3. 主动语态的句子变为被动语态的步骤(1)把原句中的宾语变为主语(2)动词改为被动形式,即be+过去分词(3)原来的主语,如果需要的话,放在by后面;如果没必要,可省略。
不能变为被动语态的情形1.受动词的限制①表示状态的及物动词,只能用于主动语态。
某些表示状态的及物动词,如have, own, cost, lack, want (缺乏), become (适合), fit, resemble, fail, last, flee, benefit, hold等作谓语时,不能变为被动句。

一、定义:动词的语态表示主语与谓语之间的关系。
英语的语态共有两种:主动语态和被动语态。
被动语态表示主语是动作的承受者。
主动语态表示主语是动作的执行者。

二.引导时间状语从句的词有:
1.when“当……时,在……期间”。
when引导从句时,主从句的动作有先有后,也可以同时进行,从句的动作可以是持续性的,也可以是短暂的。
When I got to the airport, the plane had already taken off. (主先从后)(短暂性)
When I lived there, I used to go to the seaside on Sundays. (同时) (持续性)
When the movie ended, the people went back. (从先主后)

2.while“在……期间”。
while 表示的是一段时间,是一个过程。
如果含有“一段时间”的含义的时候,就可以用while。
相比于when,while 从句的侧重点在于描述动作正在发生的状态,它的意思是:当while 事件正在发生的时候,另一件事如何如何,while 从句一般用的是现在进行时。
如:
While we were chatting she was looking at the time table on the wall.
You can’t do your homework while you’re watching TV. 你不能一边看电视一边做家庭作业。
3.as“一边……一边……,随着……”。
as引导从句时,侧重主从句动作同时或几乎同时进行,从句的动作可以是持续性的,也可以是短暂的。
as 表达的事件,往往只是主句动作发生的背景或条件时,as 只是一个次要的时间说明。
