锚索的锚固段上。
结合330国道K17+440 695段路基边坡治理的工程实践,论述了压力分散型预应力锚索的施工工艺以及在施工及工程运行管理中应注意的一些要点。

桥梁术语1.底板: bottom slab箱型截面的下缘便称之为底板,是承受正负弯矩的主要工作部位,在钢筋混凝土桥中,其要保证足够尺寸装配所需抗拉钢筋。
在预应力钢筋混凝土桥梁中,其需足够大承压面积来符合运营阶段的受压要求。
2.腹板: web工字型梁或板梁联系上下翼缘或T型梁翼缘以下的竖向板或箱梁的侧壁。
腹板的主要功能是抵抗剪力,也承担部分弯矩。
3.主筋: main bar亦称纵向受力钢筋,仅在截面受拉区配置其的受弯构件称单筋截面受弯构件,同时在截面受压区配置其的称为双筋截面受弯构件。
因此主钢筋按其受力不同而有受拉及受压主钢筋两种。
受拉主钢筋系承受拉拉力,受拉主钢筋则承受压应力。
4.箍筋: ties用来满足斜截面抗剪强度,并联结受拉主钢筋和受压区混凝土使其共同工作,此外,用来固定主钢筋的位置而使梁内各种钢筋构成钢筋骨架的钢筋。
5.斜筋: diagonal reinforcement在钢筋混凝土梁设计中,当主拉应力超过混凝土规定的容许值后,按有关设计规范规定。
主拉应力中的大部分须由斜筋承受。
斜筋可由纵向受力主筋(满足弯矩后的部份)弯起,如不够,可增设与主筋和架立钢筋相焊的短斜筋。
斜筋一般与纵梁轴线成倍增长45°。
6.架立钢筋:erection bar为满足构造上或施工上的要求而设置的定位钢筋。
作用是把主要的受力钢筋(如主钢筋,箍筋等)固定在正确的位置上,并与主钢筋连成钢筋骨架,从而充分发挥各自的受力特性。
架立钢筋的直径一般在10~14毫米之间。
7.分布钢筋:distribution reinforcement再单向板和梁的翼缘板和顶板中,垂直于板或梁的受力方向上设置的构造钢筋。
其作用是将作用于板或梁上的荷载更均匀的传给受力钢筋,同时在施工中可通过帮扎或点焊固定主钢筋的位置,并用来抵抗温度应力和混凝土收缩应力。
8.加强钢筋:reinforced bar为了保证预制成的钢筋骨架有足够的刚度和稳定性,以便在吊装,运送和浇筑混凝土时不致松散,移位,变形而在钢筋骨架的某些连接点处增设的钢筋。
