But my friends and I feel pity. But I believe bad thing will be no longer a bad thing if you think about it in another way. If she weren’t to be retiring, her disease would be worse and worse and maybe the state would be so bad and we couldn’t solve it. So, take it easy. Her students, at the day she will retire, will give her a present to mark the occasion. But we haven’t come up with ideas yet. We shall all remember Mrs. Wang for her patience and wisdom. We will hold a farewell dinner in her honour two months later. After she has retired, she will devote herself to her little son, take care of him. She will also cure the disease. I believe she will be happy with her son, and I think that happiness is the really thing she wants.Lesson 86One day, 5 men were travelling near the sea by car. Lesson82
I remember that I have watched a movie about monsters in the sea. Often, the monsters are much more ordinary than people thought it would be. A few days later, people saw a monster in the shallow sea. The monster was now big, but his colour was dark. The boatmen watched it slowly moved and were frightened. So they went away. When they came back in the evening, the monster disappeared. It appeared at times the following days. They claimed to have seen monsters in the sea because of this, but no one believes them. They went to catch it one day. Because they thought it was a no ordinary creature, they made every effort not to damage it in any way. When they caught it, they ultimately knew that it was simply a man, he was covered his skin by black mud!
Lesson 83
1.Our excellent ex-math teacher, Miss He, retired from teaching life one
year ago. At that time, everyone felt pity. She did this because she had
a baby. Then, she had to work as an operator. I remember one day that
she taught us, she lost her temper and shouted loudly towards us. That is a good memory, for she was a very good teacher, she actually was.
In Grade 3, we have a new teacher, Miss Li. In Grade 3, I once saw her in the school office, I called her and she waved to me. And recently, I have just learnt that she gave birth to a baby girl a month ago. As soon as we heard about this, we were very much happy.
2.‘Whether we well have the outdoor picnic tomorrow depends on the
weather.’ My friend said. It was dark and I thought that it would be raining. On the following day, it was miraculously fine. Then we went to the Green happily. Fortunately, when we were ready to have a picnic, a policeman on duty told us that having a picnic was not allowed. Then we went to the nearby park. The same thing happened and we were most annoyed. ‘The weather is the very thing we need, but the rules are not.’ my friend said sadly.。
