混凝土:
混凝土:是指由胶凝材料将集料胶结成整体的工程复合材料的统称。
通常讲的混凝土一词是指用水泥作胶凝材料,砂、石作集料;与水按一定比例配合,经搅拌而得的水泥混凝土,也称普通混凝土,它广泛应用于土木工程。
回弹法:
回弹法是用一弹簧驱动的重锤,通过弹击杆,弹击混凝土表面,并测出重锤被反弹回来的距离,以回弹值作为与强度相关的指标,来推定混凝土强度的一种方法。
回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程:
《回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》是2011年7月1日中国建筑工业出版社出版的图书,作者是陕西省建筑科学研究院。

混凝土强度等级检测 ( 回弹试验 )回弹法检测砼强度试用于工程构造一般砼抗压强度的检测。
砼强度值确实定分为以下几个步骤:1、回弹值丈量2、2、碳化深度值丈量3、3、回弹值计算4、4、砼强度的计算一、回弹值丈量1、一般规定:构造或物品砼强度检测可采纳以下两种方式,其适用范围及构造或构件数目应切合以下规定:(1)、单个检测:合用于单个构造或构件的检测。
(2)、批量检测:合用于同样的生产工艺条件下,砼强度等级同样,原资料、配合比、成型工艺、保养条件基本一致且龄期邻近的同类构造或构件,按批进行检测的构造构件。
抽检数目不得少于同批构件总数的 30%且不得少于 10 件。
2、每一构造或构件的测区应切合以下规定:(1)、每一构造或构件测区数目应许多于10 个。
对某一方向尺寸小于 4.5 米,且另一方向尺寸小于 0.3 米的构件其测区数目可适合减少,但不该少于 5 个。
(2)、相邻两测区的间距应控制在 2 米之内。
测区离构件端部或施工缝边沿的距离不宜大于0.5 米,且不宜小于0.2 米。
(3)、测区应选在使回弹仪处于水平方向检测砼浇筑侧面,当不可以知足这一要求时,可使回弹仪处于非水平方向检测砼强度浇筑侧面、表面或底面。
但回弹值需修正。
(4)、测区宜选在构件的两个对称可测面上,也可选在一个可测面上,且应均匀散布。
在构件的重要部位及单薄部位一定部署测区,并应避开预埋件。
(5)、测区的面积不宜大于 0.04 ㎡。
(6)、检测面应为砼表面,并应洁净平坦,不该有松散层、浮浆、油垢、涂层以及蜂窝、麻面。
必需时可用砂轮消除松散层和杂物,且不该有残留的粉末或碎屑。
3、回弹值测定(1)、检测时,回弹仪的轴线应一直垂直于构造或构件的检测面。
迟缓施压,正确读数,迅速复位。
(2)、测点宜在测区范围内均匀散布。
相邻两测点的净距不宜小于20mm。
测点距外露钢筋、预埋件的距离不宜小于30mm。
测点不该在气孔或外露石子上,同一测点只应弹一次,每一测区应取16 个回弹值。
