3 跟踪客户没必要非得要求形式,重要的是内容和跟进的点找准。
并非一定要死缠烂打,前提是让客户记住你,还能对你不厌烦;否则你就成了推销保险的了。

如果客户仍旧没有回复,并且电话也无法联系,有可能这个客户休长假,也很有可能客户找到了其他合适的供应商,或者是客户自己的订单没有谈妥。
在之后的日子里, 不建议一直纠结原先的报价来问客户。
可以把该客户作为潜在客户做维护,一个月或者两个月联系一次。
可以就新设计问问客户的建议, 或者是发一些行业知识。
重点是让客户记住你,知道你们公司是做什么产品的。
同时又不会把你的邮件拉到垃圾箱去。
如果客户之后有回复,也可以问问之前报价的情况。
