Main process:
1)Cold rolling
The diameter of tubing was reduced by 2－rolls and 3-rolls cold pilger mills,insuring the tolerence ±0.02 and the roughness ≤0.4µm. the other method is Drawing bench.
2)Annealing
Bright Annealed with Hydrogen gas
3)cleaning
Ultrasonic cleaning
4)Finished product Inspection:
Eddy-current and water press
