经典的时域统计分析方法和全局域变换方法难以识别故障特征;传统阶次跟踪方法存在设备安装不便、难以获取瞬时频率的问题;传统的无键相阶次跟踪方法在转速波动剧烈的条件下估计出的瞬时频率精度低,导致故障识别效果差。

针对上述问题,提出了一种基于谐波匹配补偿和无键相阶次跟踪的轴承故障诊断方法。

首先,利用基于谐波匹配补偿的时频分析方法对轴承振动信号进行处理,准确估计瞬时频率;其次,通过Vold-Kalman 滤波方法自适应提取谐波分量信号;再次,采用Hilbert 变换计算谐波的瞬时相位,进而获得时间域与角度域的映射关系,完成原始时间域信号在角度域的重采样;最后,对重采样的信号进行快速傅里叶变换,通过分析包络阶次谱,实现轴承故障特征识别。

仿真和试验结果表明,该方法估计的瞬时频率与实际值之间的最大相对误差不超过1%,表征轴承故障特征阶次准确且明显,可有效诊断轴承故障。

The traditional order tracking method has the problems of inconvenient equipment installation and difficulty in obtaining instantaneous frequency. The traditional keyless phase order tracking method estimates the instantaneous frequency with low precision under the condition of severe speed fluctuation.This leads to poor fault identification effect. 针对带式输送机巡检机器人难以在井下光照不均及带式输送机高速运行环境中高效、准确识别异物及模型部署不便等问题,以及YOLOv7模型对目标特征提取能力高,但识别速度较慢的特点,提出了一种基于改进YOLOv7的煤矿带式输送机异物识别方法。

运用限制对比度自适应直方图均衡化方法对采集的带式输送机监控图像进行增强,提高图像中物体轮廓的清晰度;对YOLOv7模型进行改进,通过在主干提取网络引入轻量化无参注意力机制,提高模型对图像复杂背景的抗干扰能力和对异物特征的提取能力,同时引入深度可分离卷积代替主干特征提取网络中的普通卷积,提高异物识别速度;使用TensorRT 引擎将训练后的改进YOLOv7模型进行转换并部署在NVIDIA Jetson Xavier NX 上,实现了模型的加速。

对煤矿井下分辨率为1 920×1 080的带式输送机监控视频进行识别,实验结果表明:改进YOLOv7模型的识别效果优于YOLOv5L 和YOLOv7模型,识别精确率达92.8%,识别速度为25.64帧/s ,满足精确、高效识别带式输送机异物的要求。

