With the approach of the college entrance examination, we Senior3 students are more or less shouldering pressure from many aspects. There is no denying that it’s too much pressure rather than poor ability that accounts for many of us not being able to perform well in examinations .
From my point of view, living in a competitive society, no one can avoid pressure. A proper amount of pressure is of great benefit to our study, for it provides us with motivation and urges us to make greater efforts. However , too much pressure will do harm to us, keeping us from focusing on our study , affecting our learning efficiency and even leading to mental illnesses.
Take myself for example. There was a time when I failed in an important exam, leaving me in deep sorrow. Faced with such a situation, I turned to my head teacher for help and got out of my pressure in time.
To reduce pressure, we are supposed to attach less importance to our grades and strike a balance between our study and relaxation. We can listen to light music and participate in more outdoor activities when feeling stressed . Besides, support from our parents and teachers can also be taken into consideration.
