Hello,everyone welcome to my class,Today I‟m going to talk about “There‟s a forest in the nature‟‟.Now I‟ll explain the lesson from the following aspects.
Part1:Analysis of teaching material.
Part2:Teaching and learning methods.
Part3:Teaching procedures.
Part4:The background design.
Firstly let‟s focus on the analysis of teaching material.
The lesson is new one of Unit6,It includes two parts,Let‟s talk and Let‟s practice.In section1,It mainly about deals with these key words,flowers,grass,river,lake,forest,cloud,mo untain,sky,path.And deals with the dialogue about …Is there a forest‟and the answer.In section2,It provides a read situation for the students to practice the patterns “Is there”and its answer or “There be”.
It‟s about the student,Our students are in grade five,They‟re active and curious interested in new thing,After learning English for five
years.They have some basic English background knowledge.So the teacher should attach importance to the communication with them.Providing them the chances of using language.
So I set the following teaching objectives : 1,The first one is language knowledge.
By the end of the lesson,students will be able to read,recognize and use the key words.And make sure that Ss can use these sentences in a real situation.
2,The second one is languages skills.
By the end of the lesson,Students can understand and speak the words of forest and get useful information from dialogue ,though attentive listening or reading.Students can talk about the forest in groups,Students can use the structure “There be‟‟to give suggestion on a real situation.To foster students abilities of communication and their innovation.
3,The third one is effect objective:
In this lesson the emotional aim is to help
students cultivate and foster their abilities of working in groups,To help students know some words and comprehend the sentences,to foster students initiative and creativeness.Let them learn the interest and their confidence in learning the language is the most important part.
And the difficult points of the lesson is: Students can use the plural nouns correctly,Students can ask and answer the question,Is there a natural?
The main point is:
Students can study in groups and cooperate skillfully.Students interest in English. Secondly it talks about teaching methods and learning methods.In this lesson,I‟ll mainly use …communicative language teaching method‟…Task-based teaching method‟ and so on.I‟ll let students learn in a real situation.setting some scene by picture then make some sentence to help student to get a better understanding of the key structure.And in this lesson a