Abnormal tire wear is easy to cause a blowout, and serious wear threatens the life of passengers. Automated tire wear tests are necessary, since tire treads are mainly worn when cars run on the road. This research makes the automatic collection, transmission, and processing of tire images feasible, with the help of a Visual Studio 2017 development platform, C++ programming, and the OpenCV API interface of a computer vision library combined with the processing order of independent programming. The system can accurately extract tread images and determine the degree of tread wear through the characteristic values of gray level co-occurrence matrices of tread images, enabling the automatic detection of tread wear for automobile tires.Key words : tire tread; computer vision; GLCM; energy; entropy; contrast; idMoment目前, 我国高速公路上发生的交通事故有大约46%是轮胎故障引起的, 其中有约70%为爆胎引发的事故.轮胎安全问题直接影响到汽车整车的安全, 轮胎胎面严重磨损, 在高速行驶或紧急刹车的情况下极易导致爆胎, 严重则导致车毁人亡, 造成不可挽回的损失. 在调研中发现国内外大多数研究着重于对轮胎的胎侧、胎内、子口位置的缺陷检测, 很少有对轮胎胎面部分进行检测, 主要原因是技术限制和难度问题. 由于胎面花纹样式繁多且复杂, 于是对胎面检测主要靠人眼查看和工具尺测量[1,2].国内李文辉等从橡胶磨损的一般机理出发, 通过试验仿真探讨轮胎结构和胶料性能的磨损厚度; 沈浩建立了轮胎解析模型, 利用有限元的方法进行特性分析; 张超博士基于图像处理对轮胎磨损程度检测在博士论文中进行了相关的研究[3–5].国外研究者也对轮胎磨损进行了研究. 后端PC 机对接收到的图像进行分析处理, 将磨损检测结果显示到终端显示屏.① 采集传输部分的硬件组成框图如图2所示.图2 采集传输的硬件组成框图如图2所示, 为了获得可用于分析处理的高清图像, 采集轮胎图像选用高清CCD 相机. 考虑到外界光线对采集到的图像质量的影响, 使用LED 补光灯照射轮胎, 使轮胎能清晰地暴露在相机下. 考虑到CCD 相机采集到的图像是三通道图像, 直接传输的数据量较大, 会降低系统性能. 在对轮胎磨损检测中使用单通道图像进行处理, 不但对处理结果没有影响, 而且提高了传输和处理速度, 因此在传输之前在Raspberry Pi 中进行灰度化和裁剪等处理之后再输出能有效减少传输的数据量. 无线数据传输设备选用WiFi 模块, WiFi 信号的优点是传输距离短且传输速率高, 足以满足将高清图像通过无线传输方式发送到PC 处理机的目的[9,10].② 处理显示的过程如图3所示.图3 处理显示的过程图如图3所示, PC 机在接收到图像后, 首先将接收到的轮胎灰度图像进行预处理, 其次使用本文中胎面提取算法提取出用于分析计算的胎面图像, 通过计算灰度共生矩阵的特征值进行磨损检测, 再执行磨损程度的安全性评估, 最终将汽车轮胎胎面磨损程度的检测结果显示在终端屏幕上.2 胎面提取算法及实现为了减少图像中背景对检测准确度的影响, 需要将胎面部分精准地从中提取出来; 由于采集图像过程中无法避免的会夹杂噪声, 需要对图像进行降噪处理;图像增强是有目的地增强轮胎图像中局部特性, 加强图像判读和识别效果, 满足对胎面图像分析和处理的需要; 边缘检测是为了使用数学形态学方法更加方便地提取胎面图像而执行的操作[11–13].本系统中图像预处理流程如图4所示.图4 图像预处理本研究中需要从轮胎图像中提取出胎面图像, 为后序分析处理做准备. 主要算法流程是以上述边缘检测结果图像为输入, 通过数学形态学处理、区域填充、获取最大连通区域、逻辑与操作, 最终精确提取出胎面图像[14–17]. 算法流程如图5所示.图5 提取胎面图像算法流程2021 年 第 30 卷 第 6 期计算机系统应用通过以上叙述的操作步骤对相机拍摄到的轮胎原图执行提取胎面操作, 最终获取到了可用作分析的胎面图像. 从原图中提取胎面图像的过程中部分结果图如图6所示.(a) 原图像(b) 灰度图像(c) 截取图像(d) 边缘检测图像(e) 形态学处理后(f) 区域填充(g) 最大连通域(h) 胎面图像图6 实际提取胎面图像过程在此部分获取到去除背景的胎面图像, 这为随后的胎面磨损检测提供了可靠的图像来源, 使得将重心集中到轮胎胎面, 而不受背景的影响. 在此过程中对胎面图像进行了提取和裁剪, 去除掉干扰信息和无用信息,因此减少了运算的数据量, 有效提升了系统处理性能.3 胎面磨损检测算法研究轮胎磨损程度的不同必然导致轮胎表面的视觉效果不同, 也就说其表面纹理不同, 而纹理的不同可以通过提取轮胎图像的纹理特征来分析, 所以本文就对轮胎磨损程度和轮胎胎面图像的纹理特征之间的关系做了研究和检测结果的检验.轻度磨损是轮胎正常使用中的损耗, 这种磨损不存在安全问题; How to Accurately Extract the Running Coupling of QCD from Lattice Potential Data

By (a)using an expression for the lattice potential of QCD in terms of a continuum running coupling and (b)globally parameterizing this coupling to interpolate between 2-(or higher-)loop QCD in the UV and the flux tube prediction in the IR,we can perfectly fit lattice data for the potential down to one lattice spacing and at the same time extract the running coupling to high precision.This allows us to quantitatively check the accuracy of 2-loop evolution,compare with the Lepage-Mackenzie estimate of the coupling extracted from the plaquette,and determine the scale r 0ten times more accurately than previously possible.For pure SU(3)we find that the coupling scales on the percent level for β≥6.
1.Introduction

of this equation is chosen so that r 0≈0.5fm.]We can use the exact relation between αV (q )and αF (r )to calculate r 0.We thereby retain the con-ceptual advantages of using a scale like r 0without the errors from derivatives of lattice data.
In fig.2we show our running coupling and com-pare it with estimates of αV (q )at various scales extracted by the Lepage-Mackenzie method from various Wilson loops (the rightmost circle cor-responding to W 11)and Creutz ratios.We also show the 2-loop approximation to our αV (q ).5.Discussion and Conclusion
The good agreement between our more precise and the simpler Lepage-Mackenzie estimate of αV (q ⋆)increases the confidence in both methods.Our fits show at present hardly any sign of sys-tematic errors.The only way to check for such errors,then,is to come up with other parame-terizations of αV (q )that give similarly good or better fits.We have done so by taking 3-loop ef-fects into account.It seems that slight systematic errors exist only at the “edges”of αV (q ),i.e.for the parameters αV (q ⋆)and σ.Those of the for-mer are quoted as the second error in table 1.In the intermediate region αV (q ),and therefore r 0,does not seem to have significant systematic errors.
